$Λ_b\to p$ transition form factors in perturbative QCD

We reanalyze the $Λ_b\to p$ transition form factors in the perturbative QCD (PQCD) approach by including higher-twist light-cone distribution amplitudes (LCDAs) of a $Λ_b$ baryon and a proton. The previous PQCD evaluation performed decades ago with only the leading-twist $Λ_b$ baryon and proton LCDAs gave the form factors, which are two orders of magnitude smaller than indicated by experimental data. We find that the twist-4 $Λ_b$ baryon LCDAs and the twist-4 and -5 proton LCDAs contribute dominantly, and the enhanced form factors become consistent with those from lattice QCD and other nonperturbative methods. The estimated branching ratios of the semileptonic decays $Λ_b\to p\ell\barν_\ell$ and the hadronic decay $Λ_b\to pπ$ are also close to the data. It implies that the $b$ quark mass is not really heavy enough, and higher-power contributions play a crucial role, similar to the observation made in analyses of $B$ meson transition form factors. With the formalism established in this work, we are ready to study various exclusive heavy baryon decays systematically in the PQCD approach.

Next-to-leading order QCD calculation of $B_c$ to charmonium tensor form factors

We present a next-to-leading order (NLO) QCD corrections to $B_c\to η_c$ and $B_c\to J/ψ$ tensor form factors within nonrelativistic QCD (NRQCD) framework. The full analytical results for $B_c$ to S-wave charmonium tensor form factors are obtained. We also studied the asymptotic behaviours of tensor form factors in hierarchy heavy quark limit, i.e. $m_b\to\infty,~ m_c\to\infty, ~\mathrm{and }~m_c/m_b\to0$. A compact expression for tensor form factors are given analytically in the hierarchy heavy quark limit. The relation among different form factors is also analyzed especially at large momentum recoil point. The numerical results for the $B_c$ to charmonium tensor form factors in all the physical region are given in the end.

Next-to-next-to-leading order matching of beauty-charmed meson $B_{c}$ and $B^*_{c}$ decay constants

We present the next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) QCD corrections to the decay constants for both the pseudoscalar and vector beauty-charmed mesons $B_{c}$ and $B^*_{c}$ in nonrelativistic QCD effective theory. Explicit NNLO calculation verified that the $B_c$ decay constant from pseudoscalar current is identical with the $B_c$ decay constant from axial-vector current. The NNLO result for the vector decay constant of $B^*_{c}$ meson is novel. Combined with the latest extraction of nonrelativistic QCD long-distance matrix elements of $B_c$ meson, we give the branching ratios of leptonic decays of $B_{c}$ and $B^*_{c}$ mesons. In addition, the novel anomalous dimension for the flavor-changing heavy quark vector current in nonrelativistic QCD effective theory are helpful to investigate the threshold behaviours of two different heavy quarks.

Study of $B_{(s)}^0 \to ϕϕ\to (K^+K^-)(K^+K^-)$ decays in the perturbative QCD approach

In this work, we make a detailed analysis on the penguin-dominant processes $B_{(s)}^0 \to ϕϕ\to (K^+K^-)(K^+K^-)$ in the perturbative QCD (PQCD) approach. In addition to the dominant $P$-wave resonance, the scalar background $f_0(980) \to K^+K^-$ is also accounted for. We improve the Gegenbauer moments in $KK$ two-meson distribution amplitudes by fitting the PQCD factorization formulas to measured branching ratios of three-body and four-body $B$ decays. We extract the branching ratios of two-body $B_{(s)}^0 \to ϕϕ$ decays from the corresponding four-body decay modes and calculate the relevant polarization fractions together with two relative phases $ϕ_{\parallel,\perp}$, which are consistent with the previous theoretical predictions. The PQCD predictions for the "true" triple product asymmetries (TPAs) are zero which are expected in the standard model due to the vanishing weak phase difference, and support the current data reported by the CDF and LHCb Collaborations. A large "fake" TPA $\mathcal{A}_\text{T-fake}^1=30.4\%$ of the decay $B^0_s \to ϕϕ\to (K^+K^-)(K^+K^-)$ is predicted for the first time, which indicates the presence of the significant final-state interactions. The TPAs of the rare decay channel $B^0 \to ϕϕ\to (K^+K^-)(K^+K^-)$ are also predicted and can be tested in the near future.

The PQCD approach towards to next-to-leading order: a short review

In this short review we elaborate the significance of resummation in $k_T$ factorization theorem, and summarize the recent progresses in the calculations of the next-to-leading order contributions to B meson decays from the perturbative QCD (PQCD) approach. We also comment on the current status of the PQCD approach and highlight some key issues to develop it in the near future for more phenomenological applications.

$B_{(s)} \to η_c(P,V)$ decays and effects of the next-to-leading order contributions in the perturbative QCD approach

By employing the perturbative QCD (PQCD) factorization approach, we studied the sixteen $B/B_s \to η_c (π, K, η^{(\prime)},ρ,K^*,ω,ϕ)$ decays with the inclusion of the currently known next-to-leading order (NLO) contributions. We found the following main points: (a) for the five measured $B \to η_c (K,K^*)$ and $B_s\to η_cϕ$ decays, the NLO contributions can provide $ (80-180)\%$ enhancements to the leading order (LO) PQCD predictions of their branching ratios, which play an important role to help us to interpret the data; (b) for the seven ratios $R_{1,\cdots,7}$ of the branching ratios defined among the properly selected pair of the considered decay modes, the PQCD predictions for the values of $R_{3,4,5}$ agree well with those currently available measurements from BaBar and Belle Collaboration; (c) for $B^0 \to η_c K_S^0$ decay, the PQCD predictions for both the direct and mixing induced CP asymmetries do agree very well with the measured values within errors; and (d) the PQCD predictions for ratios $R_{1,2}$ and $R_{6,7}$ also agree with the general expectations and will be tested by the future experiments.

$P$-wave contributions to $B_{(s)}\toψKπ$ decays in perturbative QCD approach

In this work, we studied the quasi-two-body decays $B_{(s)} \to ψ[K^*(892), K^*(1410),$ $K^*(1680)] \to ψKπ$ by employing the perturbative QCD (PQCD) factorization approach, where the charmonia $ψ$ represents $J/ψ$ and $ψ(2S)$. The corresponding decay channels are studied by constructing the kaon-pion distribution amplitude (DA) $Φ_{K π}^{\rm P}$, which contained the important final state interactions between the kaon and pion in the resonant region. The relativistic Breit-Wigner formulas are adopted to parameterize the time-like form factor $F_{Kπ}$ appeared in the kaon-pion DAs. The SU(3) flavor symmetry breaking effect resulting from the mass difference between kaon and pion is taken into account, which makes significant contributions to the longitudinal polarizations. We accommodate well the observed branching ratios and the polarization fractions of the $B_{(s)} \to ψK^*(892) \to ψKπ$ by tuning the hadronic parameters for the kaon-pion DAs. The PQCD predictions for the $B_{(s)} \to ψ[K^*(1410), K^*(1680)] \to ψKπ$ modes from the same set of parameters can be tested by the future precise data from the LHCb and the Belle II experiments.

$S$, $P$ and $D$-wave resonance contributions to $B_{(s)} \to η_c(1S,2S) Kπ$ decays in the perturbative QCD approach

In this work, we analyze the three-body $B_{(s)} \to η_c(1S,2S) K π$ decays within the framework of the perturbative QCD approach (PQCD) under the quasi-two-body approximation, where the kaon-pion invariant mass spectra are dominated by the $K_0^*(1430)^0,K_0^*(1950)^0,K^*(892)^0,K^*(1410)^0,K^*(1680)^0$ and $K_2^*(1430)^0$ resonances. The time-like form factors are adopted to parametrize the corresponding $S$, $P$, $D$-wave kaon-pion distribution amplitudes for the concerned decay modes, which describe the final-state interactions between the kaon and pion in the resonant region. The $Kπ$ $S$-wave component at low $Kπ$ mass is described by the LASS line shape, while the time-like form factors of other resonances are modeled by the relativistic Breit-Wigner function. We find the following main points: (a) the PQCD predictions of the branching ratios for most considered $B \to η_c(1S)(K^{*0}\to )K^+π^-$ decays agree well with the currently available data within errors; (b) for ${\cal B}(B^0 \to η_c (K_0^*(1430)\to )K^+π^-)$ and ${\cal B}(B^0 \to η_c K^+π^-({\rm NR}))$ (here NR means nonresonant), our predictions of the branching ratios are a bit smaller than the measured ones; and (c) the PQCD results for the $D$-wave contributions considered in this work can be tested once the precise data from the future LHCb and Belle-II experiments are available.

Resonant contributions to three-body $B_{(s)} \to [ D^{(*)}, \bar{D}^{(*)} ] K^+K^-$ decays in the perturbative QCD approach

In this work, we study the $S$, $P$ and $D$ wave resonance contributions to three-body decays $B_{(s)} \to [ D^{(*)}, \bar{D}^{(*)} ] K^+K^-$ by employing the perturbative QCD (PQCD) approach, where the kaon-kaon invariant mass spectra are dominated by the $f_0(980),f_0(1370),$ $ϕ(1020),ϕ(1680),f_2(1270),f^{\prime}_2(1525),f_2(1750)$ and $f_2(1950)$ resonances. The $KK$ $S$-wave component $f_0(980)$ is modeled with the Flatté formalism, while other resonances are described by the relativistic Breit-Wigner (BW) line shape. The corresponding decay channels are studied by constructing the kaon-kaon distribution amplitude $Φ_{KK}$, which captures important final state interactions between the kaon pair in the resonant region. We found that the PQCD predictions for the branching ratios for most considered decays agree with currently available data within errors. The associated polarization fractions of those vector-vector and vector-tensor decay modes are also predicted, which are expected to be tested in the near future experiments. The invariant mass spectra for the corresponding resonances in the $B_{(s)} \to [D^{(*)}, \bar{D}^{(*)} ] K^+K^-$ decays are well established, which can be confronted with the precise data from the LHCb and Belle II experiments.

Semileptonic decays $B/B_s \to (D^{(*)},D_s^{(*)}) l ν_l$ in the PQCD approach with the lattice QCD input

In this paper, we studied the semileptonic $B/B_s \to (D^{(*)},D_s^{(*)}) lν_l$ decays in the framework of the standard model (SM) , by employing the perturbative QCD (PQCD) factorization formalism combining with the lattice QCD inputs of the relevant transition form factors. We calculated the branching ratios ${\cal B}(B_{(s)} \to D_{(s)}^{(*)} l ν_l )$ with $l=(e,μ.τ)$ , the ratios of the branching ratios $R(D^{(*)})$ and $R(D_s^{(*)} )$ and other physical observables $P_τ(D_{(s)}^{(*)})$, $F_L(D^*_{(s)})$ and $A_{FB}(τ)$. The "PQCD+Lattice" predictions for ${\cal B}(B \to D^{(*)} lν_l)$ and $R(D^{(*)})$ do agree well with those currently available experimental measurements within the errors. For the ratios $R(D_s)$ and $R(D_s^*)$, the "PQCD+Lattice" predictions agree well with other known predictions. For both $P_τ(D^*)$ and $F_L(D^*)$, our theoretical predictions agree well with the measured values within errors. Our theoretical predictions about the considered semileptonic $B/B_s$ decays could be tested in the near future LHCb and the Belle II experiments.

Study of $\bar{B}_s\to K^{(*)}\ell^+ \ell^-$ decays in the PQCD factorization approach with the lattice QCD input

In this paper, we studied systematically the semileptonic decays $\bar{B}_s \to K^{(*)} \ell^+ \ell^-$ with $l^-=(e^-,μ^-,τ^-)$ by using the perturbative QCD (PQCD) and the "PQCD+Lattice" factorization approach, respectively. We first evaluated all relevant form factors $F_i(q^2)$ in the low $q^2$ region using the PQCD approach, and we also take the available Lattice QCD results at the end point $q^2_{max}$ as additional inputs to improve the extrapolation of the form factors to the high $q^2$ region. We calculated the branching ratios and other twelve kinds of physical observables. From our studies, we find the following points: (a) for $ \bar{B}_s \to K l^+ l^-$ decays, the PQCD and "PQCD+Lattice" predictions for branching ratios (BRs) ${\cal B}(\bar{B}_s \to K l^+ l^-)$, the ratios of the BRs $R_K^{eμ}$ and $R_K^{μτ}$, and the longitudinal polarization asymmetry of the leptons $P_L$ agree well within errors; (b) the PQCD and "PQCD+Lattice" predictions for the CP averaged branching ratio ${\cal B}(\bar{B}_s \to K^* μ^+ μ^-)$ are $(3.17^{+0.95}_{-0.78})\times 10^{-8}$ and $(2.48^{+0.56}_{-0.50})\times 10^{-8}$ respectively, which agree well with the LHCb measured value $(2.9\pm 1.1) \times 10^{-8}$ and the light-cone sum rule (LCSR) prediction; (c) for the ratios $R_{K^\ast}^{eμ}$ and $R_{K^\ast}^{μτ}$, the PQCD and "PQCD+Lattice" predictions agree well with each other and have a small error less than $10\%$; (d) for the direct CP asymmetries ${\cal A}_{CP}$ of all considered decay modes, they are always very small as expected: less than $5\%$ in magnitude; and (e) for the angular observables $P_{1,2,3}$ and $P^\prime_{4,5,6,8}$ , our theoretical predictions for each kind of lepton are consistent within errors. We believe that above predictions could be tested by future LHCb and Belle-II experiments.

Semileptonic decays $B_c \to (η_c,J/ψ) l \barν_l $ in the "PQCD + Lattice" approach

In this paper, we studied the semileptonic decays $B_c^- \to (η_c, J/ψ) l ^- \barν_l$ by employing the PQCD factorization approach, using the newly defined distribution amplitudes of the $B_c$ meson and the new kind of parametrization for extrapolation of the form factors , and also taking into account the lattice QCD results about the relevant form factors at several points. We found the following main results: (a) the PQCD predictions for the branching ratios of $B_c \to (η_c,J/ψ) l \barν$ decays will become a little smaller by about $(5-16)\%$ when the lattice input are taken into account in the extrapolation of the relevant form factors; (b) the PQCD predictions for the ratio $R_{η_c, J/ψ}$ and the longitudinal polarization $P_τ$ are $R_{η_c}=0.34\pm 0.01 , R_{J/ψ}=0.28\pm 0.01$, $P_τ(η_c) = 0.37\pm 0.01$ and $P_τ(J/ψ) = -0.55 \pm 0.01$ ; and (c) after the inclusion of the lattice input the theoretical predictions changed slightly: $R_{η_c}=0.31\pm 0.01$, $ R_{ J/ψ}=0.27\pm 0.01$, $P_τ( η_c) = 0.36 \pm 0.01$ and $P_τ( J/ψ) = -0.53\pm 0.01$. The theoretical predictions for $R_{ J/ψ}$ agree with the measured one within errors, and other predictions could be tested in the near future LHCb experiments.

The next-to-leading order corrections to rho meson electromagnetic form factors in the $k_T$ factorization approach

In this paper we calculate the next-to-leading-order (NLO) corrections to $ρ$-meson electromagnetic form factors by employing the $k_T$ factorization approach. We find that the NLO correction to $F_i (Q^2)(i=LT,TL)$ is around $30\%$ of the leading-order (LO) contributionin the region $Q^2>2GeV^2$. The NLO correction to $F_{LL}(Q^2)$ is close to $20\%$ of the LO one in the region $Q^2>3GeV^2$. The NLO radiative corrections to the electric, magnetic, and quadruple form factors $F_j(Q^2) (j=1,2,3)$ are sizeable in magnitude and agree with those from other approaches.

Large non-factorizable contributions in $B \to a_0 a_0$ decays

We investigate three tree-dominated $B \to a_0 a_0$ decays for the first time in the perturbative QCD(pQCD) approach at leading order in the standard model, with $a_0$ standing for the light scalar $a_0(980)$ state, which is assumed as a meson based on the model of conventional two-quark$(q\bar q)$ structure. All the topologies of the Feynman diagrams such as the non-factorizable spectator ones and the annihilation ones are calculated in the pQCD approach. It is of great interest to find that, contrary to the known $B \to ππ$ decays, the $B \to a_0 a_0$ decays are governed by the large non-factorizable contributions, which give rise to the large $B \to a_0 a_0$ decay rates in the order of $10^{-6} \sim 10^{-5}$, although the $a_0$ meson has an extremely small vector decay constant $f_{a_0}$. Also observed are large direct CP-violating asymmetries around $15\%$ and $30\%$ for the $B^0 \to a_0^0 a_0^0$ and $a_0^+ a_0^-$ modes. These sizable predictions could be easily examined at the running Large Hadron Collider and the near future Super-B/Belle-II experiments. The future precision measurements combined with these pQCD predictions might be helpful to explore the complicated QCD dynamics and the inner structure of the light scalar $a_0$, as well as to complementarily constrain the unitary angle $α$.

Nonleptonic decays of $B \to ( f_1(1285),f_1(1420) ) V$ in the perturbative QCD approach

We investigate the branching ratios, the polarization fractions, the direct CP-violating asymmetries, and the relative phases in 20 nonleptonic decay modes of $B \to f_1 V$ within the framework of perturbative QCD approach at leading order with $f_1$ including two $^3\!P_1$-axial-vector states $f_1(1285)$ and $f_1(1420)$. Here, $B$ denotes $B^+$, $B^0$, and $B_s^0$ mesons and $V$ stands for the lightest vector mesons $ρ$, $K^*$, $ω$, and $ϕ$ , respectively. The $B_s^0 \to f_1 V$ decays are studied theoretically for the first time in the literature. Together with the angle $ϕ_{f_1} \approx (24^{+3.2}_{-2.7})^\circ$ extracted from the measurement through $B_{d/s} \to J/ψf_1(1285)$ modes for the $f_1(1285)-f_1(1420)$ mixing system, it is of great interest to find phenomenologically some modes such as the tree-dominated $B^+ \to f_1 ρ^+$ and the penguin-dominated $B^{+,0} \to f_1 K^{*+,0}, B_s^0 \to f_1 ϕ$ with large branching ratios around ${\cal O}(10^{-6})$ or even ${\cal O}(10^{-5})$, which are expected measurable at the LHCb and/or the Belle-II experiments in the near future. The good agreement [sharp contrast] of branching ratios and decay pattern for $B^+ \to f_1 ρ^+, B^{+,0} \to f_1(1285) K^{*+,0} [B^{+,0} \to f_1(1420) K^{*+,0}]$ decays between QCD factorization and perturbative QCD factorization predictions can help us to distinguish these two rather different factorization approaches via precision measurements, which would also be helpful for us to explore the annihilation decay mechanism through its important roles for the considered $B \to f_1 V$ decays.

Production and decays of a light $ϕ^0$ in the LRTH model under the LHC Higgs data

In this paper we study the production and decays of a light pseudoscalar boson $ϕ^0$ with $m_{ϕ^0} \leq m_h/2$ appeared in the left-right twin Higgs (LRTH) model, and explore its phenomenological consequences when the latest LHC Higgs data are taken into account. We found that (a) the decay rate $Br(h\to ϕ^0ϕ^0)$ can be as large as $80\%$ and can suppress significantly the visible $γγ$ signal rate, but the latest LHC Higgs data put a strong constraint on it: $Br(h \to ϕ^0ϕ^0) \leq 30\%$ at $3σ$ level; (b) the $p$-value of the LRTH model is around $0.6$, smaller than that of the SM in most of the parameter space and approaches the SM value $0.8$ for a sufficiently large $f$ parameter; (c) the neutral pseudoscalar $ϕ^0$ dominantly decay into $b\bar{b}$ and the decay rate $Br(ϕ^0\to b\bar{b})$ can be larger than $80\%$ for $m_{ϕ^0}\leq 60$ GeV, and the second main decay mode is $ϕ^0\to τ^{+}τ^{-}$ with a branching ratio about $14\%$; and (d) at the future $e^-e^+$ collider with $\sqrt{s}=250$ GeV, the processes $e^{+}e^{-}\to Zh\to Z(ϕ^0ϕ^0)\to Z(4b,2b2τ)$ are promising for discovering such a light pseudoscalar $ϕ^0$.

Resolving the $B \to K π$ puzzle by Glauber-gluon effects

We extend the perturbative QCD formalism including the Glauber gluons, which has been shown to accommodate the measured $B \to ππ$ and $B^0\toρ^0 ρ^0$ branching ratios simultaneously, to the analysis of the $B \to K π$ and $K \bar K$ decays. It is observed that the convolution of the universal Glauber phase factors with the transverse-momentum-dependent kaon wave function reveals weaker (stronger) Glauber effects than in the pion ($ρ$ meson) case as expected. Our predictions for the branching ratios and the direct CP asymmetries of the $B \to K π$ and $K \bar K$ modes at next-to-leading-order accuracy agree well with data. In particular, the predicted difference of the $B^\pm \to K^\pm π^0$ and $B^0 \to K^\pm π^\mp$ direct CP asymmetries, $ΔA_{Kπ}\equiv A_{\rm CP}^{\rm dir}(K^\pm π^0)[0.021 \pm 0.016] - A_{\rm CP}^{\rm dir}(K^\pm π^\mp)[-0.081 \pm 0.017] = 0.102 \pm 0.023$, is consistent with the measured $ΔA_{Kπ} = 0.119 \pm 0.022$ within uncertainties, and the known $B \to Kπ$ puzzle is resolved. The above $B \to ππ$, $Kπ$ and $K \bar K$ studies confirm that the Glauber gluons associated with pseudo-Nambu-Goldstone bosons enhance the color-suppressed tree amplitude significantly, but have a small impact on other topological amplitudes.

Searches for the FCNC couplings from top-Higgs associated production signal with $h\to γγ$ at the LHC

In this paper, we study the observability of the top-Higgs flavor changing neutral current (FCNC) $tqh$ coupling through the process $pp\to qg\to t(\to \ell^{+}bν)h(\to γγ)$ at the Large Hadron Collider~(LHC), where $\ell=e, μ$. Our numerical results show that, in some parameter regions, the LHC may observe the above signals at the $5σ$ level. Otherwise, the branching ratios $Br(t\to uh)$ and $Br(t\to ch)$ can be respectively probed to $0.036\%$ and $0.13\%$ at $3σ$ level at 14 TeV LHC with the high integrated luminosity of 3000 fb$^{-1}$. On the other hand, studying the charge ratio for the lepton in top quark decay can be not only used to discriminate between signal and backgrounds, but also used to discriminate between $tuh$ and $tch$ couplings, for which anomalous single top production comes from the up initiated channel and charm initiated channel.

Searches for top-Higgs FCNC couplings via the Whj signal with $h\to γγ$ at the LHC

In this paper, we investigated the process $pp \to W^{-}hj$ induced by the top-Higgs flavor changing neutral current (FCNC) couplings at the LHC. We found that the cross section of $pp \to W^{-}hj$ mainly comes from the resonant process $pp\to W^{-}t\to W^{-}hq$ due to the anomalous $tqH$ couplings (where $q$ denotes up and charm quarks). We further studied the observability of the top-Higgs FCNC couplings through the process $pp \to W^{-}(\to \ell^{-} \barν_{\ell}) h( \to γγ) j$ and found that the branching ratios $Br(t\to qh)$ can be probed to $0.16\%$ at $3σ$ level at 14 TeV LHC with an integrated luminosity of 3000 fb$^{-1}$.

The $S$-wave resonance contributions to the three-body decays $B^0_{(s)}\to η_c f_0(X)\to η_cπ^+π^-$ in perturbative QCD approach

In this paper, we study the three-body decays $B^0/B^0_s \to η_c f_0(X)\to η_c π^+π^-$ by employing the perturbative QCD (PQCD) factorization approach. We evaluate the $S$-wave resonance contributions by using the two-pion distribution amplitude $Φ_{ππ}^{\rm S}$. The Breit-Wigner formula for the $f_0(500)$, $f_0(1500)$, and $f_0(1790)$ resonances and the Flatté model for the $f_0(980)$ resonance are adopted to parameterize the time-like scalar form factors $F_{s}(ω^2)$. We also use the D.~V.~Bugg model to parameterize the $f_0(500)$ and compare the relevant theoretical predictions from different models. We found the following results: (a) the PQCD predictions for the branching ratios are ${\cal B}(B^0\to η_c f_0(500)[π^+π^-])= \left ( 1.53 ^{+0.76}_{-0.35} \right ) \times 10^{-6}$ for Breit-Wigner model and ${\cal B}(B^0\to η_c f_0(500)[π^+π^-])= \left ( 2.31 ^{+0.96}_{-0.48} \right ) \times 10^{-6}$ for D.~V.~Bugg model; (b) $ {\cal B}(B_s\to η_c f_0(X)[π^+π^-] ) =\left ( 5.02^{+1.49}_{-1.08} \right )\times 10^{-5}$ when the contributions from $f_0(X)=(f_0(980),f_0(1500),f_0(1790))$ are all taken into account; and (c) The considered decays could be measured at the ongoing LHCb experiment, consequently, the formalism of two-hadron distribution amplitudes could also be tested by such experiments.

The perturbative QCD factorization of $ργ^{\star} \to ρ$

In this paper we firstly demonstrate step by step that the factorization hypothesis is valid at the next-to-leading order (NLO) for the exclusive process $ργ^{\star} \to ρ$ by employing the collinear factorization approach, and then extend this proof to the case of the $k_T$ factorization by taking into account the transversal momentum of the light external quark (anti-quark) lines in the $ρ$ meson. At the NLO level, we then show that the soft divergences from different sub-diagrams will be canceled each other in the quark level, while the remaining collinear divergences can be absorbed into the NLO meson wave functions. The full NLO amplitudes can therefore be factorized as the convolution of the NLO wave functions $ Φ^{(1)}_ρ$ and the infrared-finite leading order (LO) hard kernels $G^0_{X,IJ,kl}$ in the $k_T$ factorization. We also write down the polarized NLO $ρ$ meson wave functions in the form of nonlocal hadron matrix elements with the gauge factor integral path deviating from the light cone. These NLO $ρ$ meson wave functions can be used to calculate the NLO hard corrections to some relevant exclusive processes, such as $B \to ρ$ transition.

Constraining dark matter in the LRTH model with latest LHC, XENON100 and LUX data

In the left-right twin Higgs (LRTH) model, the neutral $\hat{S}$ is a candidate for weakly interacting massive particle (WIMP) dark matter (DM). If its mass is lighter than half of the SM-like Higgs boson $h$, the new invisible decay $h \to \hat{S}\hat{S}$ will become open. In this paper, we examine the status of a light dark matter ($\hat{S}$) under current experimental constraints including the latest LHC Higgs data, the XENON100 and LUX limit on the dark matter scattering off the nucleon. The following observations have been obtained: (i) The current ATLAS (CMS) measurements of $R_{γγ}$ can exclude the invisible Higgs branching ratio ${\rm Br}_{\rm inv}$ larger than $34\%$ ($48\%$) at $2σ$ level; (ii) the Global fits to the latest LHC and Tevatron Higgs data provide a stronger constraint: ${\rm Br}_{\rm inv}< 20\%$ ($30\%$) at $2σ$ ($3σ$) level, which could be tested in the LHC experiments; (iii) for the spin-independent scattering cross section off the nucleon, the recent XENON100 (LUX) data can exclude the invisible decay rate larger than $50\%$ $(25\%)$; and (iv) the results of direct DM searches with LUX can give strong constraint on the viable parameter space of $\{g_{h\hat{S}\hat{S}}, m_{\hat{S}}\}$ in this LRTH model.

In this work, we analyze three dominant single SM-like Higgs boson production processes in the left-right twin Higgs model (LRTHM): the Higgs-strahlung (HS) process $e^{+}e^{-}\rightarrow Zh$, the vector boson fusion (VBF) process $e^{+}e^{-}\to ν\barνh$ and the associate production with top pair process $e^{+}e^{-}\to t\bar{t}h$ for three possible energy stages of the International Linear Collider (ILC), and compared our results with the expected experimental accuracies for various accessible Higgs decay channels. The following observations have been obtained: (i) In the reasonable parameter space, the LRTHM can generate moderate contributions to theses processes with polarized beams; (ii) Among various Higgs boson decay channels, the $b\bar{b}$ signal strength is most sensitive to the LRTHM due to the high expected precision. For the $t\bar{t}h$ production process, the absolute value of $μ_{b\bar{b}}$ may deviate from the SM prediction by over $8.7\%$ and thus may be detectable at the future ILC with $\sqrt{s}=1$ TeV; (iii) The future ILC experiments may give strong limit on the scale parameter $f$: for the case of ILC-250 GeV, for example, the lower limit for parameter $f$ of the LRTHM is $f > 1150$ GeV at the $2σ$ level.

The $B\to D^{(*)} lν_l$ decays in the pQCD approach with the Lattice QCD input

In this paper, we studied the semileptonic decays $B \to D^{(*)} l^- \barν_l$ by using the "pQCD+Lattice QCD" method. We made the extrapolation for the six relevant form factors by using the input values obtained from the pQCD factorization approach in the low $q^2$ region of $0\leq q^2 \leq m_τ^2$, and the Lattice QCD input at the end-point $q^2=q^2_{\rm max}$. We then calculated the ratios $R(D)$ and $R(D^*)$ of the branching ratios ${\cal B}(B \to D^{(*)} l^- \barν_l)$, and found numerically that (1) the "pQCD+Lattice QCD" predictions for the branching ratios ${\cal B}(B \to D^{(*)} l^-\barν_l)$ agree well with the measured values within one standard deviation, and (2) the "pQCD+Lattice QCD" predictions for the ratios $R(D^{(*)})$ are $ R(D)=0.337^{+0.038}_{-0.037}$ and $ R(D^*)=0.269^{+0.021}_{-0.020}$, they agree with the data within $2σ$ deviation, in other words, one can explain the "$R(D^{(*)})$-puzzle" in the framework of the standard model.

The $ργ^* \to π(ρ)$ transition form factors in the Perturbative QCD factorization approach

In this paper, we studied the $ργ^* \to π$ and $ργ^*\to ρ$ transition processes and made the calculations for the $ρπ$ transition form factor $Q^4 F_{ρπ}(Q^2)$ and the $ρ$ meson electromagnetic form factors, $F_{\rm LL, LT,TT}(Q^2)$ and $F_{1,2,3}(Q^2)$, by employing the perturbative QCD (PQCD) factorization approach. For the $ργ^* \to π$ transition, we found that the contribution to form factor $Q^4 F_{ρπ}(Q)$ from the term proportional to the distribution amplitude combination $ϕ^T_ρ(x_1)ϕ^P_π(x_2)$ is absolutely dominant, and the PQCD predictions for both the size and the $Q^2$-dependence of this form factor $Q^4 F_{ρπ}(Q^2)$ agree well with those from the extended ADS/QCD models or the light-cone QCD sum rule. For the $ργ^* \to ρ$ transition and in the region of $Q^2\geq 3$ GeV$^2$, further more, we found that the PQCD predictions for the magnitude and their $Q^2$-dependence of the $F_1(Q^2)$ and $F_2(Q^2)$ form factors agree well with those from the QCD sum rule, while the PQCD prediction for $F_3(Q^2)$ is much larger than the one from the QCD sum rule.

The NLO contributions to the scalar pion form factors and the ${\cal O}(α_s^2)$ annihilation corrections to the $B\to ππ$ decays

In this paper, by employing the $k_{T}$ factorization theorem, we made the first calculation for the space-like scalar pion form factor $Q^2 F(Q^2)$ at the leading order (LO) and the next-to-leading order (NLO) level, and then found the time-like scalar pion form factor $F'^{(1)}_{\rm a,I}$ by analytic continuation from the space-like one. From the analytical evaluations and the numerical results, we found the following points: (a) the NLO correction to the space-like scalar pion form factor has an opposite sign with the LO one but is very small in magnitude, can produce at most $10\%$ decrease to LO result in the considered $Q^2$ region; (b) the NLO time-like scalar pion form factor $F'^{(1)}_{\rm a,I}$ describes the ${\cal O}(α_s^2)$ contribution to the factorizable annihilation diagrams of the considered $B \to ππ$ decays, i.e. the NLO annihilation correction; (c) the NLO part of the form factor $F'^{(1)}_{\rm a,I}$ is very small in size, and is almost independent with the variation of cutoff scale $μ_0$, but this form factor has a large strong phase around $-55^\circ$ and may play an important role in producing large CP violation for $B\to ππ$ decays; and (d) for $B^0 \to π^+π^-$ and $ π^0π^0$ decays, the newly known NLO annihilation correction can produce only a very small enhancement to their branching ratios, less than $3\%$ in magnitude, and therefore we could not interpret the well-known $ππ$-puzzle by the inclusion of this NLO correction to the factorizable annihilation diagrams.

Time-like pion electromagnetic form factors in $k_{T}$ factorization with the Next-to-leading-order twist-3 contribution

We calculate the time-like pion electromagnetic form factor in the $k_T$ factorization formalism with the inclusion of the next-to-leading-order(NLO) corrections to the leading-twist and sub-leading-twist contributions. It's found that the total NLO correction can enhance (reduce) the magnitude (strong phase) of the leading order form factor by $20\% - 30\%$ ( $< 15^o$) in the considered invariant mass squared $q^2 > 5$ GeV$^2$, and the NLO twist-3 correction play the key role to narrow the gap between the pQCD predictions and the measured values for the time-like pion electromagnetic form factor.

Transverse-momentum-dependent wave functions with Glauber gluons in $B \to ππ$, $ρρ$ decays

We investigate the Glauber-gluon effect on the $B \to ππ$ and $ρρ$ decays, which is introduced via a convolution of a universal Glauber phase factor with transverse-momentum-dependent(TMD) meson wave functions in the $k_T$ factorization theorem. For an appropriate parametrization of the Glauber phase, it is observed that a TMD wave function for the pion ($ρ$ meson) with a weak (strong) falloff in parton transverse momentum $k_T$ leads to significant (moderate) modification of the $B^0 \to π^0 π^0$ ($B^0 \to ρ^0 ρ^0$) branching ratio: the former (latter) is enhanced (reduced) by about a factor of 2 (15\%). This observation is consistent with the dual role of the pion as a massless Nambu-Goldstone boson and as a $q \bar q$ bound state, which requires a tighter spatial distribution of its leading Fock state relative to higher Fock states. The agreement between the theoretical predictions and the data for all the $B \to ππ$ and $ρ^0 ρ^0$ branching ratios is then improved simultaneously, and it is possible to resolve the $B \to ππ$ puzzle.

$\bar{B}^0_s \to (π^0 η^{(*)}, η^{(*)}η^{(*)})$ decays and the effects of next-to-leading order contributions in the perturbative QCD approach

In this paper, we calculate the branching ratios and CP violating asymmetries of the five $\bar{B}^0_s \to (π^0η^{(*)},η^{(*)}η^{(*)})$ decays, by employing the perturbative QCD (pQCD) factorization approach and with the inclusion of all currently known next-to-leading order (NLO) contributions. We find that (a) the NLO contributions can provide about 100% enhancements to the LO pQCD predictions for the decay rates of $\bar{B}_s^0 \to ηη^\prime$ and $η^\prime η^\prime$ decays, but result in small changes to $Br(\bar{B}_s \to π^0 η^{(*)})$ and $Br(\bar{B}_s \to ηη)$; (b) the newly known NLO twist-2 and twist-3 contributions to the relevant form factors can provide about 10% enhancements to the decay rates of the considered decays; (c) for $\bar{B}_s \to π^0 η^{(*)}$ decays, their direct CP-violating asymmetries $\cala_f^{dir}$ could be enhanced significantly by the inclusion of the NLO contributions; and (d) the pQCD predictions for $Br(\bar{B}_s \to ηη^{(*)})$ and $Br(\bar{B}_s \to η^\prime η^\prime)$ can be as large as $4\times 10^{-5}$, which may be measurable at LHCb or the forthcoming super-B experiments.

$\bar{B}^0_s \to Kπ,KK$ decays and effects of the next-to-leading order contribution

By employing the perturbative QCD(pQCD) factorization approach, we calculate the branching ratios and CP violating asymmetries of the four $\bar{B}_s^0 \to Kπ$ and $K K $ decays, with the inclusion of all known next-to-leading order (NLO) contributions. We find numerically that (a) the NLO contribution can interfere with the LO part constructively or destructively for different decay modes; (b) the NLO contribution leads to a $22\%$ decrease for $Br(\bar{B}^0_s \to K^+ π^-)$, but $\sim 50\%$ enhancements to other three considered $\bar{B}_s$ decays, and therefore play an important role in interpreting the measured values of the branching ratios; and (c) for both $\bar{B}_s^0 \to K^+ π^-$ and $\bar{B}_s^0 \to K^+K^- $ decays, the NLO pQCD predictions for the direct and mixing induced CP-violating asymmetries agree very well with the measured values in both the sign and the magnitude.

$B\to ππ$ decays and effects of the next-to-leading order contributions

In this paper we perform a systematic study for the three $B \to (π^+π^-,π^+π^0,π^0π^0)$ decays in the perturbative QCD (pQCD) factorization approach with the inclusion of all currently known next-to-leading order (NLO) contributions from various sources. We found that (a) for the CP-averaged decay rates $Br(B^0\to π^+π^-)$ and $Br(B^+\to π^+π^0)$, the NLO pQCD predictions agree with the data within one standard dviation; (b) for $Br(B^0\to π^0π^0)$, however, although the NLO contributions can provide a $\sim 100\%$ enhancement to the leading order (LO) result, it is still not large enough to interpret the data; (c) for the CP-violating asymmetries of $B^0\to π^+π^-$ decay, the central values of the NLO PQCD predictions agree with the data; and (d) we also examined the relative strength of the LO and NLO contributions from different sources.

Axial-vector $f_1(1285)-f_1(1420)$ mixing and $B_s \to J/ψ(f_1(1285), f_1(1420))$ decays

Inspired by the very recent LHCb measurements of $B_s \to J/ψf_1(1285)$ and the good agreement between the perturbative QCD predictions and the data for many $B \to J/ψV$ decays, we here investigate the $B_s \to J/ψf_1(1285)$ and $B_s \to J/ψf_1(1420)$ decays for the first time by employing the perturbative QCD (pQCD) approach, in which the $1^3P_1$ states $f_1(1285)$ and $f_1(1420)$ are believed to be the mixture of flavor singlet $f_1$ and octet $f_8$ or of quark-flavor states $f_{1q}$ and $f_{1s}$. We show that the pQCD predictions for the branching ratio of $B_s \to J/ψf_1(1285)$ agree well with the data within errors for the mixing angle $θ_{^3P_1} \approx 20^\circ (ϕ_{^3P_1} \approx 15^\circ)$ between $f_1 (f_{1q})$ and $f_8 (f_{1s})$ states. Furthermore, the branching ratio of $B_s \to J/ψf_1(1420)$ and the large transverse polarization fractions in these two considered channels are also predicted and will be tested by the LHC and the forthcoming Super-B factory experiments. Based on the decay rates of $B_s \to J/ψf_1(1285)$ and $B_s \to J/ψf_1(1420)$ decay modes predicted in the pQCD approach, the extracted mixing angle between $f_1(1285)$ and $f_1(1420)$ is basically consistent with currently available experimental measurements and lattice QCD analysis within still large theoretical errors.

Charmless hadronic $B \to (f_1(1285),f_1(1420)) P$ decays in the perturbative QCD approach

We study 20 charmless hadronic $B \to f_1 P$ decays in the perturbative QCD(pQCD) formalism with $f_1$ representing axial-vector mesons $f_1(1285)$ and $f_1(1420)$ that result from a mixing of quark-flavor $f_{1q}$ and $f_{1s}$ states with the angle $ϕ_{f_1}$. The estimations of branching ratios and CP asymmetries of the considered $B \to f_1 P$ decays are presented in the pQCD approach with $ϕ_{f_1} \sim 24^\circ$ from recently measured $B_{d/s} \to J/ψf_1(1285)$ decays. It is found that (a) the tree(penguin) dominant $B^+ \to f_1 π^+(K^+)$ decays with large branching ratios[${\cal O}(10^{-6})$] and large direct CP violations(around 14% $\sim$ 28% in magnitude) simultaneously are believed to be clearly measurable at the LHCb and Belle II experiments; (b) the $B_d \to f_1 K_S^0$ and $B_s \to f_1 (η, η^{\prime})$ decays with nearly pure penguin contributions and safely negligible tree pollution also have large decay rates in the order of $10^{-6} \sim 10^{-5}$, which can be confronted with the experimental measurements in the near future; (c) as the alternative channels, the $B^+ \to f_1 (π^+, K^+)$ and $B_d \to f_1 K_S^0$ decays have the supplementary power in providing more effective constraints on the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa weak phases $α$, $γ$, and $β$ correspondingly, which are explicitly analyzed through the large decay rates and the direct and mixing-induced CP asymmetries in the pQCD approach and are expected to be stringently examined by the measurements with high precision. The complete abstraction can be found in the paper.

Left-right twin Higgs model confronted with the latest LHC Higgs data

Motivated by the latest LHC Higgs data, we calculate the new physics contributions to the Higgs decay channels of $h\to γγ, Zγ, ττ, WW^*$ and $ ZZ^*$ in the left-right twin Higgs (LRTH) model, induced by the loops involving the heavy T-quark, the $W_H$ and $ϕ^\pm$ bosons appeared in the LRTH model. We find that (a) for a SM-like Higgs boson around 125.5 GeV, the signal rates normalized to the corresponding standard model (SM) predictions are always suppressed when new physics contributions are taken into account and approach the SM predictions for a large scalar parameter $f$; and (b) the LRTH prediction for $R_{γγ}$ agree well with the CMS measurement $R_{γγ}=0.77\pm 0.27$ at $1σ$ level, but differ with the ATLAS result. The forthcoming precision measurement of the diphoton signal at the LHC can be a sensitive probe for the LRTH model.

Penguin-dominated $B \to ϕK_1(1270)$ and $ϕK_1(1400)$ decays in the perturbative QCD approach

We investigate the CP-averaged branching ratios, the polarization fractions, the relative phases, and the CP-violating asymmetries of the penguin-dominated $B \to ϕK_1(1270) $ and $ ϕK_1(1400)$ decays in the perturbative QCD(pQCD) approach, where $K_1(1270)$ and $K_1(1400)$ are believed to be the mixtures of two distinct types of axial-vector $K_{1A}(^3P_1)$ and $K_{1B}(^1P_1)$ states with different behavior, however, their mixing angle $θ_{K_1}$ is still a hot and controversial topic presently. By numerical evaluations with two different mixing angles $θ_{K_1} \sim 33^\circ$ and $58^\circ$ and phenomenological analysis, we find that: (a) the pQCD predictions for the branching ratio, the longitudinal polarization fraction and the direct CP violation of $B^\pm \to ϕK_1(1270)^\pm$ decay with the smaller angle $33^\circ$ are in good agreement with the currently available data; (b) though the central values significantly exceed the available upper limit, both pQCD predictions of $Br(B^\pm \to ϕK_1(1400)^\pm)$ with two different mixing angles are consistent with that obtained in QCD factorization and with the preliminary data in 2$σ$ errors. These results and other relevant predictions for the considered decays will be further tested by the LHCb and the forthcoming Super-B experiments; (c) the weak annihilation contributions can play an important role in $B \to ϕK_1(1270)$ and $ϕK_1(1400)$ decays; (d) these pQCD predictions combined with the future precision measurements can examine the reliability of the factorization approach employed here, but also explore the complicated QCD dynamics and mixing angle $θ_{K_1}$ of the axial-vector $K_1(1270)$ and $K_1(1400)$ system.

Semileptonic decays $B \to D^{(*)} lν$ in the perturbative QCD factorization approach

In this paper, we study the $B \to D^{(*)} l^- \barν_{\rm l}$ semileptonic decays and calculate the branching ratios ${\cal B}(B \to D^{(*)} l^- \barν_{\rm l})$ and the ratios $R(D^{(*)})$ and $R_{\rm D}^{\rm l,τ}$ by employing the perturbative QCD (pQCD) factorization approach. We find that (a) for $R(D)$ and $R(D^*)$ ratios, the pQCD predictions are $R(D)=0.430^{+0.021}_{-0.026}$, $R(D^*)=0.301 \pm 0.013$ and agree well with BaBar's measurements of $R(D^{(*)})$; (b) for the newly defined $R_{\rm D}^{\rm l}$ and $R_{\rm D}^{\rm τ}$ ratios, the pQCD predictions are $R_{\rm D}^{\rm l} = 0.450^{+0.064}_{-0.051}$ and $R_{\rm D}^{\rm τ} =0.642^{+0.081}_{-0.070}$, which may be more sensitive to the QCD dynamics of the considered semileptonic decays than $R(D^{(*)})$ and should be tested by experimental measurements.

Semileptonic decays $B_c^+\to D^{(*)}_{(s)}(l^+ν,l^+l^-,ν\barν)$ in the perturbative QCD approach

In this paper we study the semileptonic decays of $B_c^+\to D^{(*)}_{(s)}(l^+ν_l,l^+l^-,ν\barν)$ (here $l$ stands for $e$, $μ$, or $τ$). After evaluating the $B_c^+ \to (D_{(s)},D^*_{(s)})$ transition form factors $F_{0,+,T}(q^2)$ and $V(q^2), A_{0,1,2}(q^2), T_{1,2,3}(q^2)$ by employing the perturbative QCD factorization approach, we calculate the branching ratios for all these semileptonic decays. Our predictions for the values of the $B_c^+ \to D_{(s)}$ and $B_c^+ \to D^*_{(s)}$ transition form factors are consistent with those obtained by using other methods. The branching ratios of the decay modes with $\barνν$ are almost an order of magnitude larger than the corresponding decays with $l^+l^-$ after the summation over the three neutrino generations. The branching ratios for the decays with $b\to d$ transitions are much smaller than those decays with the $b\to s$ transitions, due to the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa suppression. We define ratios $R_D$ and $R_{D^*}$ for the branching ratios with the $τ$ lepton versus $μ$, $e$ lepton final states to cancel the uncertainties of the form factors, which could possibly be tested in the near future.

The NLO twist-3 contribution to the pion electromagnetic form factors in $k_{T}$ factorization

In this paper, by employing the $k_{T}$ factorization theorem, we calculate firstly the next-to-leading-order (NLO) twist-3 contributions to the pion electromagnetic form factors in the $πγ^* \to π$ process. From the analytical and numerical calculations we find the following points: (a) For the leading order (LO) twist-2, twist-3 and the NLO twist-2 contributions, our results agree very well with those obtained in previous works; (b) We extract out two factors $F^{(1)}_{\rm T3}(x_i,t,Q^2)$ and $\ov{F}^{(1)}_{\rm T3}(x_i,t,Q^2)$, which describe directly the NLO twist-3 contributions to the pion electromagnetic form factors $F^+(Q^2)$; (c) The NLO twist-3 contribution is negative in sign and cancel partially with the NLO twist-2 part, the total NLO contribution can therefore provide a roughly $\pm 20\%$ corrections to the total LO contribution in the considered ranges of $Q^2$; and (d) The theoretical predictions for $Q^2 F^+(Q^2)$ in the low-$Q^2$ region agree well with currently available data, this agreement can be improved by the inclusion of the NLO contributions.

The NLO twist-3 contributions to $B \to π$ form factors in $k_{T}$ factorization

In this paper, we calculate the next-to-leading-order (NLO) twist-3 contribution to the form factors of $B \to π$ transitions by employing the $k_{T}$ factorization theorem. All the infrared divergences regulated by the logarithms $\ln(k_{iT}^{2})$ cancel between those from the quark diagrams and from the effective diagrams for the initial $B$ meson wave function and the final pion meson wave function. An infrared finite NLO hard kernel is therefore obtained, which confirms the application of the $k_{T}$ factorization theorem to $B$ meson semileptonic decays at twist-3 level. From our analytical and numerical evaluations, we find that the NLO twist-3 contributions to the form factors $f^{+,0}(q^2)$ of $B \to π$ transition are similar in size, but have an opposite sign with the NLO twist-2 contribution, which leads to a large cancelation between these two NLO parts. For the case of $f^+(0)$, for example, the $24\%$ NLO twist-2 enhancement to the full LO prediction is largely canceled by the negative ( about $-17\%$ ) NLO twist-3 contribution, leaving a small and stable $7\%$ enhancement to the full LO prediction in the whole range of $0\leq q^2\leq 12$ GeV$^2$. At the full NLO level, the perturbative QCD prediction is $F^{B \to π}(0)=0.269^{+0.054}_{-0.050}$. We also studied the possible effects on the pQCD predictions when different sets of the B meson and pion distribution amplitudes are used in the numerical evaluation.

The perturbative QCD factorization of $ργ^{\star} \to π$

In this paper, we firstly varify that the factorization hypothesis is valid for the exclusive process $ργ^{\star} \to π$ at the next-to-leading order (NLO) with the collinear factorization approach, and then extend this proof to the case of the $k_T$ factorization approach. We particularly show that at the NLO level, the soft divergences in the full quark level calculation could be canceled completely as for the $πγ^{\star} \to π$ process where only the pseudoscalar $π$ meson involved, and the remaining collinear divergences can be absorbed into the NLO hadron wave functions. The full amplitudes can be factorized as the convolution of the NLO wave functions and the infrared-finite hard kernels with these factorization approaches. We also write out the NLO meson distribution amplitudes in the form of nonlocal matrix elements.

The production and decay of the top partner $T$ in the left-right twin higgs model at the ILC and CLIC

The left-right twin Higgs model (LRTHM) predicts the existence of the top partner $T$. In this work, we make a systematic investigation for the single and pair production of this top partner $T$ through the processes: $e^{+}e^{-}\to t\ov{T} + T\bar{t}$ and $ T\ov{T}$, the neutral scalar (the SM-like Higgs boson $h$ or neutral pseudoscalar boson $ϕ^{0}$) associate productions $e^{+}e^{-}\to t\ov{T}h +T\bar{t}h$, $T\ov{T}h$, $t\ov{T}ϕ^{0}+T\bar{t}ϕ^{0}$ and $ T\ov{T}ϕ^{0}$. From the numerical evaluations for the production cross sections and relevant phenomenological analysis we find that (a) the production rates of these processes, in the reasonable parameter space, can reach the level of several or tens of fb; (b) for some cases, the peak value of the resonance production cross section can be enhanced significantly and reaches to the level of pb; (c) the subsequent decay of $T\to ϕ^{+}b \to t\bar{b}b$ may generate typical phenomenological features rather different from the signals from other new physics models beyond the standard model(SM); and (d) since the relevant SM background is generally not large, some signals of the top partner $T$ predicted by the LRTHM may be detectable in the future ILC and CLIC experiments.

The semileptonic decays of $B/B_s$ meson in the perturbative QCD approach: A short review

In this short review, we present the current status about the theoretical and experimental studies for some important semileptonic decays of $B/B_s$ mesons. We firstly gave a brief introduction for the experimental measurements for $B/B_s \to P (l^+l^-, l^-\barν_l, ν\barν)$ decays, the BaBar's $R(D)$ and $R(D^*)$ anomaly, the $P_5^\prime$ deviation for $B^0 \to K^{*0} μ^+ μ^-$ decay. We then made a careful discussion about the evaluations for the relevant form factors in the light-cone QCD sum rule (LCSRs), the heavy quark effective theory, and the perturbative QCD factorization approach. By using the form factors calculated in the perturbative (pQCD) approach, we then calculate and show the pQCD predictions for the decay rates of many semileptonic decays of $B/B_s$ mesons. We also made careful phenomenological analysis for these pQCD predictions and found, in general, the following points: (a) For all the considered $B/B_s$ semileptonic decays, the next-to-leading order (NLO) pQCD predictions for their decay rates agree well with the data and those from other different theoretical methods; (b) For $R(D)$ and $R(D^*)$, the pQCD predictions agree very well with the data, the BaBar's anomaly of $R(D^{(*)})$ are therefore explained successfully in the standard model by employing the pQCD approach; and (c) We defined several new ratios $R_D^{l,τ}$ and $R_{D_s}^{l,τ}$, they may be more sensitive to the QCD dynamics which controls the $B/B_s \to (D^{(*)},D_s^{(*)})$ transitions than the old ratios, we therefore strongly suggest LHCb and the forthcoming Super-B experiments to measure these new ratios.

The two-body hadronic decays of $B_c$ meson in the perturbative QCD approach: A short review

Along with the running of Large Hadron Collider (LHC) located at CERN in November 2009, a large number of data samples of $B_c$ meson have been collected and some hadronic $B_c$ decay modes have been measured by the LHC experiments. In view of the special and important roles of $B_c$ meson decays playing in the heavy flavor sector, we here give a short review on the status of two body hadronic decays $B_c \to M_1 M_2$ at both experimental and theoretical aspects. For the theoretical progresses, specifically, we will show lots of theoretical studies on two body hadronic $B_c$ decays involving pseudoscalar, vector, scalar, axial-vector, even tensor meson(s) in the final states by employing the perturbative QCD (pQCD) factorization approach. We will present a general analysis about the two-body hadronic decays of the heavy $B_c$ meson and also provide some expectations for the future developments.

$B \to K \etap$ decays in the SM with fourth generation fermions

By employing the perturbative QCD (pQCD) factorization approach, we calculate the new physics contributions to the four $B \to K \etap$ decays in the Standard Model (SM) with a fourth generation of fermions (SM4), induced by the loop diagrams involving $\tp$ quark. Within the considered parameter space of the SM4 we find that (a) the next-to-leading order (NLO) pQCD predictions for the branching ratios and CP-violating asymmetries in both the SM and SM4 generally agree with the data within one standard deviation; (b) for $Br(B \to K η)$, the inclusion of the fourth generation contributions can improve the agreement between the theoretical predictions and the data effectively; (c) for $Br(B \to K \etar)$, however, the decrease due to $\tp$ loops is disfavored by the data; and (d) the new physics corrections to the CP-violating asymmetries of the considered decays are about 10% only.

Anatomy of $B \to K η^{(\prime)}$ decays in different mixing schemes and effects of next-to-leading order contributions in the perturbative QCD approach

In this paper we perform a comprehensive study of the four $B \to K \etap$ decays in the pQCD factorization approach. We calculate the CP-averaged branching ratios and CP-violating asymmetries of $B \to K\etap$ decays in the ordinary $η$-$\etar$, the $η$-$\etar$-$G$, and the $η$-$\etar$-$G$-$η_c$ mixing schemes. Besides the full LO contributions, all currently known NLO contributions to $B \to K \etap$ decays in the pQCD approach are taken into account. From our calculations and phenomenological analysis, we find the following. (a) The NLO contributions in general can provide significant enhancements to the LO pQCD predictions for the decay rates of the two $B \to K \etar$ decays, around $70%-89%$ in magnitude, but result in relatively small changes to $Br(B \to K η)$. (b) Although the NLO pQCD predictions in all three considered mixing schemes agree well with the data within one standard deviation, those pQCD predictions in the $η$-$\etar$-$G$ mixing scheme provide the best interpretation for the measured pattern of $Br(B \to K \etap)$: $Br(B^0 \to K^0 η) \approx 1.13\times 10^{-6}$, $Br(B^0 \to K^0 \etar) \approx 66.5 \times 10^{-6}$, $Br(B^\pm \to K^\pm η) \approx 2.36\times 10^{-6}$, and $Br(B^\pm \to K^\pm \etar) \approx 67.3 \times 10^{-6}$, which agree perfectly with the measured values. (c) The NLO pQCD predictions for the CP-violating asymmetries for the four considered decays are also in good consistent with the data. (d) The newly known NLO contribution to the relevant form factors $\calm_{FF}$ can produce about a 20% enhancement to the branching ratios $Br(B \to K \etar)$, which plays an important role in closing the gap between the pQCD predictions and the relevant data. (e) The general expectations about the relative strength of the LO and NLO contributions from different sources are examined and confirmed by explicit numerical calculations.

Branching Ratios and CP Violations of B \to K_0^*(1430) K^* Decays in the pQCD Approach

We investigate $B \to K_0^*(1430) K^*$ decays in the perturbative QCD(pQCD) factorization approach, where $B$ denotes $B_u$, $B_d$ and $B_s$ meson respectively, and the scalar $K_0^*(1430)$ is considered as a meson based on the model of conventional two-quark structure. With the light-cone distribution amplitude of $K_0^*(1430)$ defined in two scenarios, namely Scenario 1 and Scenario 2, we make the first estimation for the branching ratios and CP-violating asymmetries for those concerned decay modes in the pQCD factorization approach. For all considered $B \to K_0^*(1430) K^*$ decays in this paper, only one preliminary upper limit on the branching ratio of $B^0 \to {K_0^*(1430)}^0 \bar{K}^{*0}$ measured at 90% C.L. by Belle Collaboration is available now. It is therefore of great interest to examine the predicted physical quantities at two $B$ factories, Large Hadron Collider experiments, and forthcoming Super-$B$ facility, then test the reliability of the pQCD approach employed to study the considered decay modes involving a $p$-wave scalar meson as one of the final state mesons. Furthermore, these pQCD predictions combined with the future precision measurements are also helpful to explore the complicated QCD dynamics involved in the light scalars.

Revisiting $Kπ$ puzzle in the pQCD factorization approach

In this paper, we calculated the branching ratios and direct CP violation of the four $B\to Kπ$ decays with the inclusion of all currently known next-to-leading order (NLO) contributions by employing the perturbative QCD (pQCD) factorization approach. We found that (a) Besides the 10% enhancement from the NLO vertex corrections, the quark-loops and magnetic penguins, the NLO contributions to the form factors can provide an additional $\sim 15%$ enhancement to the branching ratios, and lead to a very good agreement with the data; (b) The NLO pQCD predictions are $\acp^{dir}(B^0\to K^+π^-)=(-6.5\pm 3.1)%$ and $\acp^{dir}(B^+\to K^+ π^0)=(2.2\pm 2.0)%$, become well consistent with the data due to the inclusion of the NLO contributions.

Semileptonic decays $B_c\to(η_c,J/Ψ)lν$ in the perturbative QCD approach

In this paper we study the semileptonic decays of $B_c^- \to (η_c,J/ψ)l^-\barν_l$. We firstly evaluate the $B_c \to (η_c,J/Ψ)$ transition form factors $F_0(q^2)$, $F_+(q^2)$, $V(q^2)$ and $A_{0,1,2}(q^2)$ by employing the pQCD factorization approach, and then we calculate the branching ratios for all considered semileptonic decays. Based on the numerical results and the phenomenological analysis, we find that: (a) the pQCD predictions for the values of the $B_c \to η_c$ and $B_c \to J/Ψ$ transition form factors agree well with those obtained by using other methods; (b) the pQCD predictions for the branching ratios of the considered decays are $Br\left(B_c^- \toη_c e^-\barν_e(μ^-\barν_μ)\right) =(4.41^{+1.22}_{-1.09})\times10^{-3}$, $Br\left(B_c^- \toη_cτ^-\barν_τ\right) =(1.37^{+0.37}_{-0.34})\times10^{-3}$, $Br(B_c^- \to J/Ψe^-\barν_e(μ^-\barν_μ)) =(10.03^{+1.33}_{-1.18})\times10^{-3}$, and $Br\left(B_c^- \to J/Ψτ^-\barν_τ\right) =(2.92^{+0.40}_{-0.34})\times10^{-3}$; and (c) we also define and calculate two ratios of the branching ratios $R_{η_c}$ and $R_{J/Ψ}$, which will be tested by LHCb and the forthcoming Super-B experiments.

Semileptonic decays $B/B_s \to (η,\etar, G)(l^+l^-,l\barν,ν\barν)$ in the perturbative QCD approach beyond the leading order

In this paper we make a systematic study of the semileptonic decays $B/B_s \to (η,\etar, G)(l^+l^-,l\barν,ν\barν)$ by employing the perturbative QCD (pQCD) factorization approach. The next-to-leading-order (NLO) contributions to the relevant form factors are included, and the ordinary $η$-$\etar$ mixing scheme and the $η$-$\etar$-$G$ mixing scheme are considered separately, where $G$ denotes a pseudoscalar glueball. The numerical results and the phenomenological analysis indicate that (a) the NLO contributions to the relevant form factors provide 25% enhancement to the leading-order pQCD predictions for the branching ratios $Br(B^-\to η^{(')} l^-\barν_l)$, leading to a good agreement between the predictions and the data; (b) for all considered decays, the pQCD results are basically consistent with those from other different theoretical models; (c) the pQCD predictions in the two considered mixing schemes agree well with each other within theoretical errors. The outcomes presented here can be tested by LHCb and forthcoming Super-$B$ experiments.

Study of $\bar{B}_s^0 \to (D_s^+,D_s^{*+}) l^-\barν_l$ decays in the pQCD factorization approach

The $\bar{B}_s^0 \to D_s^{(*)+} l^- \barν_l$ semileptonic decays were calculated in the framework of the standard model (SM) by employing the perturbative QCD (pQCD) factorization approach. We defined four ratios of the branching ratios of the considered decays $R(D_s^{(*)})$ and $R_{D_s}^{l,τ}$. From the numerical results and phenomenological analysis we found that: (a) The pQCD predictions for the branching ratios $Br(\bar{B}_s^0 \to D_s^{(*)+} l^-\barν_l)$ generally agree well with the previous theoretical predictions; (b) For the four ratios, the pQCD predictions are $R(D_s)= 0.392 \pm 0.022$, $R(D_s^{*})= 0.302\pm 0.011$, $R_{D_{s}}^l=0.448^{+0.058}_{-0.041}$ and $R_{D_{s}}^τ=0.582^{+0.071}_{-0.045}$, which show a very good $SU(3)_F$ flavor symmetry with the corresponding ratios for $B\to D^{(*)} l^- \barν_l$ decays; and (c) we strongly suggest the measurements of the new ratios $R(D_s^{(*)})$ and $R_{D_{s}}^{l,τ}$ in the forthcoming Super-B experiments.

The loop effects on the chargino decays $\tildeχ_1^\pm\to \tildeχ_1^0 f f^\prime$ in the MSSM

The lighter chargino three body decays $\tildeχ_1^\pm\to \tildeχ_1^0 f f^\prime$ via the $W^\pm$ boson and the charged Higgs boson $H^\pm$ are studied in the R-parity conserved Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM). We treat $\tilde χ_1^\pm$ decays as production and decay of $W^\pm$ and $H^\pm$: i.e., $\tildeχ_1^\pm \to \tildeχ_1^0 W^\pm (H^\pm) \to \tildeχ_1^0 f f^\prime$. Both higgsino-like and wino-like $\tilde χ_1^\pm$ decays are well investigated. These decays are calculated at 1-loop level and the loop corrections are found to be less than three percent. The signal of the charged Higgs $H^\pm$ production from $\tilde χ_1^\pm$ decays are discussed. It will offer important information about the chargino and neutralino sector, as well as the charged Higgs sector in the MSSM.

$B \to a_1(1260) a_1(1260)$ and $b_1(1235) b_1(1235)$ decays in the perturbative QCD approach

In this work, we study six tree-dominated $B \to a_1(1260) a_1(1260)$ and $b_1(1235) b_1(1235)$ decays in the perturbative QCD(pQCD) approach, where $a_1$($b_1$) is a $^3P_1$($^1P_1$) axial-vector meson. Based on the perturbative calculations and phenomenological analysis, we find that: (a) the CP-averaged branching ratio of $B^0 \to a_1^+ a_1^-$ decay in the pQCD approach is $54.7 \times 10^{-6}$, which agrees well with the current data and the predictions given in the QCD factorization approach within errors; (b) the numerical results for the decay rates of other five channels are found to be in the order of $10^{-6} \sim 10^{-5}$, which could be accessed at B factories and Large Hadron Collider(LHC) experiments; (c) other physical observables such as polarization fractions and direct CP-violating asymmetries are also investigated with the pQCD approach in the present work and the predictions can be confronted with the relevant experiments in the near future; (d) the different phenomenologies shown between $B \to a_1 a_1$ and $B \to b_1 b_1$ decays are expected to be tested by the ongoing LHC and forthcoming Super-B experiments, which could shed light on the typical QCD dynamics involved in these decay modes, as well as in $^3P_1$ meson $a_1$ and $^1P_1$ meson $b_1$.

Implications on $η$-$η'$-glueball mixing from $B_{d/s} \to J/Ψη^{(')}$ Decays

We point out that the recent Belle measurements of the $B_{d/s} \to J/Ψη^{(')}$ decays imply large pseudoscalar glueball contents in the $η^{(\prime)}$ meson. These decays are studied in the perturbative QCD (PQCD) approach, considering the $η$-$η'$-$G$ mixing, where $G$ represents the pseudoscalar glueball. It is shown that the PQCD predictions for the $B_{d/s} \to J/Ψη^{(')}$ branching ratios agree well with the data for the mixing angle $ϕ_G\approx 30^\circ$ between the flavor-singlet state and the pure pseudoscalar glueball. Extending the formalism to the $η$-$η'$-$G$-$η_c$ tetramixing, the abnormally large observed $B_d\to Kη'$ branching ratios are also explained. The proposed mixing formalism is applicable to other heavy meson decays into $η^{(\prime)}$ mesons, and could be tested by future LHCb and Super-$B$ factory data.

In this work, we recalculate the charmless pure annihilation decays $B_s\to π^+ π^-$ and $B^0 \to K^+ K^-$ by using the perturbative QCD (pQCD) factorization approach, and compare the pQCD predictions with currently available experimental measurements. We used the same set of relevant input parameters and wave functions to make the calculations for the considered decay modes and found the following results: (a) one can provide a consistent pQCD interpretation for both the measured $Br(B_s^0 \to π^+ π^-)$ and $Br(B_d^0 \to K^+ K^-)$ simultaneously; (b) the pQCD predictions for $Br(B_s^0 \to π^+π^-)$ obtained by different authors are well consistent with each other; (c) our new pQCD prediction for $Br(B_d^0 \to K^+K^-)$ agree very well with the measured values from CDF and LHCb Collaboration; and (d) the CP-violating asymmetry ${\cal A}_{CP}(B_d^0 \to K^+K^-) \approx 16%$, which is large and may be detected at the LHCb experiment.

The semileptonic decays $B/B_s \to (π, K)(l^+l^-,lν,ν\barν)$ in the perturbative QCD approach beyond the leading-order

In this paper we first calculate the form factors of $B \to (π,K)$ and $B_s \to K $ transitions by employing the perturbative QCD (pQCD) factorization approach with the inclusion of the next-to-leading-order(NLO) corrections, and then we calculate the branching ratios of the corresponding semileptonic decays $B/B_s \to (π, K)(l^+l^-,lν,ν\barν)$ (here $l$ denotes $e, μ$ and $τ$). Based on the numerical calculations and phenomenological analysis, we found the following results: (a) For $B \to (π, K)$ and $B_s \to K$ transition form factors $F_{0,+,\rmt}(q^2)$, the NLO pQCD predictions for the values of $F_{0,+,\rmt}(0)$ and their $q^2$-dependence agree well with those obtained from other methods; (b) For $\bar{B}^0 \to π^+l^-\barν_l, \bar{K}^0 l^+ l^- $ and $B^- \to π^0 l^-\barν_l, K^- l^+ l^-$ decay modes, the NLO pQCD predictions for their branching ratios agree very well with the measured values; (c) By comparing the pQCD predictions for $Br(\bar{B}^0 \to π^+l^-\barν_l)$ with the measured decay rate we extract out the magnitude of $V_{ub}$: $|V_{ub}|= (3.80^{+0.56}_{-0.50}(theor.)) \times 10^{-3}$; (d) We also defined several ratios of the branching ratios, $R_ν, R_C$ and $R_{N1,N2,N3}$, and presented the corresponding pQCD predictions, which will be tested by LHCb and the forthcoming Super-B experiments.

Charmless hadronic B_q to K_0^*(1430) \bar{K}_0^*(1430) decays in the pQCD approach

Based on the assumption of two-quark structure of the scalar $K_0^*(1430)$, the CP-averaged branching ratios(BRs) and CP-violating asymmetries of charmless hadronic $B_q(q=u,d,s,c) \to \kst \kstb$ decays are studied in the standard model(SM) by employing the perturbative QCD(pQCD) factorization approach. Our predictions are the following: (1) the CP-averaged BRs for $B_{q} \to \kst \kstb$ decays in both scenarios vary in the range of $10^{-6} \sim 10^{-4}$ in the SM; (2) the magnitudes of $\acp^{\rm dir}(B_u \to {\kst}^+ {\kstb}^0)$ and $\acp^{\rm dir}(B_{d,s} \to {\kst}^+ {\kst}^-)$ in Scenario 1 are much larger than those in Scenario 2 correspondingly; (3) there are no direct CP violations in $B_{d,s} \to {\kst}^0 {\kstb}^0$ and $B_c \to {\kst}^+ {\kstb}^0$ decays in the SM because of the pure penguin and tree topology, respectively. A measurement of our pQCD predictions at the predicted level will favor the $q\bar q$ structure of the scalar $\kst$ and help us to understand its physical properties and the involved QCD dynamics.

These thirty two decay modes can occur through the annihilation topology only. Based on the perturbative calculations and phenomenological analysis, we find the following results: (a) the branching ratios of the considered thirty two $B_c\to A_2 A_3$ decays are in the range of $10^{-5}$ to $10^{-8}$; (b) $B_c\to a_1 b_1$, $\ov{K}_1^0 K_1^+$ and some other decays have sizable branching ratios and can be measured at the LHC experiments; (c) the branching ratios of $B_c \to A_2(^1P_1) A_3(^1P_1)$ decays are generally much larger than those of $B_c \to A_2(^3P_1) A_3(^3P_1)$ decays with a factor around (10 $\sim$ 100); (d) the branching ratios of $B_c \to \ov{K}_1^0 K_1^+$ decays are sensitive to the value of $θ_K$, which will be tested by the running LHC and forthcoming SuperB experiments; (e) the large longitudinal polarization contributions govern most considered decays and play the dominant role.

Branching ratios of $B_c \to A P $ decays in the perturbative QCD approach

In this paper we calculate the branching ratios (BRs) of the 32 charmless hadronic $B_c \to A P$ decays ($A=a_1(1260),b_1(1235),K_1(1270),K_1(1400), f_1(1285),f_1(1420),h_1(1170),h_1(1380)$) by employing the perturbative QCD(pQCD) factorization approach. These considered decay channels can only occur via annihilation type diagrams in the standard model. From the numerical calculations and phenomenological analysis, we found the following results: (a) the pQCD predictions for the BRs of the considered $B_c$ decays are in the range of $10^{-6}$ to $10^{-8}$, while the CP-violating asymmetries are absent because only one type tree operator is involved here; (b) the BRs of $ΔS= 0$ processes are generally much larger than those of $ΔS =1$ ones due to the large CKM factor of $|V_{ud}/V_{us}|^2\sim 19$; (c) since the behavior for $^1P_1$ meson is much different from that of $^3P_1$ meson, the BRs of $B_c \to A(^1P_1) P$ decays are generally larger than that of $B_c \to A(^3P_1) P$ decays; (d) the pQCD predictions for the BRs of $B_c \to (K_1(1270), K_1(1400)) \etap $ and $(K_1(1270), K_1(1400)) K$ decays are rather sensitive to the value of the mixing angle $θ_K$.

Charmless hadronic $B_c \to VA, AA$ decays in the perturbative QCD approach

All considered decay channels can only occur through the annihilation topologies in the standard model. Based on the perturbative calculations and phenomenological analysis, we find the following results: (i) the CP-averaged BRs of the considered sixty two $B_c$ decays are in the range of $10^{-5}$ to $10^{-9}$; (ii) since the behavior for $^1P_1$ meson is much different from that of $^3P_1$ meson, the BRs of $B_c \to A(^1P_1) (V, A(^1P_1))$ decays are generally larger than that of $B_c \to A(^3P_1) (V, A(^3P_1))$ decays in the pQCD approach; (iii) many considered decays modes, such as $B_c\to a_1(1260)^+ ω$, $b_1(1235) ρ$, etc, have sizable BRs within the reach of the LHCb experiments; (iv) the longitudinal polarization fractions of most considered decays are large and play the dominant role; (v) the pQCD predictions for several decays involving mixtures of $^3P_1$ and/or $^1P_1$ mesons are highly sensitive to the values of the mixing angles, which will be tested by the ongoing LHC and forthcoming Super-B experiments; (vi) the CP-violating asymmetries of these considered $B_c$ decays are absent in the standard model because only one type tree operator is involved.

Study of scalar meson $a_0(980)$ from $B \to a_0(980)π$ Decays

In this paper, we calculate the branching ratios and the direct CP-violating asymmetries for decays $\bar{B}^0\to a^0_0(980)π^0, a^+_0(980)π^-, a^-_0(980)π^+$ and $B^-\to a^0_0(980)π^-, a^-_0(980)π^0$ by employing the perturbative QCD factorization approach. Although the light scalar meson $a_0(980)$ is widely perceived as primarily the four-quark bound states, the calculation shows that the 2-quark model supposition for $a_0(980)$ can not be ruled out by the currently available experiment upper limits. In these considered decays, the branching ratio for the $B^-\to a^0_0(980)π^-$ is the largest, $2.8\times 10^{-6}$, while its direct CP asymmetry is the smallest, $\sim 14%$. Although the direct CP asymmetries for the decays $\bar{B}^0\to a^0_0(980)π^0, B^-\to a^-_0(980)π^0$ are large, about $(70\thicksim80)%$, it is still difficult to measure them, since their branching ratios are small, around $(4\thicksim5)\times 10^{-7}$.

The Neutral Higgs Effects on Rare Decays $B \to X_s l^+ l^-$ in T2HDM

We calculate the new physics contributions to the branching ratios of the rare decays $B \to X_s l^+ l^-$ $(l=e, μ)$ induced by neutral Higgs bosons loop diagrams in the top quark two-Higgs-doublet model (T2HDM). From the numerical calculations, we find that (a) the neutral Higgs boson's correction to $B \to X_s l^+ l^-$ decays interferes constructively with its standard model counterpart, but small in magnitude; (b) the neutral Higgs contributions to the branching ratio of $B \to X_s l^+ l^-$ decay can be neglected safely if their masses are larger than 100 GeV and $\tanβ\leq 40$.
