$b$-hadron spectroscopy study based on the similarity of double bottom baryon and bottom meson

The dynamical similarity which exists between the $λ$-mode excited $bbq$ baryons ($q$ refers to the $u$, $d$, and $s$ quarks) and the $\bar{b}q$ mesons inspires us to carry out a combined study of their spectroscopy. In this work, the masses and strong decays of these low-lying $b\bar{q}$ and $bbq$ states are studied by the same theoretical methods, and the dynamical similarity which is implied in their mass spectra and strong decays are also discussed. The recent discovered $\bar{b}q$ states, including the $B_J(5840)$, $B_J(5970)$, $B_{sJ}(6064)$, and $B_{sJ}(6114)$, are analyzed. According to our result, the $B_J(5840)$ could be assigned as a 2$S$ state, while the $B_J(5970)$ could be regarded as a member of the $1D(2^-,~3^-)_{j_q=5/2}$ doublet. The $B_{sJ}(6064)$ and $B_{sJ}(6114)$ are probably the $D$-wave states. Especially, they could be explained as the members of the $1D(1^-,~2^-)_{j_q=3/2}$ and $1D(2^-,~3^-)_{j_q=5/2}$ doublets, respectively. The predicted masses and decay properties of other unknown $\bar{b}q/bbq$ states may provide useful clues to the future experiment.

Applications of Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning in Future Internet: A Comprehensive Survey

Future Internet involves several emerging technologies such as 5G and beyond 5G networks, vehicular networks, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) networks, and Internet of Things (IoTs). Moreover, future Internet becomes heterogeneous and decentralized with a large number of involved network entities. Each entity may need to make its local decision to improve the network performance under dynamic and uncertain network environments. Standard learning algorithms such as single-agent Reinforcement Learning (RL) or Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) have been recently used to enable each network entity as an agent to learn an optimal decision-making policy adaptively through interacting with the unknown environments. However, such an algorithm fails to model the cooperations or competitions among network entities, and simply treats other entities as a part of the environment that may result in the non-stationarity issue. Multi-agent Reinforcement Learning (MARL) allows each network entity to learn its optimal policy by observing not only the environments, but also other entities' policies. As a result, MARL can significantly improve the learning efficiency of the network entities, and it has been recently used to solve various issues in the emerging networks. In this paper, we thus review the applications of MARL in the emerging networks. In particular, we provide a tutorial of MARL and a comprehensive survey of applications of MARL in next generation Internet. In particular, we first introduce single-agent RL and MARL. Then, we review a number of applications of MARL to solve emerging issues in future Internet. The issues consist of network access, transmit power control, computation offloading, content caching, packet routing, trajectory design for UAV-aided networks, and network security issues.

Mixed-signal data acquisition system for optically detected magnetic resonance of solid-state spins

We report a mixed-signal data acquisition (DAQ) system for optically detected magnetic resonance (ODMR) of solid-state spins. This system is designed and implemented based on a Field-Programmable-Gate-Array (FPGA) chip assisted with high-speed peripherals. The ODMR experiments often require high-speed mixed-signal data acquisition and processing for general and specific tasks. To this end, we realized a mixed-signal DAQ system which can acquire both analog and digital signals with precise hardware synchronization. The system consist of 4 analog channels (2 inputs and 2 outputs) and 16 optional digital channels works at up to 125 MHz clock rate. With this system, we performed general-purpose ODMR and advanced Lock-in detection experiments of nitrogen-vacancy (NV) centers, and the reported DAQ system shows excellent performance in both single and ensemble spin cases. This work provides a uniform DAQ solution for NV center quantum control system and could be easily extended to other spin-based systems.

Calibration-Free Vector Magnetometry Using Nitrogen-Vacancy Center in Diamond Integrated with Optical Vortex Beam

We report a new method to determine the orientation of individual nitrogen-vacancy (NV) centers in a bulk diamond and use them to realize a calibration-free vector magnetometer with nanoscale resolution. Optical vortex beam is used for optical excitation and scanning the NV center in a [111]-oriented diamond. The scanning fluorescence patterns of NV center with different orientations are completely different. Thus, the orientation information on each NV center in the lattice can be known directly without any calibration process. Further, we use three differently oriented NV centers to form a magnetometer and reconstruct the complete vector information on the magnetic field based on the optically detected magnetic resonance(ODMR) technique. Compared with previous schemes to realize vector magnetometry using an NV center, our method is much more efficient and is easily applied in other NV-based quantum sensing applications.

Bottomonium spectrum in the relativistic flux tube model

The bottomonium spectrum is far from being established. The structures of higher vector states, including the $Υ(10580)$, $Υ(10860)$, and $Υ(11020)$ states, are still in dispute. In addition, whether the $Υ(10750)$ signal which was recently observed by the Belle Collaboration is a normal $b\bar{b}$ state or not should be examined. Faced with such a situation, we carried out a systematic investigation of the bottomonium spectrum in the scheme of the relativistic flux tube (RFT) model. A Chew-Frautschi like formula was derived analytically for the spin average mass of bottomonium states. We further incorporated the spin-dependent interactions and obtained a complete bottomonium spectrum. We found that the most established bottomonium states can be explained in the RFT scheme. The $Υ(10750)$, $Υ(10860)$, and $Υ(11020)$ could be predominantly the $3^3D_1$, $5^3S_1$, and $4^3D_1$ states, respectively. Our predicted masses of $1F$ and $1G$ $b\bar{b}$ states are in agreement with the results given by the method of lattice QCD, which can be tested by experiments in future. We also compared the RFT model with the quark potential model in detail. The differences of these two kinds of models were discussed.

Detecting dynamical quantum phase transition via out-of-time-order correlations in a solid-state quantum simulator

Quantum many body system in equilibrium can be effectively characterized using the framework of quantum statistical mechanics. However, nonequilibrium behaviour of quantum many body systems remains elusive, out of the range of such a well established framework. Experiments in quantum simulators are now opening up a route towards the generation of quantum states beyond this equilibrium paradigm. As an example in closed quantum many body systems, dynamical quantum phase transitions behave as phase transitions in time with physical quantities becoming nonanalytic at critical times, extending important principles such as universality to the nonequilibrium realm. Here, in solid state quantum simulator we develop and experimentally demonstrate that out-of-time-order correlators, a central concept to quantify quantum information scrambling and quantum chaos, can be used to dynamically detect nonoequilibrium phase transitions in the transverse field Ising model. We also study the multiple quantum spectra, eventually observe the buildup of quantum correlation. Further applications of this protocol could enable studies other of exotic phenomena such as many body localization, and tests of the holographic duality between quantum and gravitational systems.

Resolving the low mass puzzle of $Λ_c(2940)^+$

For the long standing low mass puzzle of $Λ_c(2940)^+$, we propose an unquenched picture. Our calculation explicitly shows that the mass of the $Λ_c(2P,3/2^-)$ state can be lowered down to be consistent with the experimental data of $Λ_c(2940)^+$ by introducing the $D^*N$ channel contribution. Additionally, we give a semi-quantitative analysis to illustrate why the $Λ_c(2940)^+$ state has a narrow width. It means that the low mass puzzle of $Λ_c(2940)^+$ can be solved. What is more important is that we predict a mass inversion relation for the $2P$ $Λ_{c}^+$ states, i.e., the $Λ_c(2P,1/2^-)$ state is higher than the $Λ_c(2P,3/2^-)$, which is totally different from the result of conventional quenched quark model. It provides a criterion to test such an unquenched scenario for $Λ_c(2940)^+$. We expect the future experimental progress from the LHCb and Belle II.

Atom-light superposition oscillation and Ramsey-like atom-light interferometer

Coherent wave splitting is crucial in interferometers. Normally, the waves after this splitting are of the same type. But recent progress in interaction between atom and light has led to the coherent conversion of photon to atomic excitation. This makes it possible to split an incoming light wave into a coherent superposition state of atom and light and paves the way for an interferometer made of different types of waves. Here we report on a Rabi-like coherent-superposition oscillation observed between atom and light and a coherent mixing of light wave with excited atomic spin wave in a Raman process. We construct a new kind of hybrid interferometer based on the atom-light coherent superposition state. Interference fringes are observed in both optical output intensity and atomic output in terms of the atomic spin wave strength when we scan either or both of the optical and atomic phases. Such a hybrid interferometer can be used to interrogate atomic states by optical detection and will find its applications in precision measurement and quantum control of atoms and light.

A compact 3.5-dB squeezed light source with atomic ensembles

We reported a compact squeezed light source consisting of an diode laser near resonant on 87Rb optical D1 transition and an warm Rubidium vapor cell. The -4dB vacuum squeezing at 795 nm via nonlinear magneto-optical rotation was observed when applying the magnetic field orthogonal to the propagation direction of the light beam. This compact squeezed light source can be potentially utilized in the quantum information protocols such as quantum repeater and memory, and quantum metrology such as atomic magnetometer.

An impurity-induced gap system as a quantum data bus for quantum state transfer

We introduce a tight-binding chain with a single impurity to act as a quantum data bus for perfect quantum state transfer. Our proposal is based on the weak coupling limit of the two outermost quantum dots to the data bus. First show that the data bus has an energy gap between the ground and first-excited states in the single-particle case induced by the impurity in the single particle case. By connecting two quantum dots to two sites of the data bus, the system can accomplish a high-fidelity and long-distance quantum state transfer. Numerical simulations were performed for a finite system; the results show that the numerical and analytical results of the effective coupling strength agree well with each other. Moreover, we study the robustness of this quantum communication protocol in the presence of disorder in the couplings between the nearest-neighbor quantum dots. We find that the gap of the system plays an important role in robust quantum state transfer.

Assignments of $Λ_Q$ and $Ξ_Q$ baryons in the heavy quark-light diquark picture

We apply a new mass formula which is derived analytically in the relativistic flux tube model to the mass spectra of $Λ_Q$ and $Ξ_Q$ (\emph{Q} = \emph{c} or \emph{b} quark) baryons. To this end, the heavy quark-light diquark picture is employed. We find that all masses of the available $Λ_Q$ and $Ξ_Q$ states can be understood well. The assignments to these states do not appear to contradict the strong decay properties. $Λ_c(2760)^+$ and $Ξ_c(2980)$ are assigned to the first radial excitations with $J^P = 1/2^+$. $Λ_c(2940)^+$ and $Ξ_c(3123)$ might be the 2\emph{P} states. The $Λ_c(2880)^+$ and $Ξ_c(3080)$ are the good 1\emph{D} candidates with $J^P = 5/2^+$. $Ξ_c(3055)$ is likely to be a 1\emph{D} state with $J^P = 3/2^+$. $Λ_b(5912)^0$ and $Λ_b(5920)^0$ favor the 1\emph{P} assignments with $J^P = 1/2^-$ and $3/2^-$, respectively. We propose a search for the $\tildeΛ_{c2}(5/2^-)$ state which can help to distinguish the diquark and three-body schemes.

Combined study of $2S$ and $1D$ open-charm mesons with natural spin-parity

In this paper, we perform a combined study of $2S$ and $1D$ open-charm mesons with natural spin-parity. Our results indicate that $D^*_1(2600)/D^*_{s1}(2700)$ and $D^*_1(2760)/D^*_{s1}(2860)$ are predominantly the $2^3S_1$ and $1^3D_1$ charmed/charmed-strange mesons, respectively, while $D_3^*(2760)/D_{s3}^*(2860)$ can be regarded as the $1^3D_3$ charmed/charmed-strange mesons. In addition, some typical ratios of partial widths of the discussed natural states are predicted, by which future experiments can test these assignments, especially for the $2S$-$1D$ mixing scheme existing in $D^*_1(2600)/D^*_1(2760)$ and $D^*_{s1}(2700)/D^*_{s1}(2860)$.

Masses of doubly and triply charmed baryons

Until now, the first reported doubly charmed baryon $Ξ_{cc}^{+}(3520)$ is still a puzzle. It was discovered and confirmed by SELEX collaboration, but not confirmed by LHCb, BABAR, BELLE, FOCUS, or any other collaboration. In the present paper, by employing Regge phenomenology, we first express the mass of the ground state ($L$=0) doubly charmed baryon $Ω_{cc}^{*+}$ as a function of masses of the well established light baryons and singly charmed baryons. Inserting the recent experimental data, the mass of $Ω_{cc}^{*+}$ is given to be 3809$\pm$36 MeV, which is independent of any unobservable parameters. Then, with the quadratic mass relations, we calculate the masses of the ground state triply charmed baryon $Ω_{ccc}^{++}$ and doubly charmed baryons $Ξ_{cc}^{(*)++}$, $Ξ_{cc}^{(*)+}$, and $Ω_{cc}^{+}$ (the mass of $Ξ_{cc}^{+}$ is determined as 3520$^{+41}_{-40}$ MeV, which agrees with the mass of $Ξ_{cc}^{+}(3520)$). The isospin splitting $M_{Ξ_{cc}^{++}} - M_{Ξ_{cc}^{+}} = 0.4 \pm 0.3$ MeV. After that, masses of the orbitally excited ($L$=1,2,3) doubly and triply charmed baryons are estimated. The results are reasonable comparing with those extracted in many other approaches. We suggest more efforts to study doubly and triply charmed baryons both theoretically and experimentally, not only for the abundance of baryon spectra, but also for numerically examining whether the linear mass relations or the quadratic mass relations are realized in nature. Our predictions are useful for the discovery of unobserved doubly and triply charmed baryon states and the $J^P$ assignment of these states.

Degree and neighborhood intersection conditions restricted to induced subgraphs ensuring Hamiltonicity of graphs

Let claw be the graph $K_{1,3}$. A graph $G$ on $n\geq 3$ vertices is called \emph{o}-heavy if each induced claw of $G$ has a pair of end-vertices with degree sum at least $n$, and 1-heavy if at least one end-vertex of each induced claw of $G$ has degree at least $n/2$. In this note, we show that every 2-connected $o$-heavy or 3-connected 1-heavy graph is Hamiltonian if we restrict Fan-type degree condition or neighborhood intersection condition to certain pairs of vertices in some small induced subgraphs of the graph. Our results improve or extend previous results of Broersma et al., Chen et al., Fan, Goodman & Hedetniemi, Gould & Jacobson, and Shi on the existence of Hamilton cycles in graphs.

Generation of a squeezed state of an oscillator by stroboscopic back-action-evading measurement

Continuous observation on an oscillator is known to result in quantum back-action which limits the knowledge acquired by the measurement. A careful balance between the information obtained and the back-action disturbance leads to a limit known as the standard quantum limit. The means to surpass this limit by modulating the measurement strength with the period proportional to half period of the oscillation has been proposed decades ago (Braginskii et al 1978 JETP Lett. 27 276; Thorne et al 1978 Phys. Rev. Lett. 40 667; Braginskii et al 1980 Science 209 547). Such modulated or stroboscopic observation leading to a squeezed state of one quadrature of the oscillator motion with the quantum noise below that of the zero-point fluctuations has been a long-standing goal. Here, we report on the generation of a quadrature-squeezed state of an oscillator by stroboscopic back-action evading measurement. The oscillator is the collective spin of an atomic ensemble precessing in magnetic field. It is initially prepared in nearly the ground state with an average thermal occupancy number $0.08 \pm 0.01$. The oscillator is coupled to the optical mode of a cavity, and the cavity output field detected with polarization homodyning serves as the meter. A back-action-evading measurement is performed by stroboscopically modulating the intensity of the light field at twice the Larmor frequency, resulting in a squeezed state conditioned on the light-polarization measurement with $2.2 \pm 0.3$ dB noise reduction below the zero-point fluctuations for the measured quadrature. The demonstrated squeezing holds promise for metrological advantage in quantum sensing.

Two sufficient conditions for the existence of Hamilton cycles in graphs

Let $G$ be a graph on $n\geq 3$ vertices, claw the bipartite graph $K_{1,3}$, and $Z_i$ the graph obtained from a triangle by attaching a path of length $i$ to its one vertex. $G$ is called 1-heavy if at least one end vertex of each induced claw of $G$ has degree at least $n/2$, and claw-\emph{o}-heavy if each induced claw of it has a pair of end vertices with degree sum at least $n$. In this paper we prove two results: (1) Every 2-connected claw-$o$-heavy graph $G$ is Hamiltonian if every pair of vertices $u,v$ in a subgraph $H\cong Z_1$ contained in an induced subgraph $Z_2$ of $G$ with $d_{H}(u,v)=2$ satisfies one of the following conditions: ($a$) $|N(u)\cap N(v)|\geq 2$; ($b$) $\max(d(u),d(v))\geq n/2$. (2) Every 3-connected 1-heavy graph $G$ is Hamiltonian if every pair of vertices $u,v$ in an induced subgraph $H\cong Z_2$ of $G$ with $d_{H}(u,v)=2$ satisfies one of the following conditions: ($a$) $|N(u)\cap N(v)|\geq 2$; ($b$) $\max(d(u),d(v))\geq n/2$. Our results improve or extend previous theorems of Broersma et al., Chen et al., Fan, Goodman & Hedetniemi, Gould & Jacobson and Shi on the existence of Hamilton cycles in graphs.

$D^\star_{s1}(2700)^\pm$ and $D^\star_{sJ}(2860)^\pm$ revisited within the $^3P_0$ model

The strong decays of $D^\star_{s1}(2700)^\pm$ and $D^\star_{sJ}(2860)^\pm$ are investigated within the $^3P_0$ model. It is found that the interpretation of these two states depends on the mixing schemes and the ways of choices of the harmonic oscillator parameter $β$. If $D^\star_{s1}(2700)^\pm$ and $D^\star_{sJ}(2860)^\pm$ are two pure states, $D^\star_{s1}(2700)^\pm$ seems impossibly the $2^3S_1$ $D_s$, but may be the $1^3D_1$ $D_s$. $D^\star_{sJ}(2860)^\pm$ may be the $1^3D_3$. If there is mixing between the $2^3S_1$ and $1^3D_1$, $D^\star_{s1}(2700)^\pm$ may be the mixed $1^-$ state with a small mixing angle in the case of a special $β$ for each meson, and $D^\star_{sJ}(2860)^\pm$ is the orthogonal partner of $D^\star_{s1}(2700)^\pm$; $D^\star_{s1}(2700)^\pm$ may also be the mixed $1^-$ state with a large mixing angle based on a universal $β$ for all mesons, and $D^\star_{sJ}(2860)^\pm$ seems impossibly the orthogonal partner of $D^\star_{s1}(2700)^\pm$. Other uncertainties related to the choices of constituent quark masses and phase spaces are also explored.

Efficient Raman Frequency Conversion by Feedbacks of Pump and Stokes Fields

We experimentally demonstrate efficient Raman conversion to respective Stokes and anti-Stokes fields in both pulsed and continuous modes with a Rb-87 atomic vapor cell. The conversion efficiency is about 40-50% for the Stokes field and 20-30% for the anti-Stokes field, respectively. This conversion process is realized with feedback of both the Raman pump and the frequency-converted fields (Stokes or anti-Stokes). The experimental setup is very simple and can be applied easily to produce the light source with larger frequency difference using other Raman media. They may have wide applications in nonlinear optics, atomic physics, quantum optics and precise measurement.

Heavy quark symmetry in strong decays of P-wave heavy-light mesons

Heavy quark symmetry and its breaking in strong decays of P-wave heavy-light mesons are examined within the EHQ's method. The consistence of theory with experiments indicates that the breaking of heavy quark symmetry in the two-body strong decays of these mesons is not large. The relation between the EHQ's method and the $^3P_0$ model is investigated, and the phenomenological transition strengths $\mathcal {F}^{j_q,j'_q}_{j_h,l}(0)$ of the P-wave heavy-light mesons within the EHQ method are analytically derived within the $^3P_0$ model.

Long-range adiabatic quantum state transfer through a linear array of quantum dots

We introduce an adiabatic long-range quantum communication proposal based on a quantum dot array. By adiabatically varying the external gate voltage applied on the system, the quantum information encoded in the electron can be transported from one end dot to another. We numerically solve the Schrödinger equation for a system with a given number of quantum dots. It is shown that this scheme is a simple and efficient protocol to coherently manipulate the population transfer under suitable gate pulses. The dependence of the energy gap and the transfer time on system parameters is analyzed and shown numerically. We also investigate the adiabatic passage in a more realistic system in the presence of inevitable fabrication imperfections. This method provides guidance for future realizations of adiabatic quantum state transfer in experiments.

Quantum corrections to the dynamics of the Bose-Einstein condensate in a double-well potential

The dynamics of the Bose-Einstein condensate (BEC) in a double-well potential is of- ten investigated under the mean-field theory (MFT). This works successfully for large particle numbers with dynamical stability. But for dynamical instabilities, quantum cor- rections to the MFT becomes important [Phys.Rev.A 64, 013605(2001)]. Recently the adiabatic dynamics of the double-well BEC is investigated under the MFT in terms of a dark variable [Phys.Rev.A 81, 043621(2010)], which generalizes the adiabatic passage techniques in quantum optics to the nonlinear matter-wave case. We give a fully quan- tized version of it using second-quantization and introduce new correction terms from higher order interactions beyond the on-site interaction, which are interactions between the tunneling particle and the particle in the well and interactions between the tunneling particles. If only the on-site interaction is considered, this reduces to the usual two-mode BEC.

Possible 2S and 1D charmed and charmed-strange mesons

Possible $2S$ and $1D$ excited $D$ and $D_s$ states are studied, the charmed states $D(2550)^0$, $D^\ast(2600)$, $D(2750)^0$ and $D^\ast(2760)$ newly observed by the BaBar Collaboration are analyzed. The masses of these states are explored within the Regge trajectory phenomenology, and the strong decay widths are computed through the method proposed by Eichten {\it et al.}\cite{Eichten}. Both the mass and the decay width indicate that $D(2550)^0$ is a good candidate of $2^1S_0$. $D^\ast(2600)$ and $D_{s1}^\ast(2700)^\pm$ are very possible the admixtures of $2^3S_1$ and $1^3D_1$ with $J^P=1^-$ and a mixing angle $ϕ\approx 19^0$. $D^\ast(2760)$ and $D_{sJ}^\ast(2860)^\pm$ are possible the $1^3D_3$ $D$ and $D_s$, respectively. $D(2750)^0$ and $D^\ast(2760)$ seem two different states, and $D(2750)^0$ is very possible the $1D(2^-, \frac{5}{2})$ though the possibility of $1D(2^-, \frac{3}{2})$ has not been excluded. There may exist an unobserved meson $D_{sJ}(2850)^\pm$ corresponding to $D^\ast_{sJ}(2860)^\pm$.

Solve the Master Equation by Python-An Introduction to the Python Computing Environment

A brief introduction to the Python computing environment is given. By solving the master equation encountered in quantum transport, we give an example of how to solve the ODE problems in Python. The ODE solvers used are the ZVODE routine in Scipy and the bsimp solver in GSL. For the former, the equation can be in its complex-valued form, while for the latter, it has to be rewritten to a real-valued form. The focus is on the detailed workflow of the implementation process, rather than on the syntax of the python language, with the hope to help readers simulate their own models in Python.

$J^P$ Assignments of $Λ_c^+$ Baryons

The "good" diquark is employed to study $Λ_c^{+}$ baryons within a mass loaded flux tube model. The study indicates that all $Λ_c^{+}$ baryons candidates in the 2008 review by the Particle Data Group (PDG) are well described in the mass loaded flux tube model. The quantum numbers $J^P$ of these $Λ_c^{+}$ candidates are assigned. If $Λ_c(2765)^{+}$ is an orbitally excited $Λ^+_c$, it is likely the $J^P={3\over 2}^+$ one. If $Λ_c(2765)^+$ is an orbitally excited $Σ_c$, there ought to be another $J^P={3\over 2}^+$ $Λ^+_c$ with mass $\approx 2770$ MeV. In the model, there exists no $J^P={1\over 2}^+$ $Λ_c(\approx 2700)^+$ predicted in existing literature. $Λ_c(2940)^{+}$ is very possible the orbitally excited baryon with $J^P={5\over 2}^-$.

Adiabatic quantum state transfer in non-uniform triple-quantum-dot system

We introduce an adiabatic quantum state transfer scheme in a non-uniform coupled triple-quantum-dot system. By adiabatically varying the external gate voltage applied on the sender and receiver, the electron can be transferred between them with high fidelity. By numerically solving the master equation for a system with always-on interaction, it is indicated that the transfer fidelity depends on the ration between the peak voltage and the maximum coupling constants. The effect of coupling mismatch on the transfer fidelity is also investigated and it is shown that there is a relatively large tolerance range to permit high fidelity quantum state transfer.

Controlling quantum state transfer in spin chain with the confined field

As a demonstration of the spectrum-parity matching condition (SPMC) for quantum state transfer, we investigate the propagation of single-magnon state in the Heisenberg chain in the confined external tangent magnetic field analytically and numerically. It shows that the initial Gaussian wave packet can be retrieved at the counterpart location near-perfectly over a longer distance if the dispersion relation of the system meets the SPMC approximately.
