We show that if a bounded pseudoconvex domain satisfies the solvability of the bounded $\bar{\partial}$ problem, then the ideal of bounded holomorphic functions vanishing at a point in the domain is finitely generated. We also prove a smooth analog of the main result for bounded pseudoconvex domains with a sufficiently smooth boundary and also consider the Bergman space case.
We study the compactness of composition operators on the Bergman spaces of certain bounded convex domains in $\mathbb{C}^n$ with non-trivial analytic discs contained in the boundary. As a consequence we characterize that compactness of the composition operator with a continuous symbol (up to the closure) on the Bergman space of the polydisc.

Given a sequence of automorphisms of the polydisk, we show that the associated composition semigroup homomorphisms on the ball of bounded holomorphic functions on the polydisk admit a universal inner function if a certain condition on the automorphisms are satisfied.
