Method Monte-Carlo for solving of non-linear integral equations

We offer in this short report a simple Monte-Carlo method for solving a well-posed non-linear integral equations of second Fredholm's and Volterra's type and built a confidence region for solution in an uniform norm, applying the grounded Central Limit Theorem in the Banach space of continuous functions. We prove that the rate of convergence our method coincides with the classical one

preprint2021arXiv

Relations between growth of entire functions and behavior of its Taylor coefficients

We derive in the closed and unimprovable form the bilateral non-asymptotic relations between growth of entire functions and decay rate at infinity of its Taylor coefficients. We investigate the functions of one as well as of several complex variables. We will apply the convex analysis: Young-Fenchel (Legendre) transform, Young inequality, saddle-point method etc.

Banach spaces characterization of random vectors with exponential decreasing tails of distribution

We present in this paper the Banach space representation for the set of random finite-dimensional vectors with exponential decreasing tails of distributions. We show that there are at last three types of these multidimensional Banach spaces, i.e. which can completely describe the random vectors with exponential decreasing tails of distributions: exponential Orlicz spaces, Young spaces and Grand Lebesgue spaces. We discuss in the last section the possible applications of obtained results.

preprint2016arXiv

Sharp value for the norm of composition and multiplicative operators between two different Grand Lebesgue spaces

We calculate in this paper the norm of composition, multiplicative and product operator, generated by multiplicative and measurable argument transformation between two different ordinary Lebesgue-Riesz and Grand Lebesgue spaces. We set ourselves the aim to obtain the exact expression for the norm of the considered operators by means of building of appropriate examples.

Uniform Limit Theorem and tail estimates for parametric u-statistics

We deduce in this paper the sufficient conditions for weak convergence of centered and normed deviation of the u-statistics with values in the space of the real valued continuous function defined on some compact metric space. We obtain also a non-asymptotic and non-improvable up to multiplicative constant moment and exponential tail estimates for distribution for the uniform norm of centered and naturally normed deviation of u-statistics by means of its martingale representation. Our results are formulated in a very popular and natural terms of metric entropy in the distance (distances) generated by the introduced random processes (fields).

Entropy and Grand Lebesgue Spaces approach for Prokhorov-Skorokhod continuity of random processes, with tail estimates

We present in this paper a new sufficient condition for the so-called Prokhorov-Skorokhod continuity of random processes. Our conditions will be formulated in the terms of metric entropy generated by three-dimensional distribution of the considered random process (r.p.) in the parametric set, have a convenient and closed form, and generalize some previous results. We study also the conditions for weak compactness of the sequence of random processes in this space and as a consequence the Central Limit Theorem. Our consideration based on the theory of Prokhorov-Skorokhod spaces of random processes and on the theory of Banach spaces of random variables with exponential decreasing tails of distributions, namely, on the theory of Grand Lebesgue Spaces (GLS) of random variables.

Exact norm estimates for multivariate dilation operators between two Bilateral Weight Grand Lebesgue Spaces

We give in this short paper a sharp estimate for the norm of a multivariate dilation operator generated by multi-matrix (tensor) linear argument transformation (dilation operator) between two different weight Lebesgue-Riesz and Grand Lebesgue Spaces(GLS). We consider also some examples and study the compactness of these operators.

preprint2015arXiv

Factorable continuity of random fields, with quantitative estimation

We study in this paper the sufficient conditions for enhanced continuity of random fields, i.e. such that the modulus of its continuity allows the factorable representation by the product of random variable on the deterministic module of continuity. We estimate also the ordinary and (possible) exponential moments of these random variables. We consider also the case of random fields with heavy tails of distribution and the so-called rectangle its continuity.

preprint2015arXiv

Non-asymptotical sharp exponential estimates for maximum distribution of discontinuous random fields

We offer in this paper the non-asymptotical bilateral sharp exponential estimates for tail of maximum distribution of {\it discontinuous} random fields. Our consideration based on the theory of Prokhorov-Skorokhod spaces of random fields and on the theory of multivariate Banach spaces of random variables with exponential decreasing tails of distributions.

Problem of Estimation of Fractional Derivative for a Spectral Function of Gaussian Stationary Processes

We study the problem of nonparametric estimation of the fractional derivative of unknown spectral function of Gaussian stationary sequence (time series) and show that these problems is well posed with the classical speed of convergence when the order of derivative is less than 0.5. We prove also the asymptotical unbiaseness and normality of offered estimates with optimal speed of convergence. For the construction of the confidence region in some functional norm we establish the Central Limit Theorem in correspondent space of continuous functions for offered estimates.

preprint2015arXiv

Random processes and Central Limit Theorem in Besov spaces

We study sufficient conditions for the belonging of random process to certain Besov space and for the Central Limit Theorem (CLT) in these spaces. We investigate also the non-asymptotic tail behavior of normed sums of centered random independent variables (vectors) with values in these spaces. Main apparatus is the theory of mixed (anisotropic) Lebesgue-Riesz spaces, in particular so-called permutation inequality.

Central Limit Theorem in Holder spaces in the terms of majorizing measures

We obtain some sufficient conditions for the Central Limit Theorem for the random processes (fields) with values in the separable part of Holder space in the modern terms of majorizing (minorizing) measures, belonging to X.Fernique and M.Talagrand. We introduce a new class of Banach spaces-rectangle Holder spaces and investigate CLT in this spaces via the fractional order Sobolev-Grand Lebesgue norms. Our further considerations based on the improvement of the L.Arnold and P.Imkeller generalization of the classical Garsia-Rodemich-Rumsey inequality, which allow us to reduce degree of the distance in the important particular cases.

Exact exponential tail estimations in the Law of Iterated Logarithm for Bochner's mixed Lebesgue spaces

We obtain the quite exact exponential bounds for tails of distributions of sums of Banach space valued random variables uniformly over the number of summands under natural for the Law of Iterated Logarithm (LIL) norming. We study especially the case of the so-called mixed (anisotropic) Lebesgue-Riesz spaces, on the other words, Bochner's spaces, for instance, continuous-Lebesgue spaces, which appear for example in the investigation of non-linear Partial Differential Equations of evolutionary type. We give also some examples in order to show the exactness of our estimates.

preprint2014arXiv

Lower boundaries for parametric estimations in different norms

We establish some new non-asymptotical lower bounds for deviation of regular unbiased estimation of unknown parameter from its true value in different norms, alike the classical Rao-Kramer's inequality. We show that if the new norm is weaker that ordinary Hilbertian norm, that the rate of convergence of arbitrary regular unbiased estimate does not exceed $ 1/\sqrt{n}, $ and if the new norm is stronger that one, the rate of convergence of the well-known Maximal Likelihood Estimate (MLE) is also equal to $ 1/\sqrt{n}.

Monte Carlo computation of multiple weak singular integrals of spherical and Volterra's type

We offer a simple method Monte Carlo for computation of Volterra's and spherical type multiple integrals with weak (integrable) singularities. An elimination of infinity of variance is achieved by incorporating singularities in the density, and we offer a highly effective way for generation of appeared multidimensional distribution. We extend offered method onto multiple Volterra's and spherical integrals with weak singularities containing parameter.

Sharp Lyapunov's inequality for the measurable sets with infinite measure, with generalization to the Grand Lebesgue spaces

We extend the classical Lyapunov inequality on the measurable space with infinite measure and on the so-called Grand Lebesgue spaces (GLS). We find also the exact value for correspondent constant. Possible applications: Functional Analysis (for instance, interpolation of operators), Integral Equations, Probability Theory and Statistics (tail estimations for random variables) etc.

We formulate and prove in this report some sufficient conditions for exponential tightness (ET) of a family of independent identical distributed (i.i.d.) random fields (r.f.) (processes) in the space of continuous functions defined on certain metric compact set. We will use the entropic method as well as too modern approach through the majorizing measures (generic chaining).

preprint2014arXiv

Uniform Central Limit Theorem for martingales

We study some sufficient conditions imposed on the sequence of martingale differences (m.d.) in the separable Banach spaces of continuous functions defined on the metric compact set for the Central Limit Theorem in this space. We taking into account the classical entropy terms, and use the theory of the so-called Grand Lebesgue Spaces of random variables having power and exponential decreasing tail of distribution.

preprint2014arXiv

Uniform measures on the arbitrary compact metric spaces, with applications

We introduce and investigate in this short report the new notion of uniform measure (distribution) on the arbitrary compact metric space. We consider also some possible applications of these measures in the theory of imbedding theorems and in the theory of random processes (fields), in particular, in the so-called majorizing (and minorizing) measures method, belonging to X.Fernique and M.Talagrand. These considerations based on the L.Arnold and P.Imkeller generalization of the classical A.M.Garsia-E.Rodemich-H.Jr.Rumsey inequality and X.Fernique-M.Talagrand estimation for random fields.

Well Posedness of the Problem of Estimation Fractional Derivative for a Distribution Function

We study the problem of nonparametric estimation of the fractional derivative of unknown distribution function and of spectral function and show that these problems are well posed when the order of derivative is less than 0.5. We prove also the unbiaseness and asymptotical normality of offered estimates with optimal speed of convergence. For the construction of the confidence region in some functional norm we establish the Central Limit Theorem in correspondent Lebesgue-Riesz space for offered estimates, and deduce also the non-asymptotical deviation of our estimates in these spaces.

Characterization of quasy-Gaussian distributions

A new characterization of the multivariate so-called "quasi-Gaussian distribution" (the authors dared to coin a new term) by means of independence their Cartesian and polar coordinates proposed. The authors try to show that these distributions may essentially differ from the classical Gaussian distribution. Some properties of these distributions are studied: calculating of moments and of bilateral tail behavior. Some potential applications of these distributions and mixtures of the distributions in demography, philology are discussed in the final section.

preprint2013arXiv

CLT for continuous random processes under approximations terms

We formulate and prove a new sufficient conditions for Central Limit Theorem(CLT) in the space of continuous functions in the terms typical for the approximation theory. We prove that the conditions for continuous CLT obtained by N.C.Jain and M.B.Marcus are under some natural additional conditions necessary. We provide also some examples in order to show the exactness of obtained results and illustrate briefly the applications in the Monte-Carlo method.

Continuity of functions belonging to the fractional order Sobolev-Grand Lebesgue Spaces

We extend in this article the classical Sobolev inequalities for the module of continuity for the functions belonging to the integer order Sobolev's space on the Sobolev-Bilateral Grand Lebesgue spaces. As a consequence, we deduce the fractional Orlicz-Sobolev imbedding theorems and investigate the rectangle module of continuity of non-Gaussian multiparameter random fields.

Parametric density-based optimization of partition in cluster analysis, with applications

We developed an optimal in the natural sense algorithm of partition in cluster analysis based on the densities of observations in the different hypotheses. These densities may be characterized, for instance, as the multivariate so-called "quasi-Gaussian distribution". We describe also the possible applications in technical diagnosis, demography and philology.

Simplification of the majorizing measures method, with development

We update, specify, review and develop in this article the classical majorizing measures method for investigation of the local structure of random fields, belonging to X.Fernique and M.Talagrand in order to simplify and improve the constant values. Our considerations based on the generalization of the L.Arnold and P.Imkeller generalization of classical Garsia-Rodemich-Rumsey inequality.

preprint2013arXiv

Theory of approximation and continuity of random processes

We introduce and investigate a new notion of the theory of approximation-the so-called degenerate approximation, i.e. approximation of the function of two (and more) variables (kernel) by means of degenerate function (kernel). We apply obtained results to the investigation of the local structure of random processes, for example, we find the necessary and sufficient condition for continuity of Gaussian and non-Gaussian processes, some conditions for weak compactness and convergence of a family of random processes, in particular, for Central Limit Theorem in the space of continuous functions. We give also many examples in order to illustrate the exactness of proved theorems.

A Banach rearrangement norm characterization for tail behavior of measurable functions (random variables)

We construct a Banach rearrangement invariant norm on the measurable space for which the finiteness of this norm for measurable function (random variable) is equivalent to suitable tail (heavy tail and light tail) behavior. We investigate also a conjugate to offered spaces and obtain some embedding theorems. Possible applications: Functional Analysis (for instance, interpolation of operators), Integral Equations, Probability Theory and Statistics (tail estimations for random variables).

preprint2012arXiv

Moment and tail estimates for martingales and martingale transform, with application to the martingale limit theorem in Banach spaces

In this paper non-asymptotic exponential and moment estimates are derived for tail of distribution for discrete time martingale and martingale transform by means of martingale differences in the terms of moments and tails of distributions of summands and multipliers. We show also the exactness of obtained estimations and consider some applications in the theory of limit theorem for Banach space valued martingales.

preprint2012arXiv

Tchebyshev's characteristic of rearrangement invariant space

We introduce and investigate in this short article a new characteristic of rearrangement invariant (r.i.) (symmetric) space, namely so-called Tchebychev's characteristic. We reveal an important class of the r.i. spaces - so called regular r. i. spaces and show that the majority of known r.i. spaces: Lebesgue-Riesz, Grand Lebesgue Spaces, Orlicz, Lorentz and Marcinkiewicz r.i. spaces are regular. But we construct after several examples of r.i. spaces without the regular property.

Adaptive Optimal Signal (Cardiogram) Processing, with boundary values and energy precisely measurement

We construct an adaptive asymptotically optimal in order in the weight Hilbert space norms signal denoising on the background noise and its energy measurement, with hight precision near the boundary of the signal. An offered method used the Fourier-Riesz expansion on the orthonormal polynomials, for instance, Jacobi's polynomials, relative unbounded near the boundary weight function. An applications: technical and medical, in particular, cardiac diagnosis.

In this article we introduce and investigate a new class of rearrangement invariant (r.i.) Banach function spaces, so-called Composed Grand Lebesgue Spaces (CGLS), in particular, Integral Grand Lebesgue Spaces (IGLS), which are some generalizations of known Grand Lebesgue Spaces (GLS). We consider the fundamental functions of CGLS, calculate its Boyd's indices, obtain the norm boundedness some (regular and singular) operators in this spaces, investigate the conjugate and associate spaces, show that CGLS obeys the absolute continuous norm property etc.

In this article we offer some modification of Monte-Carlo method for multiple parametric integral computation and solving of a linear integral Fredholm equation of a second kind (well posed problem). We prove that the rate of convergence of offered method is optimal under natural conditions still in the uniform norm, and construct an asymptotical and non-asymptotical confidence region, again in the uniform norm.

We give also many examples on order to show the exactness of offered estimates and discuss some applications in the method Monte-Carlo and statistics, and obtain the sufficient conditions for Central and stable limit theorem in the Banach space of continuous function. There are considered a slight generalization on a random variables with super-heavy tails and martingale difference scheme.

In this article we investigate the Fourier series and transforms for the functions defined on the [-pi, pi]^ d or on the R^d and belonging to the (Bilateral) Grand Lebesgue Spaces. As a particular case we obtain some results about Fourier's transform in the so-called exponential Orlicz spaces. We construct also several examples to show the exactness of offered estimations.
