ACR: Adaptive Context Refactoring via Context Refactoring Operators for Multi-Turn Dialogue

Large Language Models (LLMs) have shown remarkable performance in multi-turn dialogue. However, in multi-turn dialogue, models still struggle to stay aligned with what has been established earlier, follow dependencies across many turns, and avoid drifting into incorrect facts as the interaction grows longer. Existing approaches primarily focus on extending the context window, introducing external memory, or applying context compression, yet these methods still face limitations such as \textbf{contextual inertia} and \textbf{state drift}. To address these challenges, we propose the \textbf{A}daptive \textbf{C}ontext \textbf{R}efactoring \textbf{(ACR)} Framework, which dynamically monitors and reshapes the interaction history to mitigate contextual inertia and state drift actively. ACR is built on a library of context refactoring operators and a teacher-guided self-evolving training paradigm that learns when to intervene and how to refactor, thereby decoupling context management from the reasoning process. Extensive experiments on multi-turn dialogue demonstrate that our method significantly outperforms existing baselines while reducing token consumption.

Awaking Spatial Intelligence in Unified Multimodal Understanding and Generation

We present JoyAI-Image, a unified multimodal foundation model for visual understanding, text-to-image generation, and instruction-guided image editing. JoyAI-Image couples a spatially enhanced Multimodal Large Language Model (MLLM) with a Multimodal Diffusion Transformer (MMDiT), allowing perception and generation to interact through a shared multimodal interface. Around this architecture, we build a scalable training recipe that combines unified instruction tuning, long-text rendering supervision, spatially grounded data, and both general and spatial editing signals. This design gives the model broad multimodal capability while strengthening geometry-aware reasoning and controllable visual synthesis. Experiments across understanding, generation, long-text rendering, and editing benchmarks show that JoyAI-Image achieves state-of-the-art or highly competitive performance. More importantly, the bidirectional loop between enhanced understanding, controllable spatial editing, and novel-view-assisted reasoning enables the model to move beyond general visual competence toward stronger spatial intelligence. These results suggest a promising path for unified visual models in downstream applications such as vision-language-action systems and world models.

DynaGen: Unifying Temporal Knowledge Graph Reasoning with Dynamic Subgraphs and Generative Regularization

Temporal Knowledge Graph Reasoning (TKGR) aims to complete missing factual elements along the timeline. Depending on the temporal position of the query, the task is categorized into interpolation and extrapolation. Existing interpolation methods typically embed temporal information into individual facts to complete missing historical knowledge, while extrapolation techniques often leverage sequence models over graph snapshots to identify recurring patterns for future event prediction. These methods face two critical challenges: limited contextual modeling in interpolation and cognitive generalization bias in extrapolation. To address these, we propose a unified method for TKGR, dubbed DynaGen. For interpolation, DynaGen dynamically constructs entity-centric subgraphs and processes them with a synergistic dual-branch GNN encoder to capture evolving structural context. For extrapolation, it applies a conditional diffusion process, which forces the model to learn underlying evolutionary principles rather than just superficial patterns, enhancing its ability to predict unseen future events. Extensive experiments on six benchmark datasets show DynaGen achieves state-of-the-art performance. On average, compared to the second-best models, DynaGen improves the Mean Reciprocal Rank (MRR) score by 2.61 points for interpolation and 1.45 points for extrapolation.

Teacher-Feature Drifting: One-Step Diffusion Distillation with Pretrained Diffusion Representations

Sampling from pretrained diffusion and flow-matching models typically requires many forward passes to generate diverse and high-fidelity images. Existing distillation methods often rely on multiple auxiliary networks, carefully designed training stages, or complex optimization pipelines. In this work, we revisit the recently proposed Drifting Model objective and show that a single drifting loss can be directly used to simplify one step distillation. A key observation is that the pretrained diffusion teacher itself already provides a strong representation space. Unlike the original Drifting Model, which relies on an additional pretrained feature extractor, we use intermediate hidden states of the pretrained teacher model as the feature representation. This removes the need for training or introducing an extra representation network while preserving a semantically meaningful feature geometry for drifting. Furthermore, we introduce a lightweight mode coverage loss to mitigate mode collapse during distillation and encourage the student generator to cover diverse teacher-supported regions. Extensive experiments on ImageNet and SDXL demonstrate that our method achieves efficient one step generation with competitive image quality and diversity, achieving FID scores of 1.58 on ImageNet-64$\times$64 and 18.4 on SDXL, while substantially simplifying the overall distillation framework.

Paving the Way for Distributed Artificial Intelligence over the Air

Distributed Artificial Intelligence (DAI) is regarded as one of the most promising techniques to provide intelligent services under strict privacy protection regulations for multiple clients. By applying DAI, training on raw data is carried out locally, while the trained outputs, e.g., model parameters, from multiple local clients, are sent back to a central server for aggregation. Recently, for achieving better practicality, DAI is studied in conjunction with wireless communication networks, incorporating various random effects brought by wireless channels. However, because of the complex and case-dependent nature of wireless channels, a generic simulator for applying DAI in wireless communication networks is still lacking. To accelerate the development of DAI applied in wireless communication networks, we propose a generic system design in this paper as well as an associated simulator that can be set according to wireless channels and system-level configurations. Details of the system design and analysis of the impacts of wireless environments are provided to facilitate further implementations and updates. We employ a series of experiments to verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed system design and reveal its superior scalability.

Smart Buildings Enabled by 6G Communications

Smart building (SB), a promising solution to fast-paced and continuous urbanization around the world, includes the integration of a wide range of systems and services and involves the construction of multiple layers. SB is capable of sensing, acquiring, and processing a very large amount of data as well as performing appropriate actions and adaptation. Rapid increases in the number of connected nodes and thereby the data transmission demand of SB have led to conventional transmission and processing techniques becoming insufficient to provide satisfactory services. In order to enhance the intelligence of SBs and achieve efficient monitoring and control, sixth generation (6G) communication technologies, particularly indoor visible light communications (VLC) and machine learning (ML), are required to be incorporated in SBs. Herein, we envision a novel SB framework featuring a reliable data transmission network, powerful data processing, and reasoning abilities, all of which are enabled by 6G communications. Primary simulation results support the promising visions of the proposed SB framework.
