Bethe Vectors in Quantum Integrable Models with Classical Symmetries

The first goal of this paper is to give a precise and simple definition for off-shell Bethe vectors in a generic $g$-invariant integrable model for $g=gl_n$, $o_{2n+1}$, $sp_{2n}$ and $o_{2n}$. We prove from our definition that the off-shell Bethe vectors indeed become on-shell when the Bethe equations are obeyed. Then, we show that some properties for these off-shell Bethe vectors, such as the action formulas of monodromy entries on these vectors, their rectangular recurrence relations and their coproduct formula, are a consequence of our definition.

Integrable quadratic structures in peakon models

We propose realizations of the Poisson structures for the Lax representations of three integrable $n$-body peakon equations, Camassa--Holm, Degasperis--Procesi and Novikov. The Poisson structures derived from the integrability structures of the continuous equations yield quadratic forms for the $r$-matrix representation, with the Toda molecule classical $r$-matrix playing a prominent role. We look for a linear form for the $r$-matrix representation. Aside from the Camassa--Holm case, where the structure is already known, the two other cases do not allow such a presentation, with the noticeable exception of the Novikov model at $n=2$. Generalized Hamiltonians obtained from the canonical Sklyanin trace formula for quadratic structures are derived in the three cases.

Algebraic structure of classical integrability for complex sine-Gordon

The algebraic structure underlying the classical $r$-matrix formulation of the complex sine-Gordon model is fully elucidated. It is characterized by two matrices $a$ and $s$, components of the $r$ matrix as $r=a-s$. They obey a modified classical reflection/Yang--Baxter set of equations, further deformed by non-abelian dynamical shift terms along the dual Lie algebra $su(2)^*$. The sign shift pattern of this deformation has the signature of the twisted boundary dynamical algebra. Issues related to the quantization of this algebraic structure and the formulation of quantum complex sine-Gordon on those lines are introduced and discussed.

Finite $W$-superalgebras and quadratic spacetime supersymmetries

We consider Lie superalgebras under constraints of Hamiltonian reduction, yielding finite $W$-superalgebras which provide candidates for quadratic spacetime superalgebras. These have an undeformed bosonic symmetry algebra (even generators) graded by a fermionic sector (supersymmetry generators) with anticommutator brackets which are quadratic in the even generators. We analyze the reduction of several Lie superalgebras of type $gl(M|N)$ or $osp(M|2N)$ at the classical (Poisson bracket) level, and also establish their quantum (Lie bracket) equivalents. Purely bosonic extensions are also considered. As a special case we recover a recently identified quadratic superconformal algebra, certain of whose unitary irreducible massless representations (in four dimensions) are "zero-step" multiplets, with no attendant superpartners. Other cases studied include a six dimensional quadratic superconformal algebra with vectorial odd generators, and a variant quadratic superalgebra with undeformed $osp(1|2N)$ singleton supersymmetry, and a triplet of spinorial supercharges.

Norm of Bethe vectors in models with $\mathfrak{gl}(m|n)$ symmetry

We study quantum integrable models solvable by the nested algebraic Bethe ansatz and possessing $\mathfrak{gl}(m|n)$-invariant $R$-matrix. We compute the norm of the Hamiltonian eigenstates. Using the notion of a generalized model we show that the square of the norm obeys a number of properties that uniquely fix it. We also show that a Jacobian of the system of Bethe equations obeys the same properties. In this way we prove a generalized Gaudin hypothesis for the norm of the Hamiltonian eigenstates.

Classical $\mathcal{W}$-algebras for centralizers

We introduce a new family of Poisson vertex algebras $\mathcal{W}(\mathfrak{a})$ analogous to the classical $\mathcal{W}$-algebras. The algebra $\mathcal{W}(\mathfrak{a})$ is associated with the centralizer $\mathfrak{a}$ of an arbitrary nilpotent element in $\mathfrak{gl}_N$. We show that $\mathcal{W}(\mathfrak{a})$ is an algebra of polynomials in infinitely many variables and produce its free generators in an explicit form. This implies that $\mathcal{W}(\mathfrak{a})$ is isomorphic to the center at the critical level of the affine vertex algebra associated with $\mathfrak{a}$.

Form factors of the monodromy matrix entries in gl(2|1)-invariant integrable models

We study integrable models solvable by the nested algebraic Bethe ansatz and described by $\mathfrak{gl}(2|1)$ or $\mathfrak{gl}(1|2)$ superalgebras. We obtain explicit determinant representations for form factors of the monodromy matrix entries. We show that all form factors are related to each other at special limits of the Bethe parameters. Our results allow one to obtain determinant formulas for form factors of local operators in the supersymmetric t-J model.

Integrable dissipative exclusion process: Correlation functions and physical properties

We study a one-parameter generalization of the symmetric simple exclusion process on a one dimensional lattice. In addition to the usual dynamics (where particles can hop with equal rates to the left or to the right with an exclusion constraint), annihilation and creation of pairs can occur. The system is driven out of equilibrium by two reservoirs at the boundaries. In this setting the model is still integrable: it is related to the open XXZ spin chain through a gauge transformation. This allows us to compute the full spectrum of the Markov matrix using Bethe equations. Then, we derive the spectral gap in the thermodynamical limit. We also show that the stationary state can be expressed in a matrix product form permitting to compute the multi-points correlation functions as well as the mean value of the lattice current and of the creation-annihilation current. Finally the variance of the lattice current is exactly computed for a finite size system. In the thermodynamical limit, it matches perfectly the value obtained from the associated macroscopic fluctuation theory. It provides a confirmation of the macroscopic fluctuation theory for dissipative system from a microscopic point of view.

Matrix product solution to a 2-species TASEP with open integrable boundaries

We present an explicit representation for the matrix product ansatz for some two-species TASEP with open boundary conditions. The construction relies on the integrability of the models, a property that constrains the possible rates at the boundaries. The realisation is built on a tensor product of copies of the DEHP algebras. Using this explicit construction, we are able to calculate the partition function of the models. The densities and currents in the stationary state are also computed. It leads to the phase diagram of the models. Depending on the values of the boundary rates, we obtain for each species shock waves, maximal current, or low/high densities phases.

Scalar products of Bethe vectors in models with $\mathfrak{gl}(2|1)$ symmetry 1. Super-analog of Reshetikhin formula

We study scalar products of Bethe vectors in integrable models solvable by nested algebraic Bethe ansatz and possessing $\mathfrak{gl}(2|1)$ symmetry. Using explicit formulas of the monodromy matrix entries multiple actions onto Bethe vectors we obtain a representation for the scalar product in the most general case. This explicit representation appears to be a sum over partitions of the Bethe parameters. It can be used for the analysis of scalar products involving on-shell Bethe vectors. As a by-product, we obtain a determinant representation for the scalar products of generic Bethe vectors in integrable models with $\mathfrak{gl}(1|1)$ symmetry.

Scalar products of Bethe vectors in models with $\mathfrak{gl}(2|1)$ symmetry 2. Determinant representation

We study integrable models with $\mathfrak{gl}(2|1)$ symmetry and solvable by nested algebraic Bethe ansatz. We obtain a determinant representation for scalar products of Bethe vectors, when the Bethe parameters obey some relations weaker than the Bethe equations. This representation allows us to find the norms of on-shell Bethe vectors and obtain determinant formulas for form factors of the diagonal entries of the monodromy matrix.

Segal-Sugawara vectors for the Lie algebra of type $G_2$

Explicit formulas for Segal-Sugawara vectors associated with the simple Lie algebra $\mathfrak{g}$ of type $G_2$ are found by using computer-assisted calculations. This leads to a direct proof of the Feigin-Frenkel theorem describing the center of the corresponding affine vertex algebra at the critical level. As an application, we give an explicit solution of Vinberg's quantization problem by providing formulas for generators of maximal commutative subalgebras of $U(\mathfrak{g})$. We also calculate the eigenvalues of the Hamiltonians on the Bethe vectors in the Gaudin model associated with $\mathfrak{g}$.

preprint2015arXiv

Algebraic Bethe ansatz for the sl(2) Gaudin model with boundary

Following Sklyanin's proposal in the periodic case, we derive the generating function of the Gaudin Hamiltonians with boundary terms. Our derivation is based on the quasi-classical expansion of the linear combination of the transfer matrix of the XXX Heisenberg spin chain and the central element, the so-called Sklyanin determinant. The corresponding Gaudin Hamiltonians with boundary terms are obtained as the residues of the generating function. By defining the appropriate Bethe vectors which yield strikingly simple off shell action of the generating function, we fully implement the algebraic Bethe ansatz, obtaining the spectrum of the generating function and the corresponding Bethe equations.

Analytical Bethe Ansatz for closed and open gl(M|N) super-spin chains in arbitrary representations and for any Dynkin diagram

We present the analytical Bethe ansatz for spin chains based on the superalgebras gl(M|N), $M\neq N$, with at each site an arbitrary representation (and including inhomogeneities). The calculation is done for closed and open spin chains. In this latter case, the boundary matrices $K_{\pm}(u)$ are of general type, provided they commute. We compute the Bethe ansatz equations in full generality, and for any type of Dynkin diagram. Examples are worked out to illustrate the techniques.

Form factors of local operators in a one-dimensional two-component Bose gas

We consider a one-dimensional model of a two-component Bose gas and study form factors of local operators in this model. For this aim we use an approach based on the algebraic Bethe ansatz. We show that the form factors under consideration can be reduced to those of the monodromy matrix entries in a generalized GL(3)-invariant model. In this way we derive determinant representations for the form factors of local operators.

Inhomogeneous discrete-time exclusion processes

We study discrete time Markov processes with periodic or open boundary conditions and with inhomogeneous rates in the bulk. The Markov matrices are given by the inhomogeneous transfer matrices introduced previously to prove the integrability of quantum spin chains. We show that these processes have a simple graphical interpretation and correspond to a sequential update. We compute their stationary state using a matrix ansatz and express their normalization factors as Schur polynomials. A connection between Bethe roots and Lee-Yang zeros is also pointed out.

Open two-species exclusion processes with integrable boundaries

We give a complete classification of integrable Markovian boundary conditions for the asymmetric simple exclusion process with two species (or classes) of particles. Some of these boundary conditions lead to non-vanishing particle currents for each species. We explain how the stationary state of all these models can be expressed in a matrix product form, starting from two key components, the Zamolodchikov-Faddeev and Ghoshal-Zamolodchikov relations. This statement is illustrated by studying in detail a specific example, for which the matrix Ansatz (involving 9 generators) is explicitly constructed and physical observables (such as currents, densities) calculated.

Zero modes method and form factors in quantum integrable models

We study integrable models solvable by the nested algebraic Bethe ansatz and possessing $GL(3)$-invariant $R$-matrix. Assuming that the monodromy matrix of the model can be expanded into series with respect to the inverse spectral parameter, we define zero modes of the monodromy matrix entries as the first nontrivial coefficients of this series. Using these zero modes we establish new relations between form factors of the elements of the monodromy matrix. We prove that all of them can be obtained from the form factor of a diagonal matrix element in special limits of Bethe parameters. As a result we obtain determinant representations for form factors of all the entries of the monodromy matrix.

Classical W-algebras in types A, B, C, D and G

We produce explicit generators of the classical W-algebras associated with the principal nilpotents in the simple Lie algebras of all classical types and in the exceptional Lie algebra of type $G_2$. The generators are given by determinant formulas in the context of the Poisson vertex algebras. We also show that the images of the W-algebra generators under the Chevalley-type isomorphism coincide with the elements defined via the corresponding Miura transformations.

Integrable approach to simple exclusion processes with boundaries. Review and progress

We study the matrix ansatz in the quantum group framework, applying integrable systems techniques to statistical physics models. We start by reviewing the two approaches, and then show how one can use the former to get new insight on the latter. We illustrate our method by solving a model of reaction-diffusion. An eigenvector for the transfer matrix for the XXZ spin chain with non-diagonal boundary is also obtained using a matrix ansatz.

R-matrices of three-state Hamiltonians solvable by Coordinate Bethe Ansatz

We review some of the strategies that can be implemented to infer an $R$-matrix from the knowledge of its Hamiltonian. We apply them to the classification achieved in arXiv:1306.6303, on three state $U(1)$-invariant Hamiltonians solvable by CBA, focusing on models for which the $S$-matrix is not trivial. For the 19-vertex solutions, we recover the $R$-matrices of the well-known Zamolodchikov--Fateev and Izergin--Korepin models. We point out that the generalized Bariev Hamiltonian is related to both main and special branches studied by Martins in arXiv:1303.4010, that we prove to generate the same Hamiltonian. The 19-vertex SpR model still resists to the analysis, although we are able to state some no-go theorems on its $R$-matrix. For 17-vertex Hamiltonians, we produce a new $R$-matrix.

Scalar products in models with $GL(3)$ trigonometric $R$-matrix. General case

We study quantum integrable models with $GL(3)$ trigonometric $R$-matrix solvable by the nested algebraic Bethe ansatz. We analyze scalar products of generic Bethe vectors and obtain an explicit representation for them in terms of a sum with respect to partitions of Bethe parameters. This representation generalizes known formula for the scalar products in the models with $GL(3)$-invariant $R$-matrix.

The MacMahon Master Theorem for right quantum superalgebras and higher Sugawara operators for $\widehat{\mathfrak{gl}}(m|n)$

We prove an analogue of the MacMahon Master Theorem for the right quantum superalgebras. In particular, we obtain a new and simple proof of this theorem for the right quantum algebras. In the super case the theorem is then used to construct higher order Sugawara operators for the affine Lie superalgebra $\widehat{\mathfrak{gl}}(m|n)$ in an explicit form. The operators are elements of a completed universal enveloping algebra of $\widehat{\mathfrak{gl}}(m|n)$ at the critical level. They occur as the coefficients in the expansion of a noncommutative Berezinian and as the traces of powers of generator matrices. The same construction yields higher Hamiltonians for the Gaudin model associated with the Lie superalgebra $\mathfrak{gl}(m|n)$. We also use the Sugawara operators to produce algebraically independent generators of the algebra of singular vectors of any generic Verma module at the critical level over the affine Lie superalgebra.

Classification of three-state Hamiltonians solvable by Coordinate Bethe Ansatz

We classify all Hamiltonians with rank 1 symmetry, acting on a periodic three-state spin chain, and solvable through (generalisation of) the coordinate Bethe ansatz (CBA). We obtain in this way four multi-parametric extensions of the known 19-vertex Hamiltonians (such as Zamolodchikov-Fateev, Izergin-Korepin, Bariev Hamiltonians). Apart from the 19-vertex Hamiltonians, there exists 17-vertex and 14-vertex Hamiltonians that cannot be viewed as subcases of the 19-vertex ones. In the case of 17-vertex Hamiltonian, we get a generalization of the genus 5 special branch found by Martins, plus three new ones. We get also two 14-vertex Hamiltonians. We solve all these Hamiltonians using CBA, and provide their spectrum, eigenfunctions and Bethe equations. A special attention is made to provide the specifications of our multi-parametric Hamiltonians that give back known Hamiltonians.

Scalar products in models with GL(3) trigonometric R-matrix. Highest coefficient

We study quantum integrable models with GL(3) trigonometric R-matrix solvable by the nested algebraic Bethe ansatz. Scalar products of Bethe vectors in such models can be expressed in terms of a bilinear combination of the highest coefficients. We show that in the models with GL(3) trigonometric R-matrix there exist two different highest coefficients. We obtain various representations for them in terms of sums over partitions. We also prove several important properties of the highest coefficients, which are necessary for the evaluation of the scalar products.

Superstring amplitudes and the associator

We investigate a pattern in the $α'$ expansion of tree-level open superstring amplitudes which correlates the appearance of higher depth multiple zeta values with that of simple zeta values in a particular way. We rephrase this relationship in terms of the coaction on motivic multiple zeta values and show that the pattern takes a very simple form, which can be simply explained by relating the amplitudes to the Drinfel'd associator derived from the Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov equation. Given this correspondence we show that, at least in the simplest case of the four-point amplitude, the associator can be used to extract the form of the amplitude.

Casimir elements from the Brauer-Schur-Weyl duality

We consider Casimir elements for the orthogonal and symplectic Lie algebras constructed with the use of the Brauer algebra. We calculate the images of these elements under the Harish-Chandra isomorphism and thus show that they (together with the Pfaffian-type element in the even orthogonal case) are algebraically independent generators of the centers of the corresponding universal enveloping algebras.

Highest coefficient of scalar products in SU(3)-invariant integrable models

We study SU(3)-invariant integrable models solvable by nested algebraic Bethe ansatz. Scalar products of Bethe vectors in such models can be expressed in terms of a bilinear combination of their highest coefficients. We obtain various different representations for the highest coefficient in terms of sums over partitions. We also obtain multiple integral representations for the highest coefficient.

Matrix Coordinate Bethe Ansatz: Applications to XXZ and ASEP models

We present the construction of the full set of eigenvectors of the open ASEP and XXZ models with special constraints on the boundaries. The method combines both recent constructions of coordinate Bethe Ansatz and the old method of matrix Ansatz specific to the ASEP. This "matrix coordinate Bethe Ansatz" can be viewed as a non-commutative coordinate Bethe Ansatz, the non-commutative part being related to the algebra appearing in

Nested Bethe ansatz for Y(gl(n)) open spin chains with diagonal boundary conditions

In this proceeding we present the nested Bethe ansatz for open spin chains of XXX-type, with arbitrary representations (i.e. `spins') on each site of the chain and diagonal boundary matrices $(K^+(u),K^-(u))$. The nested Bethe anstaz applies for a general $K^-(u)$, but a particular form of the $K^+(u)$ matrix. We give the eigenvalues, Bethe equations and the form of the Bethe vectors for the corresponding models. The Bethe vectors are expressed using a trace formula.

Yangian symmetry of light-like Wilson loops

We show that a certain class of light-like Wilson loops exhibits a Yangian symmetry at one loop, or equivalently, in an Abelian theory. The Wilson loops we discuss are equivalent to one-loop MHV amplitudes in N=4 super Yang-Mills theory in a certain kinematical regime. The fact that we find a Yangian symmetry constraining their functional form can be thought of as the effect of the original conformal symmetry associated to the scattering amplitudes in the N=4 theory.

Bethe Ansatz for the Universal Weight Function

We consider universal off-shell Bethe vectors given in terms of Drinfeld realization of the algebra $U_q(\widehat{gl}_N)$ [arXiv:math/0610517,arXiv:0711.2819]. We investigate ordering properties of the product of the transfer matrix and these vectors. We derive that these vectors are eigenvectors of the transfer matrix if their Bethe parameters satisfy the universal Bethe equations [arXiv:math-ph/0512037].

Direct computation of scattering matrices for general quantum graphs

We present a direct and simple method for the computation of the total scattering matrix of an arbitrary finite noncompact connected quantum graph given its metric structure and local scattering data at each vertex. The method is inspired by the formalism of Reflection-Transmission algebras and quantum field theory on graphs though the results hold independently of this formalism. It yields a simple and direct algebraic derivation of the formula for the total scattering and has a number of advantages compared to existing recursive methods. The case of loops (or tadpoles) is easily incorporated in our method. This provides an extension of recent similar results obtained in a completely different way in the context of abstract graph theory. It also allows us to discuss briefly the inverse scattering problem in the presence of loops using an explicit example to show that the solution is not unique in general. On top of being conceptually very easy, the computational advantage of the method is illustrated on two examples of "three-dimensional" graphs (tetrahedron and cube) for which other methods are rather heavy or even impractical.

Nested Bethe ansatz for `all' open spin chains with diagonal boundary conditions

We present in an unified and detailed way the nested Bethe ansatz for open spin chains based on Y(gl(\fn)), Y(gl(\fm|\fn)), U_{q}(gl(\fn)) or U_{q}(gl(\fm|\fn)) (super)algebras, with arbitrary representations (i.e. `spins') on each site of the chain and diagonal boundary matrices (K^+(u),K^-(u)). The nested Bethe anstaz applies for a general K^-(u), but a particular form of the K^+(u) matrix. The construction extends and unifies the results already obtained for open spin chains based on fundamental representation and for some particular super-spin chains. We give the eigenvalues, Bethe equations and the form of the Bethe vectors for the corresponding models. The Bethe vectors are expressed using a trace formula.

Universal Hubbard models with arbitrary symmetry

We propose a general framework that leads to one-dimensional XX and Hubbard models in full generality, based on the decomposition of an arbitrary vector space (possibly infinite dimensional) into a direct sum of two subspaces, the two corresponding orthogonal projectors allowing one to define a R-matrix of a universal XX model, and then of a Hubbard model using a Shastry type construction. The QISM approach ensures integrability of the models, the properties of the obtained R-matrices leading to local Hubbard-like Hamiltonians. In all cases, the energies, the symmetry algebras and the scattering matrices are explicitly determined. The computation of the Bethe Ansatz equations for some subsectors of the universal Hubbard theories are determined, while they are fully computed in the XX case. A perturbative calculation in the large coupling regime is also done for the universal Hubbard models.

Nested Bethe ansatz for "all" closed spin chains

We present in an unified and detailed way the Nested Bethe Ansatz for closed spin chains based on Y(gl(n)), Y(gl(m|n)), U_q(gl(n)) or U_q(gl(m|n)) (super)algebras, with arbitrary representations (i.e. `spins') on each site of the chain. In particular, the case of indecomposable representations of superalgebras is studied. The construction extends and unifies the results already obtained for spin chains based on Y(gl(n)) or U_q(gl(n)) and for some particular super-spin chains. We give the Bethe equations and the form of the Bethe vectors. The case of gl(2|1), gl(2|2$ and gl(4|4) superalgebras (that are related to AdS/CFT correspondence) is also detailed.

Exactly solvable models in atomic and molecular physics

We construct integrable generalised models in a systematic way exploring different representations of the gl(N) algebra. The models are then interpreted in the context of atomic and molecular physics, most of them related to different types of Bose-Einstein condensates. The spectrum of the models is given through the analytical Bethe ansatz method. We further extend these results to the case of the superalgebra gl(M|N), providing in this way models which also include fermions.

Super-Hubbard models and applications

We construct XX- and Hubbard- like models based on unitary superalgebras gl(N|M) generalising Shastry's and Maassarani's approach of the algebraic case. We introduce the R-matrix of the gl(N|M) XX model and that of the Hubbard model defined by coupling two independent XX models. In both cases, we show that the R-matrices satisfy the Yang--Baxter equation, we derive the corresponding local Hamiltonian in the transfer matrix formalism and we determine the symmetry of the Hamiltonian. Explicit examples are worked out. In the cases of the gl(1|2) and gl(2|2) Hubbard models, a perturbative calculation at two loops a la Klein and Seitz is performed.

Solving the quantum non-linear Schrodinger equation with delta-type impurity

We establish the exact solution of the nonlinear Schrodinger equation with a delta-function impurity, representing a point-like defect which reflects and transmits. We solve the problem both at the classical and the second quantized levels. In the quantum case the Zamolodchikov-Faddeev algebra, familiar from the case without impurities, is substituted by the recently discovered reflection-transmission (RT) algebra, which captures both particle-particle and particle-impurity interactions. The off-shell quantum solution is expressed in terms of the generators of the RT algebra and the exact scattering matrix of the theory is derived.

Lax pair and super-Yangian symmetry of the non-linear super-Schrödinger equation

We consider a version of the non-linear Schrödinger equation with M bosons and N fermions. We first solve the classical and quantum versions of this equation, using a super-Zamolodchikov-Faddeev (ZF) algebra. Then we prove that the hierarchy associated to this model admits a super-Yangian Y(gl(M|N)) symmetry. We exhibit the corresponding (classical and quantum) Lax pairs. Finally, we construct explicitly the super-Yangian generators, in terms of the canonical fields on the one hand, and in terms of the ZF algebra generators on the other hand. The latter construction uses the well-bred operators introduced recently.

Spontaneous symmetry breaking in the gl(N)-NLS hierarchy on the half line

We describe an algebraic framework for studying the symmetry properties of integrable quantum systems on the half line. The approach is based on the introduction of boundary operators. It turns out that these operators both encode the boundary conditions and generate integrals of motion. We use this direct relationship between boundary conditions and symmetry content to establish the spontaneous breakdown of some internal symmetries, due to the boundary.

W-strings from N=2 Hamiltonian reduction and classification of N=2 super W-algebras

We present an algebraic approach to string theory, using a Hamiltonian reduction of N=2 WZW models. An embedding of sl(1|2) in a Lie superalgebra determines a niltopent subalgebra. Chirally gauging this subalgebra in the corresponding WZW action leads to an extension of the N=2 superconformal algebra. We classify all the embeddings of sl(1|2) into Lie superalgebras: this provides an exhaustive classification and characterization of all extended N=2 superconformal algebras. Then, twisting these algebras, we obtain the BRST structure of a string theory. We characterize and classify all the string theories which can be obtained in this way. Based on a common work of E. Currents on Grassmann algebras

We define currents on a Grassmann algebra $Gr(N)$ with $N$ generators as distributions on its exterior algebra (using the symmetric wedge product). We interpret the currents in terms of ${\Z}_2$-graded Hochschild cohomology and closed currents in terms of cyclic cocycles (they are particular multilinear forms on $Gr(N)$). An explicit construction of the vector space of closed currents of degree $p$ on $Gr(N)$ is given by using Berezin integration.
