FlowSearch: Advancing deep research with dynamic structured knowledge flow

Deep research is an inherently challenging task that demands both breadth and depth of thinking. It involves navigating diverse knowledge spaces and reasoning over complex, multi-step dependencies, which presents substantial challenges for agentic systems. To address this, we propose FlowSearch, a multi-agent framework that actively constructs and evolves a dynamic structured knowledge flow to drive subtask execution and reasoning. FlowSearch is capable of strategically planning and expanding the knowledge flow to enable parallel exploration and hierarchical task decomposition, while also adjusting the knowledge flow in real time based on feedback from intermediate reasoning outcomes and insights. FlowSearch achieves competitive performance on both general and scientific benchmarks, including GAIA, HLE, GPQA and TRQA, demonstrating its effectiveness in multi-disciplinary research scenarios and its potential to advance scientific discovery. Generative Long-term User Interest Modeling for Click-Through Rate Prediction

Modeling long-term user interests with massive historical user behaviors enhances click-through rate (CTR) prediction performance in advertising and recommendation systems. Typically, a two-stage framework is widely adopted, where a general search unit (GSU) first retrieves top-$k$ relevant behaviors towards the target item, and an exact search unit (ESU) generates interest features via tailored attention. However, current target-centered GSU would ignore other latent user interests, leading to incomplete and biased interest features. Additionally, the matching-based retrieval process in GSUs depends on the pairwise similarity score between target item and each historical behavior, which not only becomes time-consuming for online services as user behaviors continue to grow, but also overlooks the interaction information among user behaviors. To combat these problems, we propose a \textbf{Gen}erative \textbf{L}ong-term user \textbf{I}nterest model named GenLI for CTR prediction. GenLI consists of an interest generation module (IGM), a behavior retrieval module (BRM), and an interest fusion module (IFM). The IGM generates multiple interest distributions to indicate different aspects of real-time user interests, which is target-independent and incorporates interaction information among behaviors, ensuring complete and diverse interest features. The BRM selects related behaviors via a simple lookup operation, reducing the time complexity for weighting each behavior to $O(1)$. Finally, the IFM uses delicate gating mechanisms to generate interest features. Based on the generation process, GenLI improves the diversity of user interests and avoids complex matching-based behavioral retrieval, achieving a better balance between accuracy and efficiency for CTR prediction.

IFPV: An Integrated Multi-Agent Framework for Generative Operational Planning and High-Fidelity Plan Verification

Operational plan generation and verification are critical for modern complex and rapidly changing battlefield environments, yet traditional generation and verification methods still respectively face the challenges of generation infeasibility and verification insufficiency. To alleviate these limitations, we propose an Integrated Multi-Agent Framework for Generative Operational Planning and High-Fidelity Plan Verification (IFPV). IFPV consists of two tightly coupled modules: Multi-Perspective Hierarchical Agents (MPHA) for generative operational planning and an Adversarial Cognitive Simulation Engine (ACSE) for high-fidelity adversarial plan verification. MPHA decomposes commander intent into executable multi-platform tactical action sequences through the collaboration of Pathfinder, Analyst, and Planner agents. ACSE introduces an opponent equipped with a customized world model, which predicts the future evolution of mission-critical platforms and conducts dynamic counteractions against candidate plans. Simulation experiments in the Asymmetric Combat Tactic Simulator (ACTS) show that IFPV improves mission success by 19.4% and reduces operational cost by 41.7% compared with a single-step large language model (LLM) planning baseline. Compared with a traditional rule-based validator, ACSE increases the average suppression rate by 31.8%, indicating that the proposed verification environment is stricter and more discriminative in revealing the latent vulnerabilities of candidate plans. JAX-Shock: A Differentiable, GPU-Accelerated, Shock-Capturing Neural Solver for Compressible Flow Simulation

Understanding shock-solid interactions remains a central challenge in compressiblefluiddynamics. WepresentJAX-Shock: afully-differentiable,GPU-accelerated, high-order shock-capturing solver for efficient simulation of the compressible Navier-Stokes equations. Built entirely in JAX, the framework leverages automatic differentiation to enable gradient-based optimization, parameter inference, and end-to-end training of deep learning-augmented models. The solver integrates fifth-order WENO reconstruction with an HLLC flux to resolve shocks and discontinuities with high fidelity. To handle complex geometries, an immersed boundary method is implemented for accurate representation of solid interfaces within the compressible flow field. In addition, we introduce a neural flux module trained to augment the numerical fluxes with data-driven corrections, significantly improving accuracy and generalization. JAX-Shock also supports sequence-to-sequence learning for shock interaction prediction and reverse-mode inference to identify key physical parameters from data. Compared with purely data-driven approaches, JAX-Shock enhances generalization while preserving physical consistency. The framework establishes a flexible platform for differentiable physics, learning-based modeling, and inverse design in compressible flow regimes dominated by complex shock-solid interactions.

SciEvalKit: An Open-source Evaluation Toolkit for Scientific General Intelligence

We introduce SciEvalKit, a unified benchmarking toolkit designed to evaluate AI models for science across a broad range of scientific disciplines and task capabilities. Unlike general-purpose evaluation platforms, SciEvalKit focuses on the core competencies of scientific intelligence, including Scientific Multimodal Perception, Scientific Multimodal Reasoning, Scientific Multimodal Understanding, Scientific Symbolic Reasoning, Scientific Code Generation, Science Hypothesis Generation and Scientific Knowledge Understanding. It supports six major scientific domains, spanning from physics and chemistry to astronomy and materials science. SciEvalKit builds a foundation of expert-grade scientific benchmarks, curated from real-world, domain-specific datasets, ensuring that tasks reflect authentic scientific challenges. The toolkit features a flexible, extensible evaluation pipeline that enables batch evaluation across models and datasets, supports custom model and dataset integration, and provides transparent, reproducible, and comparable results. By bridging capability-based evaluation and disciplinary diversity, SciEvalKit offers a standardized yet customizable infrastructure to benchmark the next generation of scientific foundation models and intelligent agents. The toolkit is open-sourced and actively maintained to foster community-driven development and progress in AI4Science.

Resolving State Ambiguity in Robot Manipulation via Adaptive Working Memory Recoding

State ambiguity is common in robotic manipulation. Identical observations may correspond to multiple valid behavior trajectories. The visuomotor policy must correctly extract the appropriate types and levels of information from the history to identify the current task phase. However, naively extending the history window is computationally expensive and may cause severe overfitting. Inspired by the continuous nature of human reasoning and the recoding of working memory, we introduce PAM, a novel visuomotor Policy equipped with Adaptive working Memory. With minimal additional training cost in a two-stage manner, PAM supports a 300-frame history window while maintaining high inference speed. Specifically, a hierarchical frame feature extractor yields two distinct representations for motion primitives and temporal disambiguation. For compact representation, a context router with range-specific queries is employed to produce compact context features across multiple history lengths. And an auxiliary objective of reconstructing historical information is introduced to ensure that the context router acts as an effective bottleneck. We meticulously design 7 tasks and verify that PAM can handle multiple scenarios of state ambiguity simultaneously. With a history window of approximately 10 seconds, PAM still supports stable training and maintains inference speeds above 20Hz. Project website: https://tinda24.github.io/pam/
