We use Serre construction and deformation to construct stable bundles and reflexive sheaves on Calabi-Yau threefolds.
We prove that the mirror map is the SYZ map for every toric Calabi-Yau surface. As a consequence one obtains an enumerative meaning of the mirror map. This involves computing genus-zero open Gromov-Witten invariants, which is done by relating them with closed Gromov-Witten invariants via compactification and using an earlier computation by Bryan-Leung.
We construct good degenerations of Quot-schemes and coherent systems using the stack of expanded degenerations. We show that these good degenerations are separated and proper DM stacks of finite type. Applying to the projective threefolds, we derive degeneration formulas for DT-invariants of ideal sheaves and PT stable pair invariants.
In this paper, we propose a definition of the moduli stack of stable relative ideal sheaves, and prove that it is a separated and proper Deligne-Mumford stack. It is the first part of the project of relative Donaldson-Thomas theory of ideal sheaves on projective threefolds, which in the end provides a degeneration formula of Donaldson-Thomas invariants of threefolds.
We compute certain open Gromov-Witten invariants for toric Calabi-Yau threefolds. The proof relies on a relation for ordinary Gromov-Witten invariants for threefolds under certain birational transformation, and a recent result of Kwokwai Chan.
