Absolute continuity between the surface measure and harmonic measure implies rectifiability

preprint2015arXivOpen access

Abstract

In the present paper we prove that for any open connected set Ω⊂Rn+1Ω\subset{\mathbb R}^{n+1}, n≥1n\geq 1, and any E⊂∂ΩE\subset \partialΩ with 0<Hn(E)<∞0<{\mathcal H}^n(E)<\infty absolute continuity of the harmonic measure ωω with respect to the Hausdorff measure on EE implies that ω∣Eω|_E is rectifiable.
