Cluster X-varieties at infinity

A positive space is a space with a positive atlas, i.e. a collection of rational coordinate systems with subtraction free transition functions. The set of positive real points of a positive space is well defined. We define a tropical compactification of the latter. We show that it generalizes the Thurston compactification of a Teichmuller space. The tropical boundary of a positive space is a sphere with a piecewise linear structure. Cluster X-varieties are positive spaces of rather special type. We define special completions of cluster X-varieties. They have a stratification whose strata are (affine closures of) cluster X-varieties. The original coordinate tori extend to coordinate affine spaces in the completion. We define completions of Teichmuller spaces for surfaces with marked points at the boundary. The set of positive points of the special completion of the corresponding cluster X-variety is a part of the completion of the Teichmuller space.

Inverse spectral problem for GK integrable system

A.Goncharov and R.Kenyon has defined a class of integrable system on a cluster varieties constructed out of a Newton polygon on the plane. In the present note we show that thiest cluster varieties coincides with the configuration spaces of collections of complete flags in an infinite dimensional space invariant with respect to two commuting operators. We use this interpretation to give explicit solution for these integrable systems in terms of theta-functions.

Loop groups, Clusters, Dimers and Integrable systems

We describe a class of integrable systems on Poisson submanifolds of the affine Poisson-Lie groups $\widehat{PGL}(N)$, which can be enumerated by cyclically irreducible elements the co-extended affine Weyl groups $(\widehat{W}\times \widehat{W})^\sharp$. Their phase spaces admit cluster coordinates, whereas the integrals of motion are cluster functions. We show, that this class of integrable systems coincides with the constructed by Goncharov and Kenyon out of dimer models on a two-dimensional torus and classified by the Newton polygons. We construct the correspondence between the Weyl group elements and polygons, demonstrating that each particular integrable model admits infinitely many realisations on the Poisson-Lie groups. We also discuss the particular examples, including the relativistic Toda chains and the Schwartz-Ovsienko-Tabachnikov pentagram map.
