Lepton-flavor violation in the MRSSMSeesaw

The Minimal R-symmetric Supersymmetric Standard Model with Seesaw (MRSSMSeesaw) extends the MRSSM by incorporating right-handed neutrinos to generate neutrino masses via the Type-I seesaw mechanism. This work presents a detailed analysis of lepton flavor violation (LFV) processes, including $\ell_i \rightarrow \ell_j γ$, $\ell_i \rightarrow 3\ell_j$, and Higgs decays $h \rightarrow \ell_i \ell_j$, Based on the current experimental limitations, we carry out detailed parameter scanning and numerical calculations to analyse the effects of different sensitive parameters on LFV.The numerical results show that the non-diagonal elements involving the initial and final leptons are main sensitive parameters and LFV sources.

Feynman Integrals of Grassmannians

We embed Feynman integrals in the subvarieties of Grassmannians through homogenization of the integrands in projective space, then obtain GKZ-systems satisfied by those scalar integrals. The Feynman integral can be written as linear combinations of the hypergeometric functions of a fundamental solution system in neighborhoods of regular singularities of the GKZ-system, whose linear combination coefficients are determined by the integral on an ordinary point or some regular singularities. Taking some Feynman diagrams as examples, we elucidate in detail how to obtain the fundamental solution systems of Feynman integrals in neighborhoods of regular singularities. Furthermore we also present the parametric representations of Feynman integrals of the 2-loop self-energy diagrams which are convenient to embed in the subvarieties of Grassmannians.

Lepton flavor violating decays $l_j\rightarrow{l_iγ}$ in the $U(1)_X$SSM model within the Mass Insertion Approximation

Three singlet new Higgs superfields and right-handed neutrinos are added to MSSM to obtain $U(1)_X$SSM model. Its local gauge group is $SU(3)_C\times SU(2)_L \times U(1)_Y \times U(1)_X$. In the framework of $U(1)_X$SSM, we study muon anomalous magnetic moment and lepton flavor violating decays $l_j\rightarrow{l_iγ}(j=2,3;i=1,2)$ within the Mass Insertion Approximation(MIA). Through the MIA method, we can find the parameters that directly affect the analytical result of the lepton flavor violating decays $l_j\rightarrow{l_iγ}$, which make our work more convenient. We want to provide a set of simple analytic formulas for the form factors and the associated effective vertices, that may be very useful for future phenomenological studies of the lepton flavor violating decays. According to the accuracy of the numerical results which the influence of different sensitive parameters, we come to the conclusion that the non-diagonal elements which correspond to the generations of the initial lepton and final lepton are main sensitive parameters and lepton flavor violation(LFV) sources. This work can provide a clear signal of new physics(NP).

Lepton flavor violating decays $τ\rightarrow{Pl}$ in the $U(1)_X$SSM model

$U(1)_X$SSM is the extension of the minimal supersymmetric standard model(MSSM) and its local gauge group is $SU(3)_C\times SU(2)_L \times U(1)_Y \times U(1)_X$. To obtain this model, three singlet new Higgs superfields and right-handed neutrinos are added to MSSM. In the framework of $U(1)_X$SSM, we study lepton flavor violating decays $τ\rightarrow{Pl}(P=π,~η,~η^\prime;~l=μ,~e)$. According to the latest experimental data of $τ\rightarrow{Pe}$ and $τ\rightarrow{Pμ}$, the influence of different sensitive parameters on the results is analyzed to make a reasonable prediction for future experiments. From the numerical analysis, the non-diagonal elements which correspond to the generations of the initial lepton and final lepton are main sensitive parameters and lepton flavor violation(LFV) sources. This work can provide a basis for finding the existence of new physics(NP).

Muon anomalous magnetic dipole moment in the $μν$SSM

Recently, the Muon g-2 experiment at Fermilab has measured the muon anomalous magnetic dipole moment (MDM), $a_μ=(g_μ-2)/2$, which reported that the new experimental average increases the tension between experiment and the standard model (SM) prediction to 4.2$σ$. In this work, we reanalyse the muon anomalous MDM at two-loop level in the $μ$ from $ν$ Supersymmetric Standard Model ($μν$SSM) combined with the updated experimental average. The $μν$SSM can explain the current tension between the experimental measurement and the SM theoretical prediction for the muon anomalous MDM, constrained by the 125 GeV Higgs boson mass and decays, the rare decay $\bar{B}\rightarrow X_sγ$ and so on. We also investigate the anomalous MDM of the electron and tau lepton, $a_e=(g_e-2)/2$ and $a_τ=(g_τ-2)/2$, at two-loop level in the $μν$SSM. In addition, the 125 GeV Higgs boson decays to a pair of charged leptons in the $μν$SSM are also analysed.

Muon conversion to an eletron in nuclei in the $B-L$ symmetric SSM

In a few years, the COMET experiment at J-PARC and the Mu2e experiment at Fermilab will probe the $μ-e$ conversion rate in the vicinity of $\mathcal{O}(10^{-17})$ for an Al target with high experimental sensitivity. Within the framework of the minimal supersymmetric extension of the Standard Model with local $B-L$ gauge symmetry (B-LSSM), we analyze the lepton flavor violating (LFV) process of $μ-e$ conversion in nuclei. Considering the constraint of the experimental upper limit of the LFV rare decay $μ\rightarrow eγ$, the $μ-e$ conversion rates in nuclei within the B-LSSM can achieve $\mathcal{O}(10^{-12})$, which is 5 orders of magnitude larger than the future experimental sensitivity at the Mu2e and COMET experiments and may be detected in the near future.

Nuclear $0\nu2β$ decays in $B-L$ symmetric SUSY model and in TeV scale left-right symmetric model

In this paper we take B-L supersymmetric standard model (B-LSSM) and TeV scale left-right symmetric model (LRSM) as two representations of the two kinds of new physics models to study the nuclear neutrinoless double beta decays ($0\nu2β$) so as to see the senses onto these two kinds of models when the decays are taken into account additionally. Within the parameter spaces allowed by all the exist experimental data, the decay half-life of the nucleus $^{76}$Ge and $^{136}$Xe, $T^{0ν}_{1/2}$($^{76}$Ge, $^{136}$Xe), is precisely calculated and the results are presented properly. Based on the numerical results, we conclude that the room of LRSM type models for the foreseeable future experimental observations on the decays is greater than that of B-LSSM type models.

Pair production of neutral Higgs particles in the B-LSSM

Higgs pair production provides a unique handle for measuring the strength of Higgs self interaction and constraining the shape of the Higgs potential. Including radiative corrections to the trilinear couplings of $CP$-even Higgs, we investigate the cross section of the lightest neutral Higgs pair production in gluon fusion at the Large Hadron Collider in the supersymmetric extensions of the standard model. Numerical results indicate that the correction to the cross section is about 11\% in the B-LSSM, while is only about 4\% in the MSSM. Considering the constraints of the experimental data of the lightest Higgs, we find that the gauge couplings of $U(1)_{B-L}$ and the ratio of the nonzero vacuum expectation values of two singlets also affect strongly the theoretical evaluations on the production cross section in the B-LSSM.

Study muon g-2 at two-loop level in the $U(1)_X$SSM

The new experiment data of muon g-2 is reported by the workers at Fermilab National Accelerator Laboratory(FNAL). Combined with the previous Brookhaven National Laboratory(BNL) E821 result, the departure from the standard model prediction is about 4.2 $σ$. It strengthens our faith in the new physics. $U(1)_X$SSM is the U(1) extension of the minimal supersymmetric standard model, where we study the electroweak corrections to the anomalous magnetic dipole moment of muon from the one-loop diagrams and some two-loop diagrams possessing important contributions. These two-loop diagrams include Barr-Zee type, rainbow type and diamond type. The virtual supersymmetric particles in these two-loop diagrams are chargino, scalar neutrino, neutralino, scalar lepton, which are supposed not very heavy to make relatively large corrections. We obtain the Wilson coefficients of the dimension 6 operators inducing the anomalous magnetic dipole moment of muon. The numerical results can reach $25\times 10^{-10}$ and even larger.

The newly observed state $D_{s0}(2590)^{+}$

We choose the Reduction Formula, PCAC and Low Energy Theory to reduce the $S$ matrix of a OZI allowed two-body strong decay involving a light pseudoscalar, the covariant transition amplitude formula with relativistic wave functions as input is derived. After confirm this method by the decay $D^*(2010)\to Dπ$, we study the newly observed $D_{s0}(2590)^{+}$ with supposing it to be the state $D_s(2^1S_0)^+$, we find its decay width $Γ$ is highly sensitive to the $D_{s0}(2590)^{+}$ mass, which result in the meaningless comparison of widths by different models with various input masses. Instead of width, we studied the overlap integral over the wave functions of initial and final states, here we parameterized it as $X$ which is model-independent, and the ratio $Γ/{|{\vec P_f}|^3}$, both are almost mass independent, to give us useful information. The results show that, all the existing theoretical predictions $X_{D_s(2S) \to D^*K}=0.25\sim 0.41$ and $Γ/{|{\vec P_f}|^3}=0.81\sim1.77$ MeV$^{-2}$ are smaller than experimental data $0.585^{+0.015}_{-0.035}$ and $4.54^{+0.25}_{-0.52}$ MeV$^{-2}$. Further compared with $X^{ex}_{D^*(2010) \to Dπ}=0.540\pm0.009$, the current data $X^{ex}_{D_s(2S) \to D^*K}=0.585^{+0.015}_{-0.035}$ is too big to be an reasonable value, so it is early to say $D_{s0}(2590)^{+}$ is the conventional $D_s(2^1S_0)^+$ meson.

The study of lepton EDMs in $U(1)_X$ SSM

The minimal supersymmetric extension of the standard model (MSSM) is extended to the $U(1)_X$SSM, whose local gauge group is $SU(3)_C \times SU(2)_L \times U(1)_Y \times U(1)_X$. To obtain the $U(1)_X$SSM, we add the new superfields to the MSSM, namely: three Higgs singlets $\hatη,~\hat{\barη},~\hat{S}$ and right-handed neutrinos $\hatν_i$. The CP violating effects are considered to study the lepton electric dipole moment(EDM) in $U(1)_X$SSM. The CP violating phases in $U(1)_X$SSM are more than those in the standard model(SM). In this model, some new parameters $(θ_S, θ_{BB^{\prime}}, θ_{BL})$ as CP violating phases are considered, so there are new contributions to lepton EDMs. It is conducive to exploring the source of CP violation and probing new physical beyond SM.

Gravitational waves from the phase transition in the B-LSSM

Based on the gauge symmetry group $SU(3)_C\otimes{SU(2)_L}\otimes{U(1)_Y}\otimes{U(1)_{B-L}}$, the minimal supersymmetric extension of the SM with local B-L gauge symmetry(B-LSSM) has been introduced. In this model, we study the Higgs masses with the one-loop zero temperature effective potential corrections. Besides, the finite temperature effective potentials connected with two $U(1)_{B-L}$ Higgs singlets are deduced specifically. Then we can obtain the gravitational wave spectrums generated from the strong first-order phase transition. In the B-LSSM, the gravitational wave signals can be as strong as $h^2Ω_{GW}\sim10^{-11}$, which may be detectable in the future experiments.

The two-loop contributions to muon MDM in $U(1)_X$ SSM

The MSSM is extended to the $U(1)_X$SSM, whose local gauge group is $SU(3)_C \times SU(2)_L \times U(1)_Y \times U(1)_X$. To obtain the $U(1)_X$SSM, we add the new superfields to the MSSM, namely: three Higgs singlets $\hatη,~\hat{\barη},~\hat{S}$ and right-handed neutrinos $\hatν_i$. It can give light neutrino tiny mass at the tree level through the seesaw mechanism. The study of the contribution of the two-loop diagrams to the MDM of muon under $U(1)_X$SSM provides the possibility for us to search for new physics. In the analytical calculation of the loop diagrams (one-loop and two-loop diagrams), the effective Lagrangian method is used to derive muon MDM. Here, the considered two-loop diagrams include Barr-Zee type diagrams and rainbow type two-loop diagrams, especially Z-Z rainbow two-loop diagram is taken into account. The obtained numerical results can reach $7.4\times10^{-10}$, which can remedy the deviation between SM prediction and experimental data to some extent.

Average speed and its powers $v^n$ of a heavy quark in quarkonia

The typical velocity of a heavy quark in a quarkonium is a widely used quantity, in this paper, based on the relativistic Bethe-Salpeter equation method, we calculate the average values ${\overline{|\boldsymbol{q}|^n}}$ and $ \overline{|\boldsymbol{v}|^n}\equiv v^n$ of a heavy quark in a $S$ wave or $P$ wave quarkonium rest frame, where $\boldsymbol{q}$ and $\boldsymbol{v}$ are the three dimensional momentum and velocity, $n=1,2,3,4$. For a charm quark in $J/ψ$, we obtained $v_{J/ψ}=0.46$, $v^2_{J/ψ}=0.26$, $v^3_{J/ψ}=0.18$, and $v^4_{J/ψ}=0.14$, for a bottom quark in $Υ(1S)$, $v_{Υ(1S)}=0.24$, $v^2_{Υ(1S)}=0.072$, $v^3_{Υ(1S)}=0.025$, and $v^4_{Υ(1S)}=0.010$. The values indicate that ${v^n} >{v^{n_1}}\cdot{v^{n_2}}$, where $n_1+n_2=n$, which is correct for all the charmonia and bottomonia. Our results also show the poor convergence if we make the {speed} expansion in charmonium system, but good for bottomonium. Based on the $v^n$ values and the following obtained relations $v^n_{4S} > v^n_{3S}> v^n_{2S}>v^n_{1S}$, $v^n_{4P} > v^n_{3P}> v^n_{2P}>v^n_{1P}$ and $v^n_{mP}>v^n_{mS}$ ($n,m=1,2,3,4$), we conclude that highly excited quarkonia have larger relativistic corrections than those of the corresponding low excited and ground states, and there are large relativistic corrections in charmonium system.

Electric dipole moments of neutron and heavy quarks in the B-L symmetric MSSM

The searching for the electric dipole moments (EDMs) of neutron ($d_n$), $b$ quark ($d_b$) and $c$ quark ($d_c$) gives strict upper bounds on these quantities. And recently, new upper bounds on $d_b$, $d_c$ are obtained by the strict limit on $d_n$. The models of new physics (NP) with additional CP-violating (CPV) sources are constrained strictly by these EDMs. In this work, we focus on the CPV effects on these EDMs in the minimal supersymmetric extension (MSSM) of the SM with local $B-L$ gauge symmetry (B-LSSM). The contributions from one-loop and some two-loop diagrams to the quark EDM are given in general form, which can also be used in the calculation of quark EDM in other models of NP. Considering the constrains from updated experimental data, the numerical results show that the two-loop corrections can make important contributions to these EDMs. Compared with the MSSM, the effects of new CPV phases and new parameters in the B-LSSM on these EDMs are also explored.

Electron and muon $(g-2)$ in the B-LSSM

The theoretical predictions in the standard model (SM) and measurements on the anomalous magnetic dipole moments (MDM) of muon and electron have great precision, hence the MDMs of muon and electron have close relation with the new physics (NP) beyond the SM. Recently, a negative $\sim2.4σ$ discrepancy between the measured electron MDM and the SM prediction results from a recent improved determination of the fine structure constant. Combined with the long-lasting muon MDM discrepancy which is about $\sim3.7σ$, it is difficult to explain both the magnitude and opposite signs of the deviations in a consistent model, without introducing large flavour-violating effects. The analysis shows that they can be explained in the minimal supersymmetric extension (MSSM) of the SM with local $B-L$ gauge symmetry (B-LSSM). Comparing with the MSSM, new parameters in the B-LSSM can affect the theoretical predictions on lepton MDMs, and the effects of them are explored.

Electroweak baryogenesis and electron EDM in the B-LSSM

Electroweak baryogenesis (EWB) and electric dipole moment (EDM) have close relation with the new physics beyond the standard model (SM), because the SM CP-violating (CPV) interactions are not sufficient to provide the baryon asymmetry of the universe by many orders of magnitude, and the theoretical predictions for the EDM of electron ($d_e$) in the SM are too tiny to be detected in near future. In this work, we explore the CPV effects on EWB and the electron EDM in the minimal supersymmetric extension (MSSM) of the SM with local $B-L$ gauge symmetry (B-LSSM). And the two-step transition via tree-effects in this model is discussed. Including two-loop corrections to $d_e$ and considering the constrains from updated experimental data, the numerical results show that the B-LSSM can account for the observed baryon asymmetry. In addition, when the cancellation between different contributions to $d_e$ takes place, the region favored by EWB can be compatible with the corresponding EDM bound.

GKZ-hypergeometric systems for Feynman integrals

Basing on the systems of linear partial differential equations derived from Mellin-Barnes representations and Miller's transformation, we obtain GKZ-hypergeometric systems of one-loop self energy, one-loop triangle, two-loop vacuum, and two-loop sunset diagrams, respectively. The codimension of derived GKZ-hypergeometric system equals the number of independent dimensionless ratios among the external momentum squared and virtual mass squared. Taking GKZ-hypergeometric systems of one-loop self energy, massless one-loop triangle, and two-loop vacuum diagrams as examples, we present in detail how to perform triangulation and how to construct canonical series solutions in the corresponding convergent regions. The series solutions constructed for these hypergeometric systems recover the well known results in literature.

Higgs boson decay $h\rightarrow Zγ$ and muon magnetic dipole moment in the $μν$SSM

To solve the $μ$ problem and generate three tiny neutrino masses in the MSSM, the $μ$ from $ν$ Supersymmetric Standard Model ($μν$SSM) introduces three singlet right-handed neutrino superfields, which lead to the mixing of the Higgs doublets with the sneutrinos. The mixing affects the lightest Higgs boson mass and the Higgs couplings. The present observed 95\% CL upper limit on signal strength of the 125 GeV Higgs boson decay $h\rightarrow Zγ$ is 6.6, which still is plenty of space to prove the existence of new physics. In this work, we investigate the signal strength of the 125 GeV Higgs boson decay channel $h\rightarrow Zγ$ in the $μν$SSM. Besides, we consider the two-loop electroweak corrections of muon anomalous magnetic dipole moment (MDM) in the model, which also make important contributions compared with one-loop electroweak corrections.

The naturalness in the BLMSSM and B-LSSM

In order to interpret the Higgs mass and its decays more naturally, we hope to intrude the BLMSSM and B-LSSM. In the both models, the right-handed neutrino superfields are introduced to better explain the neutrino mass problems. In addition, there are other superfields considered to make these models more natural than MSSM. In this paper, the method of $χ^2$ analyses will be adopted in the BLMSSM and B-LSSM to calculate the Higgs mass, Higgs decays and muon $g-2$. With the fine-tuning in the region $0.67\%-2.5\%$ and $0.67\%-5\%$, we can obtain the reasonable theoretical values that are in accordance with the experimental results respectively in the BLMSSM and B-LSSM. Meanwhile, the best-fitted benchmark points in the BLMSSM and B-LSSM will be acquired at minimal $(χ^{BL}_{min})^2 = 2.34736$ and $(χ^{B-L}_{min})^2 = 2.47754$, respectively.

A proposal on complementary determination of the electro-weak mixing angles ${\rm sin^2θ_W}$ at a super Z-factory

A proposal on determination of the effective electro-weak mixing angle ${\rm sin^2θ_{eff}^f\;(f=c,b)}$ at a super Z-factory (an $e^+e^-$ collider designed with the possible highest luminosity and running around the center mass energy $\sqrt s=m_Z$) is proposed. It is to determine how the effective mixing angles depend on the flavors, especially the flavors $c$, $b$ (with the determined effective ones, the electro-weak mixing angles ${\rm sin^2θ_W^f\;(f=c,b)}$ of Standard Model can be derived out precisely). The key point of the proposal is that at such a super Z-factory, via measuring the forward-backward ($A_{FB}$), left-right ($A_{LR}$) and combined left-right forward-backward ($A^{FB}_{LR}$) asymmetries of the produced doubly heavy-flavored hadrons (such as $B_c$, $B_c^*$ and the baryons $H_{QQ'q}$: $Ξ_{cc}$, $Ξ_{bc}$ and $Ξ_{bb}$ etc) in the relevant production processes $e^+e^-\to B_c+\cdots$ and $e^+e^-\to H_{QQ'q}+\cdots$ one may complement the final determination of the mixing angle ${\rm sin^2θ_W^f\;(f=c,b)}$ of Standard Model. The advantage of the proposed way to determine the effective electro-weak mixing angles is that the doubly heavy flavor(s) and the out-going direction of the produced doubly-heavy hadron can be experimental determined precisely, i.e. there are no such errors caused by missing identification of the heavy flavor(s) and by determining the so-called thrust axis of the produced jets, which can not be avoided in the early determination at LEP-I and SLC.

Scalar neutrino dark matter in $U(1)_X$SSM

$U(1)_X$SSM is the extension of the minimal supersymmetric standard model(MSSM) and its local gauge group is $SU(3)_C\times SU(2)_L \times U(1)_Y \times U(1)_X$. To obtain this model, three singlet new Higgs superfields and right-handed neutrinos are added to MSSM. In the framework of $U(1)_X$SSM, we study the Higgs mass and take the lightest CP-even sneutrino as a cold dark matter candidate. For the lightest CP-even sneutrino, the relic density and the cross section for dark matter scattering off nucleon are both researched. In suitable parameter space of the model, the numerical results satisfy the constraints of the relic density and the cross section with the nucleon.

The QCD NLO fragmentation functions for $c$ or $\bar{b}$ quark to $B_c$ or $B_c^*$ meson and their application

The fragmentation functions for $c$ or $\bar{b}$ quark to $B_c$ or $B_c^*$ meson are derived up to QCD next-to-leading order (NLO). They are further computed numerically and presented in figures precisely. In order to reach a higher accuracy, we have also tried properly to apply them to estimating the $B_c$ and $B_c^*$ production at a $Z$-factory (an $e^+e^-$ collider running at the energy of the $Z$-boson pole).

The two-loop corrections to lepton MDMs and EDMs in the EBLMSSM

Extending BLMSSM with exotic Higgs superfields $(Φ_{NL},φ_{NL})$ and superfields ($Y,Y^\prime$), one obtains the new model called as EBLMSSM, where exotic leptons are heavy and have tree level couplings with SM lepton. In this model, some new parameters with CP-violating phases are considered, so there are new contributions to lepton anomalous magnetic dipole moments (MDMs) and electric dipole moments (EDMs). Therefore, we study the one-loop, two-loop Barr-Zee and two-loop Rainbow type corrections to lepton MDMs and EDMs in the EBLMSSM. Considering the constraints from the lightest CP-even Higgs mass and decays, we calculate the corresponding numerical results. In our used parameter space, the new physics contributions to lepton MDMs are large, which can remedy the deviation between the SM prediction and experimental result well. New introduced CP-violating phases also affect the lepton EDMs in a certain degree.

$B\rightarrow X_{_S}l^+l^-$ in the minimal gauged $(B-L)$ supersymmetry

Applying the effective Hamilton for $b\rightarrow sl^+l^-,\;(l=e,\;μ)$ in the framework of minimal supersymmetric extension of the standard model with local $B-L$ gauge symmetry, we investigate branching ratios and forward-backward asymmetries of rare decay $B\rightarrow X_{_S}l^+l^-$ in low and high $q^2$ regions, respectively. In addition we also study the $CP$ asymmetries depending on new $CP$ phases from soft breaking terms in low and high $q^2$ regions. With some assumptions on parameter space of the model, the numerical analyses of the supersymmetric contributions to the branching ratios, forward-backward and $CP$ asymmetries of $B\rightarrow X_{_S}l^+l^-$ are presented in low and high $q^2$ regions, respectively.

The LHC 750 GeV diphoton excess in supersymmetry with gauged baryon and lepton numbers

The significance of discovering the boson of 750 GeV is beyond finding a single heavy boson, because it may hint the location of the scale for new physics beyond the standard model which is the target of long-time exploration. There have been many models to explain the diphoton excess observed by the ATLAS and CMS collaborations and the BLMSSM is one of them. The BLMSSM is an extension of the minimal supersymmetric model where baryon and lepton numbers are local gauge symmetries. We analyze the decay channels $Φ\rightarrow gg$, $Φ\rightarrowγγ$, $Φ\rightarrow Zγ$, and $Φ\rightarrow \bar{t}t,\;VV\;(V=Z,\;W)$ with the mass of the CP-odd scalar $Φ=A_{_B}^0$ being around $750\;{\rm GeV}$ in this model. Within a certain parameter space, the scenario can account for the experimental data on the diphoton excess.

The one loop corrections to the neutrino masses in BLMSSM

The neutrino masses and mixings are studied in the model which is the supersymmetric extension of the standard model with local gauged baryon and lepton numbers(BLMSSM). At tree level the neutrinos can obtain tiny masses through the See-Saw mechanism in the BLMSSM. The one-loop corrections to the neutrino masses and mixings are important, and they are studied in this work with the mass insertion approximation. We study the numerical results and discuss the allowed parameter space of BLMSSM. It can contribute to study the neutrino masses and to explore the new physics beyond the standard model(SM).

Lepton flavor violation in the BLMSSM

In a supersymmetric extension of the standard model with local gauged baryon and lepton numbers (BLMSSM), there are new sources for lepton flavor violation, because the right-handed neutrinos and new gauginos are introduced. In BLMSSM, we study the charged lepton flavor violating processes $l_j\rightarrow l_i+γ$ and $l_j\rightarrow 3l_i$ in detail. The CP violating phases in BLMSSM are more than those in the standard model(SM) and can give large contributions. The analysis of the EDMs for the leptons $e,μ, τ$ is shown in this work. It is in favour of exploring the source of CP violation and probing the physics beyond SM.

${B^0} - {{\bar B}^0}$ mixing in supersymmetry with gauged baryon and lepton numbers

We perform an analysis on ${B^0} - {{\bar B}^0}$ mixing in the extension of the minimal supersymmetric standard model where baryon and lepton numbers are local gauge symmetries (BLMSSM) by using the effective Hamiltonian method. And the constraint of a 125 GeV Higgs to the parameter space has also been consid-ered. The numerical results indicate that the contributions of the extra particles can be sizeable in ${B^0} - {{\bar B}^0}$ mixing. For certain parameter sets, the theoretical prediction of mass differences $Δm_{B}$ agrees with the current experimental result. Furthermore, ${B^0} - {{\bar B}^0}$ mixing in the BLMSSM can preliminarily constrain the parameter space. With the development of more precise theoretical analysis and experimental determina-tions, the ${B^0} - {{\bar B}^0}$ mixing in the BLMSSM will have a clearer picture and the parameter space in this model will also be further constrained.

The $μν$SSM, one of supersymmetric extensions beyond the Standard Model, introduces three singlet right-handed neutrino superfields to solve the $μ$ problem and can generate three tiny Majorana neutrino masses through the seesaw mechanism. In this work, we investigate the rare decay process $\bar{B}\rightarrow X_sγ$ in the $μν$SSM, under a minimal flavor violating assumption for the soft breaking terms. We precisely derive the mass squared matrices for charged and neutral (CP-odd and CP-even) Higgs, as well as the mass matrices for neutrino-neutralino and charged lepton-chargino in the minimal R-parity violating supersymmetry with local $U(1)_{B-L}$ symmetry. In the framework the nonzero TeV scale vacuum expectations of right-handed sneutrinos induce the heavy mass of neutral $U(1)_{B-L}$ gauge boson, and result in relatively large mixing between the lightest CP-even Higgs and three generation right-handed sneutrinos when we include the one-loop corrections to the scalar potential. We numerically show that there is parameter space of the considered model to accommodate experimental data on the newly ones of Higgs signal from LHC and experimental observations on the neutrino oscillation simultaneously.

The corrections from one loop and two-loop Barr-Zee type diagrams to muon MDM in BLMSSM

In a supersymmetric extension of the standard model where baryon and lepton numbers are local gauge symmetries(BLMSSM) and the Yukawa couplings between Higgs doublets and exotic quarks are considered, we study the one loop diagrams and the two-loop Barr-Zee type diagrams with a closed Fermi(scalar) loop between the vector Boson and Higgs. Using the effective Lagrangian method, we deduce the Wilson coefficients of dimension 6 operators contributing to the anomalous magnetic moment of muon, which satisfies the electromagnetic gauge invariance. In the numerical analysis, we consider the experiment constraints from Higgs and neutrino data. In some parameter space, the new physics contribution is large and even reaches $24\times10^{-10}$, which can remedy the deviation well.

Transition magnetic moment of Majorana neutrinos in the $μν$SSM

The nonzero vacuum expectative values of sneutrinos induce spontaneously R-parity and lepton number violation, and generate three tiny Majorana neutrino masses through the seesaw mechanism in the $μν$SSM, which is one of Supersymmetric extensions beyond Standard Model. Applying effective Lagrangian method, we study the transition magnetic moment of Majorana neutrinos in the model here. Under the constraints from neutrino oscillations, we consider the two possibilities on the neutrino mass spectrum with normal or inverted ordering.

Gauged baryon and lepton numbers in supersymmetry with a $125\;{\rm GeV}$ Higgs

Assuming that the Yukawa couplings between the Higgs and exotic quarks cannot be ignored, we analyze the signals of decay channels $h\rightarrowγγ$ and $h\rightarrow VV^*\;(V=Z,\;W)$ with the Higgs mass around $125\;{\rm GeV}$ in a supersymmetric extension of the standard model where baryon and lepton numbers are local gauge symmetries. Adopting some assumptions on relevant parameter space, we can account for the experimental data on Higgs from ATLAS and CMS naturally.

Lepton-flavor violation and $(g-2)_μ$ in the $μν$SSM

Within framework of the $μ$ from $ν$ Supersymmetric Standard Model ($μν$SSM), exotic singlet right-handed neutrino superfields induce new sources for lepton-flavor violation. In this work, we investigate some lepton-flavor violating processes in detail in the $μν$SSM. The numerical results indicate that the branching ratios for lepton-flavor violating processes $μ\rightarrow eγ$, $τ\rightarrowμγ$ and $μ\rightarrow3e$ can reach $10^{-12}$ when $\tanβ$ is large enough, which can be detected in near future. We also discuss the constraint on the relevant parameter space of the model from the muon anomalous magnetic dipole moment. In addition, from the scalars for the $μν$SSM we strictly separate the Goldstone bosons, which disappear in the physical gauge.

Muon conversion to electron in nuclei within the $μν$SSM with a 125 GeV Higgs

Within framework of the $μ$ from $ν$ Supersymmetric Standard Model ($μν$SSM), three exotic right-handed neutrino superfields induce new sources for lepton-flavor violation. In this work, we investigate muon conversion to electron in nuclei within the $μν$SSM in detail. With a 125 GeV Higgs, the numerical results indicate that the $μ-e$ conversion rates in nuclei within the $μν$SSM can reach the experimental upper bound, which could be detected with the future experimental sensitivities.

Neutrino mixing in the $μν$SSM

Recently, several reactor oscillation experiments have successively measured a nonzero value for the neutrino mixing angle ${θ_{13}}$, which is greater than 5 standard deviations. Within framework of the $μ$ from $ν$ Supersymmetric Standard Model ($μν$SSM), three tiny neutrino masses are generated at the tree level through TeV scale seesaw mechanism. In this work, we analyze the neutrino masses and mixing in the $μν$SSM with a "top down" method, assuming neutrino mass spectrum with normal ordering (NO) or inverted ordering (IO).

Neutron electric dipole moment in CP violating BLMSSM

Considering the CP violating phases, we analyze the neutron electric dipole moment (EDM) in a CP violating supersymmetric extension of the standard model where baryon and lepton numbers are local gauge symmetries(BLMSSM). The contributions from the one loop diagrams and the Weinberg operators are taken into account. Adopting some assumptions on the relevant parameter space, we give the numerical results analysis. The numerical results for neutron EDM can reach $1.05\times 10^{-25}(e.cm)$, which is about the experimental upper limit.

t-c gamma and t-cg in warped extra dimensions

In this work, we calculate the top quark rare decays t-cgamma and t-cg in the framework where the standard model is embedded in a warped extra dimension with the custodial symmetry SU(3)c*SU(2)L*SU(2)R*U(1)x*PLR. Adopting reasonable assumptions on the parameter space,we numerically find the branching ratios of t-cgamma exceeding 10^-6 and that of t-cg exceeding 10^-5 respectively, which can be detected in near future.

Top Quark Forward-Backward Asymmetry in the Little Higgs Model

We calculate the forward backward asymmetry of the top-pair production at TEVATRON up to next to leading order (NLO) in the little Higgs model (LHM). We find that the contribution of $Z_H$ can be large enough to make up the gap between standard model (SM) prediction and data. With the database of $7.65\pm0.20\pm0.36$ pb, therefore, the parameter space for flavor-changing coupling of $Z_H$ is constrained. Thus this model can result in the required asymmetry while the total cross section of top-pair production remaining consistent with data.

Search for lepton flavor violation in supersymmetric models via meson decays

Considering the constraints from the experimental data on $μ\rightarrow eγ$, $μ\rightarrow3e$, $μ-e$ conversion etc., we analyze the Lepton Flavor Violating decays $ϕ(J/Ψ,Υ(1S)) \rightarrow e^+μ^-(μ^+τ^-)$ in the scenarios of the minimal supersymmetric extensions of Standard Model with seesaw Mechanism. Numerically, there is parameter space that the LFV processes of $J/Ψ(Υ)\rightarrowμ^+τ^-$ can reach the upper experimental bounds, meanwhile the theoretical predictions on $μ\rightarrow eγ$, $μ\rightarrow3e$, $μ-e$ conversion satisfy the present experimental bounds. For searching of new physics, Lepton Flavor Violating processes $J/Ψ(Υ)\rightarrowμ^+τ^-$ may be more promising and effective channels.

Residue theorem and summing over Kaluza-Klein excitations

Applying the equations of motion together with corresponding boundary conditions of bulk profiles at infrared and ultraviolet branes, we verify some lemmas on the eigenvalues of Kaluze-Klein modes in framework of warped extra dimension with the custodial symmetry $SU(3)_c\times SU(2)_L\times SU(2)_R\times U(1)_X\times P_{LR}$. Using the lemmas and performing properly analytic extensions of bulk profiles, we present the sufficient condition for a convergent series of Kaluze-Klein excitations and sum over the series through the residue theorem. The method can also be applied to sum over the infinite series of Kaluze-Klein excitations in unified extra dimension. Additional, we analyze the possible connection between the propagators in five dimensional full theory and the product of bulk profiles with corresponding propagators of exciting Kaluze-Klein modes in four dimensional effective theory, and recover some relations presented in literature for warped and unified extra dimensions respectively. As an example, we demonstrate that the corrections from neutral Higgs to the Wilson coefficients of relevant operators for $B\rightarrow X_sγ$ contain the suppression factor $m_b^3m_s/m_{_{\rm w}}^4$ comparing with that from other sectors, thus can be neglected safely.

Heavy fermions and two loop electroweak corrections to $b\rightarrow s+γ$

Applying effective Lagrangian method and on-shell scheme, we analyze the electroweak corrections to the rare decay $b\rightarrow s+γ$ from some special two loop diagrams in which a closed heavy fermion loop is attached to the virtual charged gauge bosons or Higgs. At the decoupling limit where the virtual fermions in inner loop are much heavier than the electroweak scale, we verify the final results satisfying the decoupling theorem explicitly when the interactions among Higgs and heavy fermions do not contain the nondecoupling couplings. Adopting the universal assumptions on the relevant couplings and mass spectrum of new physics, we find that the relative corrections from those two loop diagrams to the SM theoretical prediction on the branching ratio of $B\rightarrow X_{_s}γ$ can reach 5% as the energy scale of new physics $Λ_{_{\rm NP}}=200$ GeV.

The lifetime of B_c-meson and some relevant problems

The lifetime of the B_c-meson is estimated with consistent considerations on all of the heavy mesons ($B^0, B^\pm, B_s, D^0, D^\pm D_s$) and the double heavy meson B_c. In the estimate, the framework, where the non-spectator effects for nonleptonic decays are taken into account properly, is adopted, and the parameters needed to be fixed are treated carefully and determined by fitting the available data. The bound-state effects in it are also considered. We find that in decays of the meson B_c, the QCD correction terms of the penguin diagrams and the main component terms c_1O_1, c_2O_2 of the effective interaction Lagrangian have direct interference that causes an enhancement about 3 ~ 4% in the total width of the B_c meson.
