In this paper, we give a proof of the quantitative Morse theorem stated by {Y. Yomdin} in \cite{Y1}. The proof is based on the quantitative Sard theorem, the quantitative inverse function theorem and the quantitative Morse lemma.
In this paper, we give the explicit bounds for the data of objects involved in some basic theorems of Singularity theory: the Inverse, Implicit and Rank Theorems for Lipschitz mappings, Splitting Lemma and Morse Lemma, the density and openness of Morse functions. We expect that the results will make Singularities more applicable and will be useful for Numerical Analysis and some fields of computing.
In this paper we present some bounds of Hausdorff measures of objects definable in o-minimal structures: sets, fibers of maps, inverse images of curves of maps, etc. Moreover, we also give some explicit bounds for semi-algebraic or semi-Pfaffian cases, which depend only on the combinatoric data representing the objects involved.
Let f:Rn→Rn be a Lipschitz mapping with generalized Jacobian at x0, denoted by ∂f(x0), is of maximal rank. F. H. Clarke (1976) proved that f is locally invertible. In this paper, we give some quantitative assessments for Clarke's theorem on the Lipschitz inverse, and prove that the class of such mappings are open. Moreover, we also present a quantitative form for Lipschitz implicit function theorem.
