Lifting Traces to Logic: Programmatic Skill Induction with Neuro-Symbolic Learning for Long-Horizon Agentic Tasks

Foundation model-driven agents often struggle with long-horizon planning due to the transient nature of purely prompting-based reasoning. While existing skill induction methods mitigate this by distilling experience into state-blind parameterized scripts, they fail to capture the conditional logic required for robust execution in dynamic environments. In this paper, we propose Neuro-Symbolic Skill Induction (NSI), a framework that lifts interaction traces into modular, \textit{logic-grounded} programs. By synthesizing explicit control flows and dynamic variable binding, NSI empowers agents to discover \textit{when} and \textit{why} to act. This paradigm enables the efficient generalization, allowing agents to induce skills from few-shot examples and flexibly adapt to unseen goals. Experiments on a series of agentic tasks demonstrate that NSI consistently outperforms state-of-the-art baselines, empowering agents to self-evolve into architects of logic-grounded skills.

Meta-CoTGAN: A Meta Cooperative Training Paradigm for Improving Adversarial Text Generation

Training generative models that can generate high-quality text with sufficient diversity is an important open problem for Natural Language Generation (NLG) community. Recently, generative adversarial models have been applied extensively on text generation tasks, where the adversarially trained generators alleviate the exposure bias experienced by conventional maximum likelihood approaches and result in promising generation quality. However, due to the notorious defect of mode collapse for adversarial training, the adversarially trained generators face a quality-diversity trade-off, i.e., the generator models tend to sacrifice generation diversity severely for increasing generation quality. In this paper, we propose a novel approach which aims to improve the performance of adversarial text generation via efficiently decelerating mode collapse of the adversarial training. To this end, we introduce a cooperative training paradigm, where a language model is cooperatively trained with the generator and we utilize the language model to efficiently shape the data distribution of the generator against mode collapse. Moreover, instead of engaging the cooperative update for the generator in a principled way, we formulate a meta learning mechanism, where the cooperative update to the generator serves as a high level meta task, with an intuition of ensuring the parameters of the generator after the adversarial update would stay resistant against mode collapse. In the experiment, we demonstrate our proposed approach can efficiently slow down the pace of mode collapse for the adversarial text generators. Overall, our proposed method is able to outperform the baseline approaches with significant margins in terms of both generation quality and diversity in the testified domains.

Stability of contact discontinuity for the Navier-Stokes-Poisson system with free boundary

This paper is concerned with the study of the nonlinear stability of the contact discontinuity of the Navier-Stokes-Poisson system with free boundary in the case where the electron background density satisfies an analogue of the Boltzmann relation. We especially allow that the electric potential can take distinct constant states at boundary. On account of the quasineutral assumption, we first construct a viscous contact wave through the quasineutral Euler equations, and then prove that such a non-trivial profile is time-asymptotically stable under small perturbations for the corresponding initial boundary value problem of the Navier-Stokes-Poisson system. The analysis is based on the techniques developed in \cite{DL} and an elementary $L^2$ energy method.

Stability of the superposition of boundary layer and rarefaction wave for outflow problem on the two-fluid Navier-Stokes-Poisson system

This paper is concerned with the study of nonlinear stability of superposition of boundary layer and rarefaction wave on the two-fluid Navier-Stokes-Poisson system in the half line $\mathbb{R}_{+}=:(0,+\infty)$. On account of the quasineutral assumption and the absence of the electric field for the large time behavior, we successfully construct the boundary layer and rarefaction wave, and then we give the rigorous proofs of the stability theorems on the superposition of boundary layer and rarefaction wave under small perturbations for the corresponding initial boundary value problem of the Navier-Stokes-Poisson system, only provided the strength of boundary layer is small while the strength of rarefaction wave can be arbitrarily large. The complexity of nonlinear composite wave leads to many complicated terms in the course of establishing the {\it a priori} estimates. The proofs are given by an elementary $L^2$ energy method.

Global Classical Solutions of Viscous Liquid-gas Two-phase Flow Model

In this paper, we consider the global existence and uniqueness of the classical solutions for the 3D viscous liquid-gas two-phase flow model. Initial data is only small in the energy-norm. Our main ideas come from [15] where the existence of global classical solutions to the compressible Navier-Stokes equations was obtained by using the continuity methods under the assumption that the initial energy is sufficiently small.
