We classify singular fibres of a projective Lagrangian fibration over codimension one points. As an application, we obtain a canonical bundle formula for a projective Lagrangian fibration over a smooth manifold.

On deformations of Lagrangian fibrations

Let X be an irreducible symplectic manifold and Def(X) the Kuranishi space. Assume that X admits a Lagrangian fibration. We prove that X can be deformed preserving a Lagrangian fibration. More precisely, there exists a smooth hypersurface H of Def(X) such that the restriction family over H admits a family of Lagrangian fibrations over H.

On isotropic divisors on irreducible symplectic manifolds

Let X be an irreducible symplectic manifold and L a divisor on X. Assume that L is isotropic with respect to the Beauville-Bogomolov quadratic form. We define the rational Lagrangian locus and the movable locus on the universal deformation space of the pair (X, L). We prove that the rational Lagrangian locus is empty or coincide with the movable locus.

Zariski F-decomposition and Lagrangian fibration on hyperkähler manifolds

For a compact hyperkähler manifold X, we show certain Zariski decomposition for every pseudo-effective R-divisor, and give a sufficient condition for X to be bimeromorphic to a (holomorphic) Lagrangian fibration. We also prove that any sequence of D-flops between projective hyperkähler manifolds terminates after finite steps.

On almost holomorphic Lagrangian fibrations

We prove that the pull back of an ample line bundle by an almost holomorphic Lagrangian fibration is nef. As an application, we show birational semi rigidity of Lagrangian fibrations.

Higher direct images of Lagrangian fibrations

We prove that the higher direct images of the dualizing sheaf of a Lagrangian fibration between smooth projective manifolds are isomorphic to the cotangent bundles of base space. As a corollary, we obtain that every Hodge number of the base space of a fibre space of an irreducible symplectic manifold is the same to that of a projective space if the base space is smooth.

We prove that every irreducible component of a fibre of a complex Lagrangian fibration is Lagrangian subvariety. Especially, complex Lagrangian fibations are equidimensional.

On fibre space structures of a projective irreducible symplectic manifold

In this note, we investigate fibre space structures of a projective irreducible symplectic manifold. We prove that an 2n-dimensional projective irreducible symplectic manifold admits only an n-dimensional fibration over a Fano variety which has only Q-factorial log-terminal singularities and whose Picard number is one. Moreover we prove that a general fibre is an abelian variety up to finite unramified cover, especially, a general fibre is an abelian surface for 4-fold.
