Small eigenvalues of the rough and Hodge Laplacians under fixed volume

For each degree p, we construct on any closed manifold a family of Riemannian metrics, with fixed volume such that any positive eigenvalues of the rough and Hodge Laplacians acting on differential p-forms converge to zero. In particular, on the sphere, we can choose these Riemannian metrics as those of non-negative sectional curvature. This is a generalization of the results by Colbois and Maerten in 2010 to the case of higher degree forms.

Partial collapsing and the spectrum of the Hodge Laplacian

The goal of the present paper is to calculate the limit spectrum of the Hodge-de Rham operator under the perturbation of collapsing one part of a manifold obtained by gluing together two manifolds with the same boundary. It appears to take place in the general problem of blowing up conical singularities as introduced in \cite{Maz} and \cite{Row1,Row2}.

The Gauß-Bonnet operator of an infinite graph

We propose a general condition, to ensure essential self-adjointness for the Gauß-Bonnet operator, based on a notion of completeness as Chernoff. This gives essential self-adjointness of the Laplace operator both for functions or 1-forms on infinite graphs. This is used to extend Flanders result concerning solutions of Kirchhoff's laws.

P-spectrum and collapsing of connected sums, calculus of the limit

The goal of the paper is to calculate the limit sectrum of the Hodge-Laplace operator under the perturbation of collapse of one part of a connected sum. This gives some new results concerning the 'conformal spectrum' on differential forms.

A topological definition of the Maslov bundle

We give a definition of the Maslov fibre bundle for a lagrangian submanifold of the cotangent bundle of a smooth manofold. This definition generelizes the definition given, in homotopic terms, by Arnol'd for lagrangian submanifolds of the cotangent bundle of the euclidean space and coincides with the one of Hörmander in his works about Fourier Inegral Operators.
