Pohozaev identities for anisotropic integro-differential operators

preprint2016arXivOpen access

Abstract

We establish Pohozaev identities and integration by parts type formulas for anisotropic integro-differential operators of order 2s2s, with s∈(0,1)s\in(0,1). These identities involve local boundary terms, in which the quantity u/ds∣∂Ωu/d^s|_{\partialΩ} plays the role that ∂u/∂ν\partial u/\partialν plays in the second order case. Here, uu is any solution to Lu=f(x,u)Lu=f(x,u) in ΩΩ, with u=0u=0 in Rn∖Ω\mathbb R^n\setminusΩ, and dd is the distance to ∂Ω\partialΩ.
