Integers with large practical component

preprint2015arXivOpen access

Abstract

A positive integer nn is called practical if all integers between 11 and nn can be written as a sum of distinct divisors of nn. We give an asymptotic estimate for the number of integers ≤x\le x which have a practical divisor ≥y\ge y.
