Estimates for eigenvalues of the Paneitz operator

For an $n$ -dimensional compact submanifold $M^n$ in the Euclidean space $\mathbf R^{N}$ , we study estimates for eigenvalues of the Paneitz operator on $M^n$ . Our estimates for eigenvalues are sharp.
