Bounds for Odd kk-Perfect Numbers

preprint2011arXivOpen access

Abstract

Let k≥2k\ge2 be an integer. A natural number nn is called kk-perfect if σ(n)=kn.σ(n)=kn. For any integer r≥1r\ge1 we prove that the number of odd kk-perfect numbers with at most rr distinct prime factors is bounded by k4r3k4^{r^3}.
