Construction of $a_4$ family

The COMPASS Collaboration recently reported the observation of a new resonance, $a_4(2610)$, which has sparked our interest in studying the $a_4$ family with {$I^GJ^{PC}=1^{-}4^{++}$}. In this work, we investigate the mass spectra and Okubo-Zweig-Iizuka-allowed two-body strong decays of the $a_4$ family using the modified Godfrey-Isgur quark model and the quark-pair creation model. We also explore the possibility of identifying $a_4(2610)$ as a $4F$ or $2H$ state, {and our numerical results suggest that it could be a promising candidate for the $a_4(2H)$ state. In addition, we predict the masses and the widths of the $a_4(1H)$ and $a_4(3F)$ states.}

Study of the $ω$/$ω_3$, $ρ$/$ρ_3$ and the newly observed $ω$-like state $X(2220)$

We study the excited states of $ω$ and $ω_3$ by comparison with the $ρ$ and $ρ_3$ families, and discuss the possibility of $X(2220)$ as $ω$ excitation by analyzing the mass spectra and strong decay behaviors. In addition, we predict the masses and widths of $ω(2D)$ and $ω_3$and $ρ_3(4D)$, $ρ_3(1G)$, $ω_3$ and $ρ_3(2G)$ and $ω_3(3G)$ and $ρ_3(3G)$. The abundant information of their two-body strong decays predicted in this work will be helpful to further study of these $ω$ and $ω_3$ and $ρ$ and $ρ_3$ states in experiment and theory.

${Q} \bar{Q}$ $({Q}\in{\{b,c}\})$ spectroscopy using the modified Rovibrational model

Mass spectra of quarkonium systems can be described by different phenomenological potentials. In the present work, the {\color{black}resonance} states of heavy quarkonium like ($c\bar{c}$ and $b\bar{b}$) are considered as the rovibrational states. We study a parameterized rovibrational model derived from the empirical solution of the nonrelativistic Schrödinger equation with Morse potential, the corrections are composed of colour hyperfine interaction and spin-orbit interaction of mesons. We {\color{black}obtain} the high excited state mass spectra of charmonium and bottomonium comparing the results in reasonable agreement with the present experimental data.

Study of the $ω$ meson family and newly observed $ω$-like state $X(2240)$

Since the present $ω$ meson family has not been established, in this work, we carry out an investigation of the mass spectrum and Okubo-Zweig-Iizuka a allowed two-body strong decay of the $S$-wave and the $D$-wave $ω$ mesons, and make the comparison with the experimental data of these reported $ω$ states and the $ω$-like $X(2240)$ state observed by BESIII. By this study, we not only suggest the possible assignments to these observed $ω$ states under the framework of the $ω$ meson family, but also predict three $ω$ mesons ($ω(5S)$, $ω(2D)$ , and $ω(4D)$) which are still missing in experiment. The present study may provide valuable information to further construct the $ω$ meson family. Considering the present running status of BESIII, we also suggest that BESIII should pay more attention to the issue of $ω$ meson with accumulating more data.
