Analytic study of the effect of dark energy-dark matter interaction on the growth of structures

Large-scale structure has been shown as a promising cosmic probe for distinguishing and constraining dark energy models. Using the growth index parametrization, we obtain an analytic formula for the growth rate of structures in a coupled dark energy model in which the exchange of energy-momentum is proportional to the dark energy density. We find that the evolution of $f σ_8$ can be determined analytically once we know the coupling, the dark energy equation of state, the present value of the dark energy density parameter and the current mean amplitude of dark matter fluctuations. After correcting the growth function for the correspondence with the velocity field through the continuity equation in the interacting model, we use our analytic result to compare the model's predictions with large-scale structure observations.

Coupled dark energy: a dynamical analysis with complex scalar field

The dynamical analysis for coupled dark energy with dark matter is presented, where a complex scalar field is taken into account and it is considered in the presence of a barothropic fluid. We consider three dark energy candidates: quintessence, phantom and tachyon. The critical points are found and their stabilities analyzed, leading to the three cosmological eras (radiation, matter and dark energy), for a generic potential. The results presented here enlarge the previous analyses found in the literature.

Dynamical analysis for a vector-like dark energy

In this paper we perform a dynamical analysis for a vector field as a candidate for the dark energy, in the presence of a barothropic fluid. The vector is one component of the so-called cosmic triad, which is a set of three identical copies of an abelian field pointing mutually in orthogonal directions. In order to generalize the analysis, we also assumed the interaction between dark energy and the barotropic fluid, with a phenomenological coupling. Both matter and dark energy eras can be successfully described by the critical points, indicating that the dynamical system theory is a viable tool to analyze asymptotic states of such cosmological models.

Holographic dark energy from minimal supergravity

We embed models of holographic dark energy coupled to dark matter in minimal supergravity plus matter, with one chiral superfield. We analyze two cases. The first one has the Hubble radius as the infrared cutoff and the interaction between the two fluids is proportional to the energy density of the dark energy. The second case has the future event horizon as infrared cutoff while the interaction is proportional to the energy density of both components of the dark sector.

Coupled tachyonic dark energy: a dynamical analysis

In this paper we present a dynamical analysis for a coupled tachyonic dark energy with dark matter. The tachyonic field $ϕ$ is considered in the presence of barothropic fluids (matter and radiation) and the autonomous system due to the evolution equations is studied. The three cosmological eras (radiation, matter and dark energy) are described through the critical points, for a generic potential $V(ϕ)$.

Inflation and Dark Energy from a Scalar Field in Supergravity

In this paper we present a model for accelerated expansion of the universe, both during inflation and the present stage of the expansion, from four dimensional $\mathcal{N}=1$ supergravity. We evaluate the tensor-to-scalar ratio ($r\approx 0.00034$), the scalar spectral index ($n_s\approx 0.970$) and the running spetral index ($dn_s/dk\approx -6\times10^{-5}$), and we notice that these parameters are in agreement with Planck+WP+lensing data and with BICEP2/Keck and Planck joint analysis, at $95\%$ CL. The number of e-folds is $50$ or higher. The reheating period has an associated temperature $T_R\sim10^{12}$ GeV, which agrees with the one required by thermal leptogenesis. Regarding the scalar field as dark energy, the autonomous system for it in the presence of a barotropic fluid provides a stable fixed point that leads to a late-time accelerated expansion of the universe, with an equation of state that mimics the cosmological constant ($w_Φ\approx -0.997$).
