Einstein field equation, recursion operators, Noether and master symmetries in conformable Poisson manifolds

We show that a Minkowski phase space endowed with a bracket relatively to a conformable differential realizes a Poisson algebra, confering a bi-Hamiltonian structure to the resulting manifold. We infer that the related Hamiltonian vector field is an infinitesimal Noether symmetry, and compute the corresponding deformed recursion operator. Besides, using the Hamiltonian-Jacobi separability, we construct recursion operators for Hamiltonian vector fields in conformable Poisson-Schwarzschild and Friedmann-Lemaître-Robertson-Walker (FLRW) manifolds, and derive related constants of motion, Christoffel symbols, components of Riemann and Ricci tensors, Ricci constant and components of Einstein tensor. We highlight the existence of a hierarchy of bi-Hamiltonian structures in both the manifolds, and compute a family of recursion operators and master symmetries generating the constants of motion.

Deformed special relativity based on $α$-deformed binary operations

In this paper, we define a new velocity having a dimension of $(Length)^α/(Time)$ and a new acceleration having a dimension of $(Length)^α/(Time)^2$, based on the fractional addition rule. We then discuss the fractional mechanics in one dimension. We show the conservation of fractional energy, and formulate the Hamiltonian formalism for the fractional mechanics. As a matter of illustration, we exhibit some examples for the fractional mechanics.

Double constructions of biHom-Frobenius algebras

This paper addresses a Hom-associative algebra built as a direct sum of a given Hom-associative algebra $(\mathcal{A}, \cdot, α)$ and its dual $(\mathcal{A}^{\ast}, \circ, α^{\ast}),$ endowed with a non-degenerate symmetric bilinear form $\mathcal{B},$ where $\cdot$ and $\circ$ are the products defined on $\mathcal{A}$ and $\mathcal{A}^{\ast},$ respectively, and $ α$ and $α^{\ast}$ stand for the corresponding algebra homomorphisms. Such a double construction, also called Hom-Frobenius algebra, is interpreted in terms of an infinitesimal Hom-bialgebra. The same procedure is applied to characterize the double construction of biHom-associative algebras, also called biHom-Frobenius algebra. Finally, a double construction of Hom-dendriform algebras, also called double construction of Connes cocycle or symplectic Hom-associative algebra, is performed. Besides, the concept of biHom-dendriform algebras is introduced and discussed. Their bimodules and matched pairs are also constructed, and related relevant properties are given.

Group-algebraic characterization of spin particles: semi-simplicty, SO(2N) structure and Iwasawa decomposition

In this paper, we focus on the characterization of Lie algebras of fermionic, bosonic and parastatistic operators of spin particles. We provide a method to construct a Lie group structure for the quantum spin particles. We show the semi-simplicity of a quantum spin particle Lie algebra, and extend the results to the Lie group level. Besides, we perform the Iwasawa decomposition of spin particles at both the Lie algebra and Lie group levels. Finally, we investigate the coupling of angular momenta of spin half particles, and give a general construction for such a study.

Vaporization frequency response to pressure oscillations: an approximate analytical solution for mixed injection regimes

This work is devoted to a theoretical analysis of mass frequency response to pressure oscillations of a spray of repetitively injected drops into a combustion chamber. A single stationary spherical droplet continuously fed with the same liquid fuel so that its volume remains constant despite the evaporation, the so-called 'mean droplet' in the Heidmann analogy, represents this vaporizing spray. The feeding is realized with a liquid-liquid heat transfer coefficient by using a source point placed at the mean droplet centre, in such a way that only radial thermal convection and conduction effects are allowed inside the droplet during the process. This feeding procedure is now viewed as a proper boundary condition that is a mixed or a generalized feeding regime controlling the liquid fuel injection process into the combustion chamber. Drawing upon a linear analysis based on the Rayleigh criterion, the evaporating mass response factor is evaluated. Effects due to the variation of the heat transfer coefficient and that of the process characteristic times are analysed. An abrupt increase appears in the response when a fuel thermodynamic coefficient approaches a particular value.

Modeling the Influence of Local Environmental Factors on Malaria Transmission in Benin and Its Implications for Cohort Study

Malaria remains endemic in tropical areas, especially in Africa. For the evaluation of new tools and to further ourunderstanding of host-parasite interactions, knowing the environmental risk of transmission-even at a very local scale-isessential. The aim of this study was to assess how malaria transmission is influenced and can be predicted by local climaticand environmental factors. As the entomological part of a cohort study of 650 newborn babies in nine villages in the ToriBossito district of Southern Benin between June 2007 and February 2010, human landing catches were performed to assessthe density of malaria vectors and transmission intensity. Climatic factors as well as household characteristics were recordedthroughout the study. Statistical correlations between Anopheles density and environmental and climatic factors weretested using a three-level Poisson mixed regression model. The results showed both temporal variations in vector density(related to season and rainfall), and spatial variations at the level of both village and house. These spatial variations could belargely explained by factors associated with the house's immediate surroundings, namely soil type, vegetation index andthe proximity of a watercourse. Based on these results, a predictive regression model was developed using a leave-one-outmethod, to predict the spatiotemporal variability of malaria transmission in the nine villages. This study points up theimportance of local environmental factors in malaria transmission and describes a model to predict the transmission risk ofindividual children, based on environmental and behavioral characteristics.

Center-symmetric algebras and bialgebras: relevant properties and consequences

Lie admissible algebra structures, called center-symmetric algebras, are defined. Main properties and algebraic consequences are derived and discussed. Bimodules are given and used to build a center-symmetric algebra on the direct sum of underlying vector space and a finite dimensional vector space. Then, the matched pair of center-symmetric algebras is established and related to the matched pair of sub-adjacent Lie algebras. Besides, Manin triple of center-symmetric algebras is defined and linked with their associated matched pairs. Further, center-symmetric bialgebras of center-symmetric algebras are investigated and discussed. Finally, a theorem yielding the equivalence between Manin triple of center-symmetric algebras, matched pairs of Lie algebras and center-symmetric bialgebras is provided.

Coherent states for Landau levels: algebraic and thermodynamical properties

This work describes coherent states for a physical system governed by a Hamiltonian operator, in two dimensional space, of spinless charged particles subject to a perpendicular magnetic field B, coupled with a harmonic potential. The underlying su(1, 1) Lie algebra and Barut-Girardello coherent states are constructed and discussed. Then, the Berezin - Klauder - Toeplitz quantization, also known as coherent state (or anti-Wick) quantization, is discussed. The thermodynamics of such a quantum gas system is elaborated and analyzed.

Control of ordinary differential equations using Bagarello's operator approach : Case of forced harmonic oscillator systems

This work deals with the study of an optimal control of a system of nonlinear differential equations using the Bagarello's operator approach, recently introduced in a paper (Int. Jour. of Theoretical Physics, 43, issue 12 (2004), p. 2371 - 2394). The control problem is reduced by using the Pontryagin's maximum principle, to a system of ordinary differential equations with unknown state and adjoint variables. Its solution is then described in terms of a series expansion of commutators involving an unbounded self-adjoint, densely defined, system Hamiltonian operator H and initial position operators. Relevant simple applications are discussed.

Generalized Virasoro algebra: left-symmetry and related algebraic and hydrodynamic properties

Motivated by the work of Kupershmidt (J. Nonlin. Math. Phys. 6 (1998), 222 --245) we discuss the occurrence of left symmetry in a generalized Virasoro algebra. The multiplication rule is defined, which is necessary and sufficient for this algebra to be quasi-associative. Its link to geometry and nonlinear systems of hydrodynamic type is also recalled. Further, the criteria of skew-symmetry, derivation and Jacobi identity making this algebra into a Lie algebra are derived. The coboundary operators are defined and discussed. We deduce the hereditary operator and its generalization to the corresponding $3-$ary bracket. Further, we derive the so-called $ρ-$compatibility equation and perform a phase-space extension. Finally, concrete relevant particular cases are investigated.

Generalizing Bagarello's operator approach to solve a class of partial differential equations

The non-commutative strategy developed by Bagarello (see Int. Jour. of Theoretical Physics, 43, issue 12 (2004), p. 2371 - 2394) for the analysis of systems of ordinary differential equations (ODEs) is extended to a class of partial differential equations (PDEs), namely evolution equations and Navier-Stokes equations. Systems of PDEs are solved using an unbounded self-adjoint, densely defined, Hamiltonian operator and a recursion relation which provides a multiple commutator and a power series solution. Numerous examples are given in this work.

Pair production of Dirac particles in a d+1-dimensional noncommutative space-time

This work addresses the computation of the propability of fermionic particle pair production in $(d+1)-$ dimensional noncommutative Moyal space. Using the Seiberg-Witten maps that establish relations between noncommutative and commutative field variables, to first order in the noncommutative parameter $θ$, we derive the probability density of vacuum-vacuum pair production of Dirac particles. The cases of constant electromagnetic, alternating time-dependent and space-dependent electric fields are considered and discussed.

Solving Navier-Stokes equations coupled with a heat transfer equation using Bagarello's approach and the Hankel transform

In this paper, the dynamics of an incompressible fluid in a bounded connected domain, described by Navier-Stokes equations coupled with a heat transfer equation, is investigated by a method inspired from the non-commutative strategy developed by Bagarello, (see Int. Jour. of Theoretical Physics, 43, issue 12 (2004), p. 2371 - 2394).The solution of involved systems of partial differential equations is derived with the help of the unbounded self-adjoint densely defined Hamiltonian operator of the physical model and the Hankel transform.

Even and odd generalized hypergeometric coherent states

In this paper, we investigate a large class of generalized hypergeometric states $|p,q,z\rangle$, depending on a complex variable $z$ and two sets of parameters, $(a_1,\cdots,a_p)$ and $(b_1,\cdots,b_q)$. Even and odd generalized hypergeometric states $|p,q,z\rangle_e$ and $|p,q,z\rangle_o$ are also defined and analyzed. The moment problem is solved by the Mellin transform techniques. For particular values of $p$ and $q$, the photon-counting statistics, quantum optical properties and geometry of these states are discussed.

Generalized q-deformed Tamm-Dancoff oscillator algebra and associated coherent states

In this paper, we propose a full characterization of a generalized $q-$deformed Tamm-Dancoff oscillator algebra and investigate its main mathematical and physical properties. Specifically, we study its various representations and find the condition satisfied by the deformed $q-$number to define the algebra structure function. Particular Fock spaces involving finite and infinite dimensions are examined. A deformed calculus is performed as well as a coordinate realization for this algebra. A relevant example is exhibited. Associated coherent states are constructed. Finally, some thermodynamics aspects are computed and discussed.

New families of q and (q;p)-Hermite polynomials

In this paper, we construct a new family of q-Hermite polynomials denoted by Hn(x,s|q). Main properties and relations are established and proved. In addition, is deduced a sequence of novel polynomials, Ln(. ,.|q), which appear to be connected with well known (q,n)-exponential functions E{q,n}(.), introduced by Ernst in his work entitled: (A New Method for q-calculus, Uppsala Dissertations in Mathematics, Vol. 25, 2002). Relevant results spread in the literature are retrieved as particular cases. Fourier integral transforms are explicitly computed and discussed. A (q;p)-extension of the Hn(x,s|q) is also provided.

$(q;l,λ)-$deformed Heisenberg algebra: representations, special functions and quantization

This paper addresses a new characterization of Sudarshan's diagonal representation of the density matrix elements $ρ(z',z)$, derivedfrom $(q;l,λ)-$deformed boson coherent states. The induced $ρ(z',z)$ self-reproducing property with the associated self-reproducing kernel $K(z',z)$ is computed and analyzed. An explicit construction of novel classes of generalized continuous $(q;l,λ)-$Hermite polynomials is provided with the corresponding recursion relations and exact resolution of the moment problems giving their orthogonality weight functions. Besides, the Berezin-Klauder-Toeplitz quantization of classical phase space observables and relevant normal and anti-normal forms are investigated and discussed.

New $q-$Hermite polynomials: characterization, operator algebra and associated coherent states

This paper addresses a construction of new $q-$Hermite polynomials with a full characterization of their main properties and corresponding raising and lowering operator algebra. The three-term recursive relation as well as the second-order differential equation obeyed by these new polynomials are explicitly derived. Relevant operator actions, including the eigenvalue problem of the deformed oscillator and the self-adjointness of the related position and momentum operators, are investigated and analyzed. The associated coherent states are constructed and discussed with an explicit resolution of the induced moment problem.

On nonlinear coherent states properties for electron-phonon dynamics

This work addresses a construction of a dual pair of nonlinear coherent states (NCS) in the context of changes of bases in the underlying Hilbert space for a model pertaining to the condensed matter physics, which obeys a $f$-deformed Heisenberg algebra. The existence and properties of reproducing kernel in the NCS Hilbert space are studied and discussed; the probability density and its dynamics in the basis of constructed coherent states are provided. A Glauber-Sudarshan $P$-representation of the density matrix and relevant issues related to the reproducing kernel properties are presented. Moreover, a NCS quantization of classical phase space observables is performed and illustrated in a concrete example of $q$-deformed coherent states. Finally, an exposition of quantum optical properties is given.

$(q;l,λ)$-deformed Heisenberg algebra: coherent states, their statistics and geometry

The Heisenberg algebra is deformed with the set of parameters ${q, l,λ}$ to generate a new family of generalized coherent states respecting the Klauder criteria. In this framework, the matrix elements of relevant operators are exactly computed. Then, a proof on the sub-Poissonian character of the statistics of the main deformed states is provided. This property is used to determine the induced generalized metric.

Hereditary kernel identification method of nonlinear polymeric viscoelastic materials

This paper deals with a polymeric matrix composite material. The matrix behaviour is described by the modified Rabotnov's nonlinear viscoelastic model assuming the material is nonlinear viscoelastic. The parameters of creep and stress-relaxation kernels of the model are determined. From the experimental data related to kernels approximated by spline functions and by means of the method of weighted residual, the formulas for the determination of viscoelastic parameters are derived.

Higher order SUSY-QM for Pöschl-Teller potentials: coherent states and operator properties

This work prolongs recent investigations by Bergeron et al [see 2012 J. Phys. A: Math. Theo. 45 244028] on new SUSYQM coherent states for Pöschl-Teller potentials. It mainly addresses explicit computations of eigenfunctions and spectrum associated to the higher order hierarchic supersymmetric Hamiltonian. Analysis of relevant properties and normal and anti-normal forms is performed and discussed. Coherent states of the hierarchic first order differential operator $A_{m,ν,β}$ of the Pöschl-Teller Hamiltonian $H_{ν,β}^{(m)}$ and their characteristics are studied.

New Deformation of quantum oscillator algebra: Representation and some application

This work addresses the study of the oscillator algebra, defined by four parameters $p$, $q$, $α$, and $ν$. The time-independent Schrödinger equation for the induced deformed harmonic oscillator is solved; explicit analytic expressions of the energy spectrum are given. Deformed states are built and discussed with respect to the criteria of coherent state construction. Various commutators involving annihilation and creation operators and their combinatorics are computed and analyzed. Finally, the correlation functions of matrix elements of main normal and antinormal forms, pertinent for quantum optics analysis, are computed.

Noncommutative complex Grosse-Wulkenhaar model

This paper stands for an application of the noncommutative (NC) Noether theorem, given in our previous work [AIP Proc 956 (2007) 55-60], for the NC complex Grosse-Wulkenhaar model. It provides with an extension of a recent work [Physics Letters B 653 (2007) 343-345]. The local conservation of energy-momentum tensors (EMTs) is recovered using improvement procedures based on Moyal algebraic techniques. Broken dilatation symmetry is discussed. NC gauge currents are also explicitly computed.

On the harmonic oscillator properties in a twisted Moyal plane

This work prolongs, using an operator method, the investigations started in our recent paper J. Math. Phys. 51., 102108 on the spectrum and states of the harmonic oscillator on twisted Moyal plane, where rather a Moyal-star-algebraic approach was used. The physical spectrum and states of the harmonic oscillator on twisted Moyal space, obtained here by solving the corresponding differential equation, are similar to those of the ordinary Moyal space, with different parameters. This fortunately contrasts with the previous study which produced unexpected results, i.e. infinitely degenerate states with energies depending on the coordinate functions.

Twisted Yang-Mills field theory: connections and Noether current

Main properties of noncommutative (NC) gauge theory are investigated in a $2-$dimensional twisted Moyal plane, generated by vector fields $X_{a}=e_{a}^μ(x)\partial_μ;$ the dynamical effects are induced by a non trivial tensor $e_{a}^μ(x)$. Connections in such a NC space are defined. Symmetry analysis is performed and related NC action is proved to be invariant under defined NC gauge transformations. A locally conserved Noether current is explicitly computed. Both commuting and noncommutative vector fields $X_{a}$ are considered.

Extremum conditions for functionals involving higher derivatives of several variable vector valued functions

This paper addresses both necessary and relevant sufficient extremum conditions for a variational problem defined by a smooth Lagrangian, involving higher derivatives of several variable vector valued functions. A general formulation of first order necessary extremum conditions for variational problems with (or without) constraints is given. Global Legendre second order necessary extremum conditions are provided as well as new general explicit formula for second order sufficient extremum condition which does not require the notion of conjugate points as in the Jacobi sufficient condition.

Function expansion methods for solving autonomous nonlinear partial differential equations

In this paper, we propose some algorithms for analytical solution construction to nonlinear polynomial partial differential equations with constant function coefficients. These schemes are based on one-(single), two- (double) or three- (triple) function expansion methods. Most of the existing expansion function methods are well recovered from the mentioned schemes. The effectiveness of these methods has been tested on some nonlinear partial differential equations (NLPDEs) describing important phenomena in physics.

Vector coherent states for nanoparticle Hamiltonians

The first part of this work deals with a formalism of vector coherent states construction for a system of $M$ Fermi-type modes associated with $N$ bosonic modes. Then follows a generalization to a Hamiltonian describing the translational motion of the center of mass of a nanoparticle. The latter gives rise to a new mechanism for the electronic energy relaxation in nanocrystals, intensively studied today in condensed matter physics. Finite degeneracies of the involved Hamiltonian systems are also investigated. The defined vector coherent states satisfy relevant mathematical properties of continuity, resolution of identity, temporal stability and action identity.

Conservation laws for under determined systems of differential equations

This work extends the Ibragimov's conservation theorem for partial differential equations [{\it J. Math. Anal. Appl. 333 (2007 311-328}] to under determined systems of differential equations. The concepts of adjoint equation and formal Lagrangian for a system of differential equations whose the number of equations is equal to or lower than the number of dependent variables are defined. It is proved that the system given by an equation and its adjoint is associated with a variational problem (with or without classical Lagrangian) and inherits all Lie-point and generalized symmetries from the original equation. Accordingly, a Noether theorem for conservation laws can be formulated.

Harmonic oscillator in twisted Moyal plane: eigenvalue problem and relevant properties

The paper reports on a study of a harmonic oscillator (ho) in the twisted Moyal space, in a well defined matrix basis, generated by the vector fields $X_{a}=e_{a}^μ(x)\partial_μ=(δ_{a}^μ+ω_{ab}^μx^{b})\partial_μ$, which induce a dynamical star product. The usual multiplication law can be hence reproduced in the $ω_{ab}^μ$ null limit. The star actions of creation and annihilation functions are explicitly computed. The ho states are infinitely degenerate with energies depending on the coordinate functions.

$q$-graded Heisenberg algebras and deformed supersymmetries

The notion of $q$-grading on the enveloping algebra generated by products of q-deformed Heisenberg algebras is introduced for $q$ complex number in the unit disc. Within this formulation, we consider the extension of the notion of supersymmetry in the enveloping algebra. We recover the ordinary $\mathbb{Z}_2$ grading or Grassmann parity for associative superalgebra, and a modified version of the usual supersymmetry. As a specific problem, we focus on the interesting limit $q\to -1$ for which the Arik and Coon deformation of the Heisenberg algebra allows to map fermionic modes to bosonic ones in a modified sense. Different algebraic consequences are discussed.

Twisted Grosse-Wulkenhaar $ϕ^{\star 4}$ model: dynamical noncommutativity and Noether currents

This paper addresses the computation of Noether currrents for the renormalizable Grosse-Wulkenhaar (GW) $ϕ^{\star 4}$ model subjected to a dynamical noncomutativity realized through a twisted Moyal product. The noncommutative (NC) energy-momentum tensor (EMT), angular momentum tensor (AMT) and the dilatation current (DC) are explicitly derived. The breaking of translation and rotation invariances has been avoided via a constraint equation.
