Evaluation modules for quantum toroidal ${\mathfrak{gl}}_n$ algebras

The affine evaluation map is a surjective homomorphism from the quantum toroidal ${\mathfrak {gl}}_n$ algebra ${\mathcal E}'_n(q_1,q_2,q_3)$ to the quantum affine algebra $U'_q\widehat{\mathfrak {gl}}_n$ at level $κ$ completed with respect to the homogeneous grading, where $q_2=q^2$ and $q_3^n=κ^2$. We discuss ${\mathcal E}'_n(q_1,q_2,q_3)$ evaluation modules. We give highest weights of evaluation highest weight modules. We also obtain the decomposition of the evaluation Wakimoto module with respect to a Gelfand-Zeitlin type subalgebra of a completion of ${\mathcal E}'_n(q_1,q_2,q_3)$, which describes a deformation of the coset theory $\widehat{\mathfrak {gl}}_n/\widehat{\mathfrak {gl}}_{n-1}$.

Creation operators for the Fateev-Zamolodchikov spin chain

In our previous works on the XXZ chain of spin one half, we have studied the problem of constructing a basis of local operators whose members have simple vacuum expectation values. For this purpose a pair of fermionic creation operators have been introduced. In this article we extend this construction to the spin one case. We formulate the fusion procedure for the creation operators, and find a triplet of bosonic as well as two pairs of fermionic creation operators. We show that the resulting basis of local operators satisfies the dual reduced qKZ equation.

Hidden Grassmann structure in the XXZ model V: sine-Gordon model

We study one-point functions of the sine-Gordon model on a cylinder. Our approach is based on a fermionic description of the space of descendent fields, developed in our previous works for conformal field theory and the sine-Gordon model on the plane. In the present paper we make an essential addition by giving a connection between various primary fields in terms of yet another kind of fermions. The one-point functions of primary fields and descendants are expressed in terms of a single function defined via the data from the thermodynamic Bethe Ansatz equations.

Pair-production and Three-body Decay of the Lighter Stop at the ILC in One-loop Order in the MSSM

We have been developing a program package called GRACE/SUSY-loop which automatically calculates the MSSM amplitudes in one-loop order. We present numerical results of calculations for pair-production and three-body decay of the lighter stop ($\widetilde{t}_1$) at the International Linear Collider (ILC) using GRACE/SUSY-loop. Since the distributions of missing transverse energy (MET) depend on mass spectrum of SUSY particles, we consider two scenarios on three-body decay of $\widetilde{t}_1$. In these scenarios, both QCD and EW corrections have positive sign for decay widths and cross sections.

Quantum toroidal $\mathfrak{gl}_1$ algebra : plane partitions

In third paper of the series we construct a large family of representations of the quantum toroidal $\gl_1$ algebra whose bases are parameterized by plane partitions with various boundary conditions and restrictions. We study the corresponding formal characters. As an application we obtain a Gelfand-Zetlin type basis for a class of irreducible lowest weight $\gl_\infty$-modules.

Quantum continuous $\mathfrak{gl}_\infty$: Semi-infinite construction of representations

We begin a study of the representation theory of quantum continuous $\mathfrak{gl}_\infty$, which we denote by $\mathcal E$. This algebra depends on two parameters and is a deformed version of the enveloping algebra of the Lie algebra of difference operators acting on the space of Laurent polynomials in one variable. Fundamental representations of $\mathcal E$ are labeled by a continuous parameter $u\in {\mathbb C}$. The representation theory of $\mathcal E$ has many properties familiar from the representation theory of $\mathfrak{gl}_\infty$: vector representations, Fock modules, semi-infinite constructions of modules. Using tensor products of vector representations, we construct surjective homomorphisms from $\mathcal E$ to spherical double affine Hecke algebras $S\ddot H_N$ for all $N$. A key step in this construction is an identification of a natural bases of the tensor products of vector representations with Macdonald polynomials. We also show that one of the Fock representations is isomorphic to the module constructed earlier by means of the $K$-theory of Hilbert schemes.

Quantum continuous $gl_\infty$: Tensor products of Fock modules and $W_n$ characters

We construct a family of irreducible representations of the quantum continuous $gl_\infty$ whose characters coincide with the characters of representations in the minimal models of the $W_n$ algebras of $gl_n$ type. In particular, we obtain a simple combinatorial model for all representations of the $W_n$-algebras appearing in the minimal models in terms of $n$ interrelating partitions.

Systematic study of 1-loop correction on sparticle decay widths using GRACE/SUSY-loop

The 1-loop corrected decay widths of sparticles (charginos, neutralinos, gluino and sfermions) in the framework of the MSSM are calculated systematically using GRACE/SUSY-loop, which is the program package for the automatic calculation of the MSSM amplitudes in the 1-loop order. We present the renormalization scheme used in our system and show some numerical results of decay widths of sfermions and gluino using the SPS1a' parameter set and other SUSY parameter sets.

Reduced qKZ equation and correlation functions of the XXZ model

Correlation functions of the XXZ model in the massive and massless regimes are known to satisfy a system of linear equations. The main relations among them are the difference equations obtained from the qKZ equation by specializing the variables (λ_1,...,λ_{2n}) as (λ_1,...,λ_n,λ_{n}+1,...,λ_{1}+1). We call it the reduced qKZ equation. In this article we construct a special family of solutions to this system. They can be written as linear combinations of products of two transcendental functions $\tildeω, ω$ with coefficients being rational functions. We show that correlation functions of the XXZ model in the massive regime are given by these formulas with an appropriate choice of $\tildeω, ω$. We also present a conjectural formula in the massless regime.

Two character formulas for $\hat{sl_2}$ spaces of coinvariants

We consider $\hat{sl_2}$ spaces of coinvariants with respect to two kinds of ideals of the enveloping algebra $U(sl_2\otimes\C[t])$. The first one is generated by $sl_2\otimes t^N$, and the second one is generated by $e\otimes P(t), f\otimes R(t)$ where $P(t), R(t)$ are fixed generic polynomials. (We also treat a generalization of the latter.) Using a method developed in our previous paper, we give new fermionic formulas for their Hilbert polynomials in terms of the level-restricted Kostka polynomials and $q$-multinomial symbols. As a byproduct, we obtain a fermionic formula for the fusion product of $sl_3$-modules with rectangular highest weights, generalizing a known result for symmetric (or anti-symmetric) tensors.

Free Field Construction for the ABF Models in Regime II

The Wakimoto construction for the quantum affine algebra U_q(\hat{sl}_2) admits a reduction to the q-deformed parafermion algebras. We interpret the latter theory as a free field realization of the Andrews-Baxter-Forrester models in regime II. We give multi-particle form factors of some local operators on the lattice and compute their scaling limit, where the models are described by a massive field theory with Z_k symmetric minimal scattering matrices.

Elliptic algebra U_{q,p}(^sl_2): Drinfeld currents and vertex operators

We investigate the structure of the elliptic algebra U_{q,p}(^sl_2) introduced earlier by one of the authors. Our construction is based on a new set of generating series in the quantum affine algebra U_q(^sl_2), which are elliptic analogs of the Drinfeld currents. They enable us to identify U_{q,p}(^sl_2) with the tensor product of U_q(^sl_2) and a Heisenberg algebra generated by P,Q with [Q,P]=1. In terms of these currents, we construct an L operator satisfying the dynamical RLL relation in the presence of the central element c. The vertex operators of Lukyanov and Pugai arise as `intertwiners' of U_{q,p}(^sl_2) for level one representation, in the sense to be elaborated on in the text. We also present vertex operators with higher level/spin in the free field representation.

Quasi-Hopf twistors for elliptic quantum groups

The Yang-Baxter equation admits two classes of elliptic solutions, the vertex type and the face type. On the basis of these solutions, two types of elliptic quantum groups have been introduced (Foda et al., Felder). Fronsdal made a penetrating observation that both of them are quasi-Hopf algebras, obtained by twisting the standard quantum affine algebra U_q(g). In this paper we present an explicit formula for the twistors in the form of an infinite product of the universal R matrix of U_q(g). We also prove the shifted cocycle condition for the twistors, thereby completing Fronsdal's findings. This construction entails that, for generic values of the deformation parameters, representation theory for U_q(g) carries over to the elliptic algebras, including such objects as evaluation modules, highest weight modules and vertex operators. In particular, we confirm the conjectures of Foda et al. concerning the elliptic algebra A_{q,p}(^sl_2).

susy23 v2.0: an Event Generator for Supersymmetric Processes at $e^+e^-$ Colliders

\susy23 is a Monte-Carlo package for generating supersymmetric (SUSY) processes at $e^+e^-$ colliders. Twenty-three types of SUSY processes with 2 or 3 final state particles at tree level are included in version 2.0. {\susy23} addresses event simulation requirements at $e^+e^-$ colliders such as LEP. Matrix elements are generated by GRACE with the helicity amplitude method for processes involving massive fermions. The phase space integration of the matrix element gives the total and differential cross sections, then unweighted events are generated. Sparticle widths and decay branching ratios are calculated. Each final state particle may then decay according to these probabilities. Spin correlations are taken into account in the decays of sparticles. Corrections of initial state radiation (ISR) are implemented in two ways, one is based on the electron structure function formalism and the second uses the parton shower algorithm called QEDPS. Parton shower and hadronization of the final quarks are performed through an interface to JETSET.
