Convergence Criteria of a Three Step Scheme under generalized Lipschitz Condition in Banach Spaces

The goal of this study is to investigate the local convergence of a three-step Newton-Traub technique for solving nonlinear equations in Banach spaces with a convergence rate of five. The first order derivative of a nonlinear operator is assumed to satisfy the generalized Lipschitz condition, i.e. the $κ$-average condition. Furthermore, a few results on the convergence of the same method in Banach spaces are developed under the assumption that the derivative of the operators satisfies the radius or center Lipschitz condition with a weak $κ$-average, and that $κ$ is a positive integrable function but not necessarily non-decreasing. Our new notion provides a tighter convergence analysis without the need for new circumstances. As a result, we broaden the applicability of iterative approaches. Theoretical results are supported further by illuminating examples. The existence and uniqueness of the solution $x^*$ are examined in the convergence theorem. In the end, we achieve weaker sufficient convergence criteria and more specific information on the position of the solution than previous efforts requiring the same computational effort. We obtain the convergence theorems as well as some novel results by applying the results to some specific functions for $κ(u)$. A numerical test is carried out to corroborate the hypothesis established in this work.

A Model for Mining Multilevel Fuzzy Association Rule in Database

The problem of developing models and algorithms for multilevel association mining pose for new challenges for mathematics and computer science. These problems become more challenging, when some form of uncertainty like fuzziness is present in data or relationships in data. This paper proposes a multilevel fuzzy association rule mining models for extracting knowledge implicit in transactions database with different support at each level. The proposed algorithm adopts a top-down progressively deepening approach to derive large itemsets. This approach incorporates fuzzy boundaries instead of sharp boundary intervals. An example is also given to demonstrate that the proposed mining algorithm can derive the multiple-level association rules under different supports in a simple and effective manner.

A Novel Approach For Discovery Multi Level Fuzzy Association Rule Mining

Finding multilevel association rules in transaction databases is most commonly seen in is widely used in data mining. In this paper, we present a model of mining multilevel association rules which satisfies the different minimum support at each level, we have employed fuzzy set concepts, multi-level taxonomy and different minimum supports to find fuzzy multilevel association rules in a given transaction data set. Apriori property is used in model to prune the item sets. The proposed model adopts a topdown progressively deepening approach to derive large itemsets. This approach incorporates fuzzy boundaries instead of sharp boundary intervals. An example is also given to demonstrate and support that the proposed mining algorithm can derive the multiple-level association rules under different supports in a simple and effective manner.

FP-tree and COFI Based Approach for Mining of Multiple Level Association Rules in Large Databases

In recent years, discovery of association rules among itemsets in a large database has been described as an important database-mining problem. The problem of discovering association rules has received considerable research attention and several algorithms for mining frequent itemsets have been developed. Many algorithms have been proposed to discover rules at single concept level. However, mining association rules at multiple concept levels may lead to the discovery of more specific and concrete knowledge from data. The discovery of multiple level association rules is very much useful in many applications. In most of the studies for multiple level association rule mining, the database is scanned repeatedly which affects the efficiency of mining process. In this research paper, a new method for discovering multilevel association rules is proposed. It is based on FP-tree structure and uses cooccurrence frequent item tree to find frequent items in multilevel concept hierarchy.

SVM Model for Identification of human GPCRs

G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) constitute a broad class of cell-surface receptors in eukaryotes and they possess seven transmembrane a-helical domains. GPCRs are usually classified into several functionally distinct families that play a key role in cellular signalling and regulation of basic physiological processes. We can develop statistical models based on these common features that can be used to classify proteins, to predict new members, and to study the sequence-function relationship of this protein function group. In this study, SVM based classification model has been developed for the identification of human gpcr sequences. Sequences of Level 1 subfamilies of Class A rhodopsin is considered as case study. In the present study, an attempt has been made to classify GPCRs on the basis of species. The present study classifies human gpcr sequences with rest of the species available in GPCRDB. Classification is based on specific information derived from the n-terminal and extracellular loops of the sequences, some physicochemical properties and amino acid composition of corresponding gpcr sequences. Our method classifies Level 1 subfamilies of GPCRs with 94% accuracy.
