The concepts of exterior and boundary in multiset topological space are introduced. We further established few relationships between the concepts of boundary, closure, exterior and interior of an M- set. These concepts have been pigeonholed by other existing notions viz., open sets, closed sets, clopen sets and limit points. The necessary and sufficient condition for a multiset to have an empty exterior is also discussed.
In this paper, we introduce and study the concepts of semi open SOM) and semi closed (SCM) M-sets in multiset topological spaces.With this generalization of the notions of open and closed sets in M-topology, we generalize the concept of compactness in M-topology as semi compactness. Further semi compactness is generalized as semi whole compactness, semi partial whole compactness and semi full compactness. Some characterizations of these compact spaces are studied in the setting of multiset theory. In each step, several remarks with proper justifications are provided taking the well existing theories of general topology as the base of our study.
In this paper, we introduce a new type fuzzy boundary and study some related set theoretic identities. Further, this new type of fuzzy boundary is compared with different existing fuzzy boundaries.
A new class of fuzzy closed sets, namely fuzzy weakly closed set in a fuzzy topological space is introduced and it is established that this class of fuzzy closed sets lies between fuzzy closed sets and fuzzy generalized closed sets. Alongwith the study of fundamental results of such closed sets, we define and characterize fuzzy weakly compact space and fuzzy weakly closed space.
This paper introduces semiopen and semiclosed soft sets in soft topological spaces. The notions of interior and closure are generalized using these sets. A detail study is carried out on properties of semiopen, semiclosed soft sets, semi interior and semi closure of a soft set in a soft topological space. Various forms of soft functions, like semicontinuous, irresolute, semiopen soft functions are introduced and characterized. Further soft semicompactness,soft semiconnectedness and soft semiseparation axioms are introduced and studied.
B. Tanay et. al. introduced and studied fuzzy soft topological spaces. Here we introduce fuzzy soft point and study the concept of neighborhood of a fuzzy soft point in a fuzzy soft topological space. We also study fuzzy soft closure and fuzzy soft interior. Separation axioms and connectedness are introduced and investigated for fuzzy soft topological spaces.
