Combinatorial bases in quantum toroidal $\mathfrak{gl}_2$ modules

We show that many tame modules of the quantum toroidal $\mathfrak{gl}_2$ algebra can be explicitly constructed in a purely combinatorial way using the theory of $q$-characters. The examples include families of evaluation modules obtained from analytic continuation and automorphism twists of Verma modules of the quantum affine $\mathfrak{gl}_2$ algebra. The combinatorial bases in the modules are labeled by colored plane partitions with various properties.

Finding All Solutions of qKZ Equations in Characteristic $p$

In [J. Lond. Math. Soc. 109 (2024), e12884, 22 pages, arXiv:2208.09721], the difference qKZ equations were considered modulo a prime number $p$ and a family of polynomial solutions of the qKZ equations modulo $p$ was constructed by an elementary procedure as suitable $p$-approximations of the hypergeometric integrals. In this paper, we study in detail the first family of nontrivial examples of the qKZ equations in characteristic $p$. We describe all solutions of these qKZ equations in characteristic $p$ by demonstrating that they all stem from the $p$-hypergeometric solutions. We also prove a Lagrangian property (called the orthogonality property) of the subbundle of the qKZ bundle spanned by the $p$-hypergeometric sections. This paper extends the results of [arXiv:2405.05159] on the differential KZ equations to the difference qKZ equations.

Quantum Toroidal Comodule Algebra of Type $A_{n-1}$ and Integrals of Motion

We introduce an algebra $\mathcal{K}_n$ which has a structure of a left comodule over the quantum toroidal algebra of type $A_{n-1}$. Algebra $\mathcal{K}_n$ is a higher rank generalization of $\mathcal{K}_1$, which provides a uniform description of deformed $W$ algebras associated with Lie (super)algebras of types BCD. We show that $\mathcal{K}_n$ possesses a family of commutative subalgebras.

Solutions of the $sl_2$ qKZ equations modulo an integer

We study the qKZ difference equations with values in the $n$-th tensor power of the vector $sl_2$ representation $V$, variables $z_1,\dots,z_n$ and integer step $κ$. For any integer $N$ relatively prime to the step $κ$, we construct a family of polynomials $f_r(z)$ in variables $z_1,\dots,z_n$ with values in $V^{\otimes n}$ such that the coordinates of these polynomials with respect to the standard basis of $V^{\otimes n}$ are polynomials with integer coefficients. We show that the polynomials $f_r(z)$ satisfy the qKZ equations modulo $N$. Polynomials $f_r(z)$ are modulo $N$ analogs of the hypergeometric solutions of the \qKZ/ equations given in the form of multidimensional Barnes integrals.

Representations of quantum affine algebras of type $B_N$

We study finite-dimensional representations of quantum affine algebras of type $B_N$. We show that a module is tame if and only if it is thin. In other words, the Cartan currents are diagonalizable if and only if all joint generalized eigenspaces have dimension one. We classify all such modules and describe their $q$-characters. In some cases, the $q$-characters are described by super standard Young tableaux of type $(2N|1)$.

Extended $T$-System of Type $G_2$

We prove a family of 3-term relations in the Grothendieck ring of the category of finite-dimensional modules over the affine quantum algebra of type $G_2$ extending the celebrated $T$-system relations of type $G_2$. We show that these relations can be used to compute classes of certain irreducible modules, including classes of all minimal affinizations of type $G_2$. We use this result to obtain explicit formulas for dimensions of all participating modules.

Generating Operator of XXX or Gaudin Transfer Matrices Has Quasi-Exponential Kernel

Let $M$ be the tensor product of finite-dimensional polynomial evaluation Yangian $Y(gl_N)$-modules. Consider the universal difference operator $D = \sum_{k=0}^N (-1)^k T_k(u) e^{-k\partial_u}$ whose coefficients $T_k(u): M \to M$ are the XXX transfer matrices associated with $M$. We show that the difference equation $Df = 0$ for an $M$-valued function $f$ has a basis of solutions consisting of quasi-exponentials. We prove the same for the universal differential operator $D = \sum_{k=0}^N (-1)^k S_k(u) \partial_u^{N-k}$ whose coefficients $S_k(u) : M \to M$ are the Gaudin transfer matrices associated with the tensor product $M$ of finite-dimensional polynomial evaluation $gl_N[x]$-modules.

On the number of populations of critical points of master functions

We consider the master functions associated with one irreducible integrable highest weight representation of a Kac-Moody algebra. We study the generation procedure of new critical points from a given critical point of one of these master functions. We show that all critical points of all these master functions can be generated from the critical point of the master function with no variables. In particular this means that the set of all critical points of all these master functions form a single population of critical points. We formulate a conjecture that the number of populations of critical points of master functions associated with a tensor product of irreducible integrable highest weight representations of a Kac-Moody algebra are labeled by homomorphisms to $\C$ of the Bethe algebra of the Gaudin model associated with this tensor product.

Multiplicity of critical points of master functions and Schubert calculus

In [MV], some correspondences were defined between critical points of master functions associated to sl_{N+1} and subspaces of C[x] with given ramification properties. In this paper we show that these correspondences are in fact scheme theoretic isomorphisms of appropriate schemes. This gives relations between multiplicities of critical point loci of the relevant master functions and multiplicities in Schubert calculus.
