Higgs to diphoton decay rate and the antisymmetric tensor unparticle mediation

We study the contribution of the antisymmetric tensor unparticle mediation to the diphoton production rate of the Higgs boson and try to explain the discrepancy between the measured value of the decay width of the discovered new resonance and that of the standard model Higgs boson. We observe that tree level contribution of the antisymmetric unparticle mediation is a possible candidate to explain the measured value of the diphoton decay rate.

The annihilation cross section of dark matter which is driven by scalar unparticle

We analyze the annihilation cross section of dark matter which interacts with the standard model sector over the scalar unparticle propagator. We observe that the annihilation cross section of dark matter pair is sensitive to the dark matter mass and the scaling dimension of scalar unparticle. We estimate a range for the dark matter mass and the scaling dimension of scalar unparticle by using the current dark matter abundance.

The effect of antisymmetric tensor unparticle mediation on the charged lepton electric dipole moment

We study the contribution of antisymmetric tensor unparticle mediation to the charged lepton electric dipole moments and restrict the free parameters of the model by using the experimental upper bounds. We observe that the charged lepton electric dipole moments are strongly sensitive to the the scaling dimension d_U and the fundamental scales M_U and Λ_U. The experimental current limits of electric dipole moments are reached for the small values of the scaling dimension d_U.

Lepton flavor violating Higgs decays induced by massive unparticle

We predict the branching ratios of the lepton flavor violating Higgs decays H^0\rightarrow e^{\pm} μ^{\pm}, H^0\rightarrow e^{\pm} τ^{\pm} and H^0\rightarrow μ^{\pm} τ^{\pm} with the assumption that lepton flavor violation is due to the unparticle mediation. Here, we consider an effective interaction which breaks the conformal invariance after the electroweak symmetry breaking and causes that unparticle becomes massive. The new interaction results in a modification of the mediating unparticle propagator and brings additional contribution to the branching ratios of the lepton flavor violating decays with the new vertex including Higgs field and two unparticle fields. We observe that the branching ratios of the decays under consideration lie in the range of 10^{-6}-10^{-4}.

Annihilation cross sections and interaction couplings of the dark matter candidates in the warped and flat extra dimensions

We consider a scenario with an additional scalar standard model singlet $ϕ_S$, living in a single extra dimension of the RS1 background. The zero mode of this scalar which is localized in the extra dimension is a dark matter candidate and the annihilation cross section is strongly sensitive to its localization parameter. As a second scenario, we assume that the standard model Higgs field is accessible to the fifth flat extra dimension. At first we take the additional standard model singlet scalar field as accessible to the sixth extra dimension and its zero mode is a possible dark matter candidate. Second, we consider that the new standard model singlet, the dark matter candidate, lives in four dimensions. In both choices the KK modes of the standard model Higgs field play an observable role for the large values of the compactification radius $R$ and the effective coupling λ_{S} is of the order of 10^{-2}-10^{-1} (10^{-6}) far from (near to) the resonant annihilation.

The scalar unparticle effect on the charged lepton electric dipole moment

We study the charged lepton electric dipole moment which is induced by the scalar unparticle mediation and we predict the appropriate range for the free parameters appearing in the effective lagrangian which drives the unparticle-standard model lepton interactions. We observe that the charged lepton electric dipole moment is strongly sensitive to the scaling dimension d_u of the unparticle and the new couplings in the effective interaction. Furthermore, we see that the current experimental limits of charged lepton electric dipole moments can ensure an appropriate range for these free parameters.

The effect of the Gaussian profile of the new Higgs doublet on the radiative lepton flavor violating decay

We study the branching ratios of the lepton flavor violating processes μ-> eγ, τ-> eγand τ-> μγby considering that the new Higgs scalars localize with Gaussian profile in the extra dimension. We see that the BRs of the LFV decays μ-> e γ, τ-> e γand τ-> μγare at the order of the magnitude of 10^{-12}, 10^{-16} and 10^{-12} in the considered range of the free parameters. These numerical values are slightly suppressed in the case that the localization points of new Higgs scalars are different than origin.

Electric dipole moments of charged leptons in the split fermion scenario in the two Higgs doublet model

We predict the charged lepton electric dipole moments in the split fermion scenario in the framework of the two Higgs doublet model. We observe that the numerical value of the muon (tau) electric dipole moment is at the order of the magnitude of $10^{-22} (e-cm)$ ($10^{-20} (e-cm)$) and there is an enhancement in the case of two extra dimensions, especially for the tau lepton electric dipole moment.

Lepton flavor violating $Z\to l_1^+ l_2^-$ decay in the general two Higgs Doublet model with the inclusion of non-universal extra dimensions

We predict the branching ratios of Z -> e^{\pm} μ^{\pm}, Z -> e^{\pm} τ^{\pm} and Z -> μ^{\pm} τ^{\pm} decays in the model III version of the two Higgs doublet model, with the inclusion of one and two spatial non-universal extra dimensions. We observe that the the branching ratios are not sensitive to a single extra dimension, however, this sensitivity is considerably large for two extra dimensions.

The effects of non-universal extra dimensions on the fermion electric dipole moments in the two Higgs doublet model

We study the the effects of non-universal extra dimensions on the electric dipole moments of fermions in the two Higgs doublet model. We observe that the t quark and b quark electric dipole moments are sensitive to the extra dimensions, however, in the case of charged lepton electric dipole moments, this sensitivity is relatively weak.

B_s -> τ^+ τ^- decay in the general two Higgs Doublet model

We study the exclusive decay B_s -> τ^+ τ^-$ in the general two Higgs doublet model. We analyse the dependencies of the branching ratio on the model parameters, including the leading order QCD corrections. We found that there is an enhancement in the branching ratio, especially for r_{tb}=\frac{\barξ_{N,tt}^U}{\barξ_{N,bb}^D}>1 case. Further, the neutral Higgs effects are detectable for large values of the parameter \barξ_{N,ττ}^D.

t-->b W h^0 and t-->b W A^0 decays and possible CP violating effects

We study the charged t-->b W h^0 and t-->b W A^0 decays in the framework of the general two Higgs doublet model, so called model III and beyond. Here, we take the Yukawa couplings complex and introduce a new complex parameter due to the physics beyond the model III, to switch on the CP violating effects. We predict the branching ratios as BR (t--> b W h^0) ~ 10^{-6} and BR (t--> b W A^0) ~ 10^{-8}. Furthermore, we observe a measurable CP asymmetry, at the order of 10^{-2}, for both decays.

The form factors existing in the b->s g^* decay and the possible CP violating effects in the noncommutative standard model

We study the form factors appearing in the inclusive decay b -> s g^*, in the framework of the noncommutative standard model. Here g^* denotes the virtual gluon. We get additional structures and the corresponding form factors in the noncommutative geometry. We analyse the dependencies of the form factors to the parameter pΘk where p (k) are the four momenta of incoming (outgoing) b quark (virtual gluon g^*, Θis a parameter which measures the noncommutativity of the geometry. We see that the form factors are weakly

Top quark electric and chromo electric dipole moments in the general two Higgs Doublet model

We study the electric and chromo electric dipole moment of top quark in the general two Higgs Doublet model (model III). We analyse the dependency of this quantity to the new phases coming from the complex Yukawa couplings and masses of charged and neutral Higgs bosons. We observe that the electric and chromo elecric dipole moments of top quark are at the order of 10^{-21} e cm and 10^{-20} g_s cm, which are extremely large values compared to ones calculated in the SM and also two Higgs Doublet model with real Yukawa couplings.

B --> K^* τ^+ τ^- decay in the general two Higgs doublet model including the neutral Higgs boson effects

We study the CP violating asymmetry, the forward-backward asymmetry of the lepton pair and the CP asymmetry in the forward backward asymmetry for the exclusive decay $B --> K^* τ^+ τ^- in the general two Higgs doublet model including the neutral Higgs boson effects. We analyse the dependencies of these quantities on the model III parameters. We found that the physical parameters studied above are at the order of the magnitude 1% and neutral Higgs boson effects are detectable for large values of the coupling \barξ_{N,ττ}^D.

The b--> s g g decay in the general two Higgs doublet model

We study the decay width of the inclusive process b --> s g g in the two Higgs doublet model with three level flavor changing neutral currents (model III). We analyse the dependencies of the differential decay width to the s quark energy E_s and model III parameters, charged Higgs mass m_{H^{\pm}} and Yukawa coupling \barξ_{N,bb}^D. We observe that there exist a considerable enhancement in the decay width for the relevant process. This enhancement can be reduced by choosing C_7^{eff} as negative and increasing the lower bound of m_{H^{\pm}} to the large values, such as 800 GeV . This is an interesting result which gives an idea on the mass m_{H^{\pm}} and sign of C_7^{eff}.

B--> K^* l^+ l^- decay in the two Higgs doublet model with flavor changing neutral currents

We study the decay width, forward-backward asymmetry and the longitudinal lepton polarization for the exclusive decay B --> K^* l^+ l^- in the two Higgs doublet model with three level flavor changing neutral currents (model III) and analyse the dependencies of these quantities on the the selected parameters, ξ^{U,D}, of model III including the next to leading QCD corrections. It is found that to look for charged Higgs effects, the measurements of the branching ratio, forward-backward asymmetry and the longitudinal lepton polarization for the decay B --> K^* l^+ l^- are promising.

Exclusive B --> K^* l^+ l^-$ decay in the three Higgs doublet model

We study the differential Branching ratio and CP asymmetry for the exclusive decay B --> K^* l^+ l^- in the three Higgs doublet model with additional global O(2) symmetry in the Higgs sector. We analyse dilepton mass square q^2 dependency of the these quantities. Further, we study the effect of new parameter of the global symmetry in the Higgs sector on the differential branching ratio and CP asymmetry. We see that there exist an enhancement in the branching ratio and a considerable CP violation for the relevant process. In addition to this, we realize that fixing dilepton mass gives information about the sign of the Wilson coefficient C_7^{eff}.Therefore, the future measurements of the CP asymmetry for B\to K^* l^+ l^- decay will give a powerful information about the sign of Wilson coefficient C_{7}^{eff} and new physics beyond the SM.

Rare Radiative B -> τ^+ τ^- γdecay in the two Higgs doublet Model

The radiative B ->τ^+ τ^- γdecay is investigated in the framework of the two Higgs doublet model . The dependence of the differential branching ratio on the photon energy and the branching ratio on the two Higgs doublet model parameters, m_{H^\pm} and \tan β, are studied. It is shown that there is an enhancement in the predictions of the two Higgs doublet model compared to the Standard model case. We also observe that contributions of neutral Higgs bosons to the decay are sizable when \tanβis large.

The exclusive \bar{B} --> πe^+ e^- and \bar{B} --> ρe^+ e^- decays in the two Higgs doublet model with flavor changing neutral currents

We calculate the leading logarithmic QCD corrections to the matrix element of the decay b --> d e^+ e^- in the two Higgs doublet model with tree level flavor changing currents (model III). We continue studying the differential branching ratio and the CP violating asymmetry for the exclusive decays B --> πe^+ e^- and B --> ρe^+ e^- and analysing the dependencies of these quantities on the selected model III parameters, ξ^{U,D}, including the leading logarithmic QCD corrections. Further, we present the forward-backward asymmetry of dileptons for the decay B --> ρe^+ e^- and discuss the dependencies to the model III parameters. We observe that there is a possibility to enhance the branching ratios and suppress the CP violating effects for both decays in the framework of the model III. Therefore, the measurements of these quantities will be an efficient tool to search the new physics beyond the SM.
