Elliptic isometries of the manifold of definite positive real matrices with the trace metric
We study the differential-geometric properties of the loci of fixed points of the elliptic isometries of the manifold of definite positive real matrices with the trace metric. We also give an explicit description of such loci and in particular we find their De Rham decomposition.

Extension and tangential CRF conditions in quaternionic analysis
We prove some extension theorems for quaternionic holomorphic functions in the sense of Fueter. Starting from the existence theorem for the nonhomogeneous Cauchy-Riemann-Fueter Problem, we prove that an H-valued function f on a smooth hypersurface, satisfying suitable tangential conditions, is locally a jump of two H-holomorphic functions. From this, we obtain, in particular, the existence of the solution for the Dirichlet Problem with smooth data. We extend these results to the continous case. In the final part, we discuss the octonian case.

Skew symmetric logarithms and geodesics on $O_n(\RR)$
We investigate the connections between the differential-geometric properties of the exponential map from the space of real skew symmetric matrices onto the group of real special orthogonal matrices and the manifold of real orthogonal matrices equipped with the Riemannian structure induced by the Frobenius metric.

Some differential properties of GLn(R) with the trace metric
In this note we consider some properties of GLn(R) with the Semi-Riemannian structure induced by the trace metric g. In particular we study geodesics and curvature tensors. Moreover we prove that GLn has a suitable foliation, whose leaves are isometric to (SLn(R),g), while its component of matrices with positive determinant is isometric to the Semi-Riemannian product manifold SLn×R.
