Gravitational and Dilatonic Radiations from the Parallel Dressed-Dynamical Unstable Dp-Branes

In the context of the bosonic string theory, we shall extract the general radiation amplitude of a massless closed string from the interaction of two parallel unstable Dpp-branes. The branes are non-stationary and have been dressed by background fields. The foregoing amplitude will be rewritten for the massless state radiation from the branes with the large distance. Besides, we shall study the gravitational and dilatonic radiations from this configuration.

Brane with Transverse Rotation and Background Fields: Boundary State and Tachyon Condensation

The boundary state corresponding to the Dpp-brane with a transverse rotation in the presence of the Kalb-Ramond and tachyon background fields and a U(1)U(1) internal field will be constructed. We shall investigate effects of the open string tachyon condensation on this brane via its boundary state. We demonstrate that the background fields and transverse rotation cannot protect the brane against the collapse. Our calculations are in the context of the bosonic string theory.

Left-Right Entanglement Entropy for a Dp-brane with Dynamics and Background Fields

We investigate the left-right entanglement entropy of a boundary state, corresponding to a dynamical Dpp-brane with the internal and background fields. We assume that the brane has a tangential linear motion and a rotation, and is dressed with an internal U(1)U(1) gauge potential and the Kalb-Ramond tensor field BμνB_{μν}. We derive the entanglement entropy via the Rényi entropy by applying the replica trick. Our calculations will be in the context of the bosonic string theory.

LREE of a Dynamical Unstable Dpp-brane

We derive the left-right entanglement entropy (LREE) for a bosonic Dpp-brane. This brane has tangential dynamics and has been dressed by a U(1)U(1) gauge potential, the Kalb-Ramond field and a tachyon field. For this purpose, the Rényi entropy will be computed and then, by taking a special limit of it, the LREE will be obtained. Besides, the behavior of the LREE under the tachyon condensation process will be evaluated. In addition, after the transition of the system, i.e. the collapse of the unstable brane, the second law of the thermodynamics on the LREE will be checked. We find that preserving the second law imposes some conditions on the parameters of the setup.

Rotating and Moving D-Branes in the Presence of Various Background Fields

We calculate the bosonic boundary state associated with a rotating and moving Dpp-brane in the presence of the antisymmetric tensor field, a U(1)U(1) gauge field and a tachyon field. Rotation and motion are in the brane volume. We reconstruct this boundary state via the group PSL(2,R)PSL(2,R) to be applicable when the tachyon field is presented. This modified boundary state enables us to calculate the interaction amplitude between two parallel Dpp-branes with rotation and motion. The long-range force of this interaction will be obtained. The boundary state also enables us to investigate the tachyon condensation on a rotating and moving Dpp-brane.

Rotating-Moving D-Branes with Background Fields in the Superstring Theory

Using the boundary state formalism we study rotating and moving Dpp-branes in the presence of the following background fields: Kalb-Ramond, U(1)U(1) gauge potential and the tachyon field. The rotation and motion are in the brane volumes. The interaction amplitude of two Dpp-branes will be studied, and specially contribution of the superstring massless modes will be segregated. Because of the tachyon fields, rotations and velocities of the branes, the behavior of the interaction amplitude reveals obvious differences from what is conventional.

Interaction of Moving Branes with Background Massless and Tachyon Fields in Superstring Theory

Using the boundary state formalism we study a moving Dpp-brane in a partially compact spacetime in the presence of the background fields: Kalb-Ramond BμνB_{μν}, a U(1) gauge field AαA_α and the tachyon field. The boundary state enables us to obtain interaction amplitude of two branes with above background fields. The branes are parallel or perpendicular to each other. Presence of the background fields, compactification of some directions of the spacetime, motion of the branes and arbitrariness of the branes' dimensions give a general feature to the system. Due to the tachyon fields and velocities of the branes, the behavior of the interaction amplitude reveals obvious differences from what is conventional.

Moving Branes in Presence of the Background Tachyon Fields

We compute the boundary state associated with a moving Dpp-brane in the presence of the open string tachyon field as a background field. The effect of the tachyon condensation on the boundary state will be discussed. It leads to a boundary state associated with a lower dimensional moving D-brane or a stationary instantonic D-brane. The former originates from condensation along the spatial directions and the latter comes from the temporal direction of the D-brane's worldvolume. Using the boundary state we also study the interaction amplitude between two arbitrary Dp1p_1 and Dp2p_2-branes. The long range behavior of the amplitude is investigated which shows an obvious deviation from the conventional form, due to the presence of the background tachyon field.

Moving Branes with Background Massless and Tachyon Fields in the Compact Spacetime

In this article we shall obtain the boundary state associated with a moving DpDp-brane in the presence of the Kalb-Ramond field BμνB_{μν}, an internal U(1) gauge field AαA_α and a tachyon field, in the compact spacetime. According to this state, properties of the brane and a closed string, with mixed boundary conditions emitted from it, will be obtained. Using this boundary state we calculate the interaction amplitude of two moving Dp1Dp_{1} and Dp2Dp_{2}-branes with above background fields in a partially compact spacetime. They are parallel or perpendicular to each other. Properties of the interaction amplitude will be analyzed and contribution of the massless states to the interaction will be extracted.

Cosmological Constant of the (p+1)(p+1)-Dimensional World, Embedded in the dd-Dimensional Bulk Space

In this manuscript we study the cosmological constant of a (p+1)(p+1)-dimensional world, which lives in the higher dimensional bulk space. We assume the extra dimensions are compact on tori. We consider two cases: positive and negative bulk cosmological constant. It is pointed out that the tiny cosmological constant of our world can be obtained by the dynamics of a scalar field and adjusting the parameters of the model. The cosmological constant of the dual world also will be discussed. We obtain the Dirac quantization of these cosmological constants.

Bosonization and Fermionization of the Superstring Oscillators

In this manuscript we consider the transformations of the oscillators of the bosonic fields of the superstring in terms of the fermions oscillators and vice versa. We demand the exchange of the commutation and anti-commutation relations of the oscillators. Therefore, we obtain some conditions on the Grassmannian matrices that appear in these transformations. We observe that there are several methods to obtain these conditions. In addition, adjoints of the matrix elements and TT-duality of these matrices will be obtained. The effects of this bosonization and fermionization on the mass operators and on some massless states will be studied. The covariant formalism will be used and hence we consider both the matter parts and the ghost parts of the superstring theory.

Ghosts in the Matter Forms

In this paper we study the matter form of the conformal and super-conformal ghosts action. That is, the ghost fields will be expressed in terms of some scalar and spinor fields. Thus, we obtain a two-dimensional covariant action in the matter form, i.e.i.e. SgS_g. The Poincaré-like symmetries and various supersymmetries of this covariant action are analyzed. The signatures 10+2 and 11+3 for the total target space of the superstring theory also will be discussed.

SL(2;R) Duality of the Noncommutative DBI Lagrangian

We study the action of the SL(2;R)SL(2;R) group on the noncommutative DBI Lagrangian. The symmetry conditions of this theory under the above group will be obtained. These conditions determine the extra U(1) gauge field. By introducing some consistent relations we observe that the noncommutative (or ordinary) DBI Lagrangian and its SL(2;R)SL(2;R) dual theory are dual of each other. Therefore, we find some SL(2;R)SL(2;R) invariant equations. In this case the noncommutativity parameter, its TT-dual and its SL(2;R)SL(2;R) dual versions are expressed in terms of each other. Furthermore, we show that on the effective variables, TT-duality and SL(2;R)SL(2;R) duality do not commute. We also study the effects of the SL(2;R)SL(2;R) group on the noncommutative Chern-Simons action.

Noncommutative Superstring Worldsheet

In this paper we consider the worldsheet of superstring as a noncommutative space. Some additional terms can be added to the superstring action, such that for ordinary worldsheet they are zero. Expansion of this extended action up to the first order of the noncommutativity parameter, leads to the new supersymmetric action for string. For the closed superstring, we obtain the boundary state that describes a brane. From the open string point of view, the new boundary conditions on the worldsheet bosons, generalize the noncommutativity of spacetime. Finally, we suggest some definitions for the noncommutativity parameter of superstring worldsheet.

T-duality and Noncommutative DBI Action

In this article we study the noncommutative description of the DBI Lagrangian and its T-dual counterpart. We restrict the freedoms of the noncommutativity parameters of these Lagrangians. Therefore the noncommutativity parameter, the effective metric, the effective coupling constant of the string and the extra modulus Φ~{\tilde Φ} of the effective T-dual theory, can be expressed in terms of the closed string variables gg, BB, gsg_s and the noncommutativity parameter of the effective theory of open string.
