Classical string solutions in Non-Relativistic AdS$_5\times$S$^5$: Closed and Twisted sectors

We find classical closed string solutions to the non-relativistic AdS$_5\times$S$^5$ string theory which are the analogue of the BMN and GKP solutions for the relativistic theory. We show that non-relativistic AdS$_5\times$S$^5$ string theory admits a $\mathbb{Z}_2$ orbifold symmetry which allows us to impose twisted boundary conditions. Among the solutions in the twisted sector, we find the one around which the semiclassical expansion in arXiv:2102.00008 takes place.

Coset space actions for nonrelativistic strings

We formulate the stringy nonrelativistic limits of the flat space and AdS$_5\times$S$^5$ string as coset models, based on the string Bargmann and extended string Newton-Hooke algebras respectively. Our construction mimics the typical relativistic one, but differs in several interesting ways. Using our coset formulation we give a Lax representation of the equations of motion of both models.

Lie Algebra Expansion and Integrability in Superstring Sigma-Models

Lie algebra expansion is a technique to generate new Lie algebras from a given one. In this paper, we apply the method of Lie algebra expansion to superstring $σ$-models with a $\mathbb{Z}_4$ coset target space. By applying the Lie algebra expansion to the isometry algebra, we obtain different $σ$-models, where the number of dynamical fields can change. We reproduce and extend in a systematic way actions of some known string regimes (flat space, BMN and non-relativistic in AdS$_5 \times$S$^5$). We define a criterion for the algebra truncation such that the equations of motion of the expanded action of the new $σ$-model are equivalent to the vanishing curvature condition of the Lax connection obtained by expanding the Lax connection of the initial model.

Massless sector of AdS_3 superstrings: a geometric interpretation

We study the recently discovered q-deformed Poincare' supersymmetry of the AdS_3/CFT_2 integrable massless scattering, and demonstrate how the S-matrix is invariant under boosts. The boost generator has a non-local coproduct, which acts on the scattering matrix as a differential operator, annihilating it. We propose to reinterpret the boost action in terms of covariant derivatives on bundles, and derive an expression for the S-matrix as the path-ordered exponential of a flat connection. We provide a list of possible alternative interpretations of this emergent geometric picture, including a one-dimensional auxiliary Schroedinger problem. We support our claims by performing a simplified algebraic Bethe ansatz, which bears some resemblance to antiferromagnets.
